Grosse surprise pour ces cookies qui sont à tomber ! Cookie caramel chocolat au lat et cookie banane chocolat noir. Hyper copieux, je n'ai pu en manger qu'un le jour-même. Une deuxième visite s'impose.

Saw these all over my instagram feed (I know I should never believe what people say). Went to the store I soho and got the white chocolate and pecan. I don’t know what I was expecting but the cookie was average. Tasted ok but nothing special and for £5 a cookie it needs to be something special.

Absolutamente divinais ! Bolachas super saborosas, servidas ainda mornas, com as pepitas de chocolate a derreter conforme comemos. Massa super fofa e saborosa. Experimentei a clássica de pepitas de chocolate e a de miso e chocolate branco e ambas são divinais ! Repetiria todos os dias !

The rating was more for the service than the cookies. Cookies are nice, but not worth the hype. The place is not suitable for indoor eating. But the service was terrible in that the guy serving us was rude and obnoxious. When asking for a fresh new batch he said there weren’t any, but when I increased my order of cookies he went and got fresh ones from the back. There are better places in London for cookies.

Got the chocolate chip cookie and it was good and definitely a good size but at £4.50 per cookie, I think it's definitely overpriced. The place itself is also quite small and the staff were not ultra friendly either and so there wasn't much of a vibe or buzz in the store.

Visited after seeing on Instagram. Quite lengthy queues but staff worked quickly. Limited choice of cookies and quite pricey but not a bad deal with 6 for £24. Would absolutely return- not really any seating area, more a takeaway.

We had two sensational cookies from Crème - miso with white chocolate and banana and dark chocolate. The texture and flavours were spot on.

I love places which have very simple menus and do the items well. Creme has 4-5 cookies and some drinks. That’s it! The cookies are served warm and are ooey-gooey with a slightly crispy outside. The banana dark chocolate was an interesting and delicious option and the milk chocolate a close second. The space is super small so be prepared to wait outside for a little since they post the max number of people on the door. Service was quick without any issues. There is no indoor seating but there is a Starbucks very close if you are looking for somewhere to sit and relax with your cookies!

great spot for warm cookies, selection is small, and apparently long queues, but I went on a weekday there was no wait. I had the banana dark chocolate, which was very decadent and rich, really went well with my flat white

Husband received a box of 6 cookies for employees appreciation day and after trying one each it’s safe to say we won’t finish the box. The cookies were extremely bland and “gooey” just means undercooked I’m afraid. Five minutes after I still feel uncooked oats in my mouth and it’s such an unpleasant feeling. The chocolate cookie tasted of flour and bitterness of cocoa and to be honest the chocolate chips did little to sweeten things up. Having looked at the website and seen the prices I’m so happy this isn’t something I paid for myself. Not worth it. The only reason it’s 2 and not 1 stars is because the presentations was very nice, the box it came in was very pretty and it was presented in a beautiful way, however the printed message glued on to a card could have been done better, that looked very hastily done and cheap, as if someone put their kid on the job, it wasn’t even cut straight.

By far one of the best cookies I’ve ever had - no doubt best in London! So soft and goey, and it was perfectly warm!! The cherry on top was dipping the cooking into my oat flat white to give it that extra wintery punch. DEFINITELY coming back!! Thank you Creme!!!

Cookies were ok. Were a bit overdone and hard on the outside. Flavour was great, just need to work on perfecting the bake. Limited cookie flavours. Recommend adding a new flavour every few months as maybe a seasonal cookie.

These cookies are overpriced and underbaked. I got a milk chocolate one and the inside was practically raw. I don’t understand how this place is as popular as it is - though I note the mixed reviews on here. Give it a miss and head to Ben’s cookies instead.

Wow see what social media can do to encourage people to buy a poor product. 4 cookies bought by the family, the price is so so expensive, I expected something exceptional. the cookies are nothing special, they are soggy and wouldn’t pass a test on bake off that’s for sure, don’t be fooled to think that a description of moist and succulent really means undercooked dough.

Bought a vegan double chocolate. The shop was very instagrammable. Packaging was nicely designed. The cookie was very sweet - perfect to have it with a tea. Recommended if you’re strolling around the area.
