Great to have a drive through Starbucks in town. Open early as well which is great. Great service. Coffee was quick and hot. Good to sit in as well and do a bit of work. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

This is a welcoming place, staff very friendly especially Patrick. Hot chocolate very good but marshmallows would be welcome too.

We attended the drive thru for a hot chocolate and a caramel machiato. My daughters coffee was very hot but I have to say a baby would have enjoyed my hot chocolate. It was tepid and because it was close to closing time and I took my first sip at the traffic lights I couldn't be bothered to turn around, but endless to say I finished it before the roundabout near the Roxy cinema. Expense cold drink. I will not be back 😡

Love visiting this Starbucks. The staff are always super friendly and chatty and welcoming. The drinks are always great and as you’d expect from Starbucks.

Desperately poor coffee and the tables were filthy. Why is Starbucks Lancaster so much better...and Lancaster takes cash? Not worth visiting.

The Old Smokehouse Yard 2, StricklandgateWe arrived at Pappy’s on a Saturday evening on a whim to get a table, but were told (politely) they were fully booked until 8:30pm. Fair enough. We agreed to return the following day instead and booked a table for 6:30pm. When we arrived the next evening, the same gentleman who took our booking couldn’t find it. He apologised and asked us to come back at 7:15pm, assuring us we’d be seated. Hungry but hopeful, we returned - only to be told again by the same person that they didn’t have capacity for us. Very disappointing and honestly frustrating. A bit more transparency and professionalism from front-of-house staff would go a long way, especially when people are making the effort to return. On a brighter note: Pedro’s Casa (down the road) saved our night. They fit us in last minute, the food was AMAZING, and the staff were warm and attentive. Highly recommended.
