Experiencia extraña... La comida en nuestros platos estaba bien. Lo primero que hicieron cuando nos sentamos a la mesa fue pedir alergias. ¡Parecía algo muy importante! Mi amiga tiene alergias, pero sabe qué elegir en un menú para no tener problemas. Preguntaron si tenía un bolígrafo por si acaso. . . ¿por qué? bueno, porque al parecer, como dijeron la camarera y el gerente, ¡fríen y cocinan la carne en el mismo aceite o sartén que el pescado! Es alérgica al pescado y al marisco, así que... ¡tampoco tiene carne! ¡Nunca había oído hablar de eso! Por lo tanto, en lugar de cambiar su forma de hacerlo - que sería mejor y más respetuoso con la comida y sus clientes - prefieren pedir plumas y medicamentos a los clientes! Mi amiga se sintió incluso acosada por la camarera, ya que parecía asustada cuando consiguió su comida. Esta no es una manera de tratar a la gente... Soy diabético, ¿me pediste que no pidiera postres? Tal vez, trate de cocinar las cosas por separado y de la manera correcta, escriba todo en el menú, y no tendría ningún problema con las alergias entonces!

Another late night place that thinks it’s a “gem” but in reality is a badly run dump. 15 minutes waiting to be served to be told no food. Avoid. Dreadful.

This place serves pizza with an amazing crust for sure but I had a problem with the flavours of the pizza itself. First of all the margarita was average and extremely hot (the staff didn’t even caution me), like super piping hot that they forgot it in the oven or something, it ended up burning my mouth (and endured too more days of pain). The big daddy was defiantly better but the flavours didn’t quite feel working together. The meatballs one was the worst and i barely noticed any hint of beef. The chicken-parm was the best I had and tasted like eating a main course of chicken parmesan! Even if you are extremely hungry 3 slices should be enough! Maybe pass by grab a slice on the go but def not a destination.

Sono passato stamattina post colazione a prendere un cookie al volo. Ho assaggiato quello con cioccolato al latte ed il mio amico ha preso quello con impasto alla banana e cioccolato fondente. Il suo non mi è piaciuto affatto perché il gusto di banana non si sentiva per niente dato che il cioccolato fondente era davvero forte e copriva tutto, quello invece al latte era davvero buono, morbido e con cioccolato sciolto dentro, davvero una goduria. Presso €5 l’uno però vabbè, ne è valsa la pena

Badly made burgers with products of dubious quality. When I made a complaint, I was met with an impertinent and bad response from the waiters, who were very rude. This had never happened to me before. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered a box of brownies but added an incorrect delivery address. I emailed the company immediately asking them to change the address. They emailed back and told me I'd have to pay for 2 deliveries. That would make the delivery of a tiny box of brownies £8. All they did was quote red tape nonsense back at me when I questioned this. They'll probably do the same thing for this review which will only validate what I'm saying.They don't care about their customers they only want you money. Don't bother.

My partner and I have used the one in Kingston a few times, good service, friendly staff and a wide range of milkshakes they have plenty of options if can't decide you can even make you own plus they taste great too

Cosy little joint and exceptionally tasty juicy burgers and chips. Great location and friendly staff. Good for families

Visité recientemente con un amigo y nos encantó el ambiente peculiar y retro. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y el esfuerzo de preparación fue excelente. Sin embargo, decepcionó ligeramente el sabor de los waffles, que eran suaves y no lo suficientemente dulces. La receta podría mejorarse. Sin embargo, definitivamente visitaría nuevamente para probar un elemento de menú diferente.

Starters and bread all amazing, brought friends in town from Miami who were craving a steak, but it was not as good as we hoped. Ordered the Australian Wagyu as it was recommended but sorry to say it didn’t live up to the hype. I feel the shape and position of the restaurant to the side of the lobby is a bit unfortunate too. Service was on point, and drinks all good, but the steak is the main reason you’re going and there are better options.

Solía amar este bar para una gran nt fuera, pero mi última experiencia fue una broma, yo estaba bailando hablando con mi hija al lado de un inmigrante drogadicto extranjero que había comprado una pequeña botella de ganso gris en la mesa de al lado, para ser abordado por dos sí dos porteros que me dijeron que no puedo bailar su como el inmigrante había gemido! ¡Respondí que he pagado mi dinero por mi vino y no estoy en su mesa! Luego se acercó una tercera a la que dijimos que nos moveremos un poco pero increíble el comportamiento impactante como si fuera el rey! Absolutamente impactante nuestro país está terminado, yo nací aquí y me tratan como tierra en el piso, ya que les encanta comprar alcohol con su dinero de la droga, ¡de eso se trataba todo esto! Nunca volveré a este bar.

Superb service and beautiful breakfast prepared and arranged by the Chef du Partie at the Fitzrovia branch. It was a very nice breakfast.

Yum yum yum yum yum love the décor, love the food, love the hospitality, so sweet, kind professional the staff and made us feel so welcome and made us laugh to and so cosy! actually one of my favourite places.. chill relaxed good food and positive energy/environment... the food is SO SO good always make a visit when I'm in town!!

My girlfriend booked a table for us at this restaurant for my birthday as we were in London for a few days to see Les Mis and the National Geographic photography exhibition. She received regular emails, even one on the morning of the reservation date stating that they were really looking forward to seeing us. Well we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time to find the doors locked and no furniture inside. On asking a neighbouring landlord we were told that they closed down ages ago. Not good, not good at all. She was really upset as she had gone to great lengths to tailor a birthday weekend away for me.

Arrived right as they opened at 10am. The guy serving was really friendly and helpful despite working between Deliveroo orders and setting up for the day. Made us feel welcome while we sat in. Offered suggestions for the donuts, which were 10/10.
