The best restaurants serving American food in London

While visiting London I found this place by coincidence. I’m a big fan of egg/breakfast burgers and EggRun didn’t disappoint, the EggRun original burger was delicious. I came back a few days later and had the ‘Eggfast Burrito’ which was equally as delicious with an awesome cream cheese and Mexican-like flavours. There is a small upstairs sitting area that’s decorated nicely. Convenient location being close by the train station - perfect for when you need something on the run as the name suggests!

Brilliant place with perfect bagels made to prefection for your taste combined with excellent service!

Fuimos al juego de Newcastle en la calle 1 de abril de 2019. En la entrada estaba el bloque H, el puesto de perros calientes dentro del estadio cerca del bloque 15. El pan estaba quemado y duro y el perro caliente estaba insípido y frío.

My family and I went here twice during our stay in the area and it was great. Awesome beer garden, fun vibes, and excellent food.

*May 2025 update* The bottomless Sunday roast is no longer available so keep this in mind if booking. We went there for the bottomless Sunday roast and it was amazing. When booking online I found the Sunday roast was fully booked for a good six weeks. On the day there seemed to be a few empty seats outside so you might get lucky if you walk in. The food was fantastic, the steak was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The service was also excellent. The gent looking after us made sure we never went hungry and kept being plate after plate of food out. I’ll definitely be going back in the new year with my friends as this is a fantastic place with a great location.

This restaurant does not need my review but here it is anyway: 5-star American Diner! 🇺🇸⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Better than Ed's Diner) The tables are interactive screens with games, which will keep kids and adults entertained until the food comes, but the food comes quickly! The prices are so good for a London restaurant and for an American-style diner, the atmosphere is so friendly thanks to the fun Americana decor and the super-friendly staff. The waiter-ing is akin to American hosting, it's clear this restaurant is the owner's passion project so you feel the love in every moment you're there and every bite you eat! ☺️ The waffles are in the name, and the waffles are the best you'll ever have 🧇 I'm a lover of shakes, and the vanilla shake is to die for, so thick and creamy, absolute indulgence! 🥛😋 I found this place after an operation at a nearby hospital, and came back here after my post-op because it was so good! 😚❤️

It is our go to restaurant these days. Always welcomed by the very friendly staff. Food is always served hot and tastes delicious. The whitebait is the best I have tasted in a long long while.

We had Sunday lunch there yesterday, and the food was impeccable. We started with a freshly made bloody mary with fresh horseradish, which was so, so good, with perfect levels of spice. The roast beef was awesome - so many thick slices and perfectly cooked with a hint of pink, roast potatoes crunchy on the outside and soft inside, roast parsnips almost caramelised, amazing gravy, great cabbage, wonderfully punchy homemade horseradish creme fraiche and perfectly cooked carrots. Slow-cooked pulled lamb with homemade mint sauce was incredible too. Everything was delicious, service was quick and friendly - we couldn't fault a thing. We're so lucky to have this lovely pub as our local.

The food is still as nice as I remembered years ago! Mayra, our waitress was very nice in explaining the menu to us as well!

Lo que me encantó de este restaurante es la comida es de excelente calidad y los tamaños de las porciones son generosos, así que una gran relación calidad-precio. Además, el ambiente es tranquilo e informal - se siente íntimo y sin embargo juguetón. Añadido a que el personal es excelente - dirigido por el brillante gerente del restaurante Goran. Unos nombres para felicitar a Egidio, Robert, Valentina, Tatiana y Khalil - el mejor equipo de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.
