Arrived right as they opened at 10am. The guy serving was really friendly and helpful despite working between Deliveroo orders and setting up for the day. Made us feel welcome while we sat in. Offered suggestions for the donuts, which were 10/10.

Rude and lazy staff, especially the sneering Asian girl. Wouldn't bring my coffee to the table that was two feet away. No please, thank you. Terrible place.

Even in London, vegan doughnuts would be a somewhat rare find, if it wasn't for Crosstown. The first I've tried at the beginning of May was the chocolate ganache one - and since then I've made it my mission of sorts to try all their vegan flavours. And what can I say; they are all delicious, and reasonably priced as well!

Crosstown makes good doughnuts - I don't think anyone will dispute it. To rank it among other fine doughnut establishments is another thing. While good, depending on your expectations from they hype, you may be slightly underwhelmed - but it is still worth a try

You can never go back to eating any doughnut after that. If you have to indulge in doughnuts it has to be from Crosstown. They are sold at Whole Foods as well!

Ordered large fries and received exactly 23 fries (yes there were so few we could count them quickly). Food was completely cold when arrived even though driver only took 10 mins to deliver from the restaurant. The salad and sides with the hot dog were minimal. Extremely disappointed, way too overpriced for this poor quality and portion.

We found this hidden gem during our first visit to London. I recall we satisfied a craving for a family place to have lunch. Despite we were in Trafalgar Square, which was particularly in the city centre, this restaurant was like a hole in the wall. They serve quite big portions, and I will not lie if I say that you can’t go wrong with anything you choose on their menu. There was really vibrant atmosphere, moreover, its owner hosted us on that day. We didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable and combined with top-notch service, I would say that this Italian restaurant was out of this planet. When we make our next trip to London, we will definitely make a repeat visit. Hope, it will open soon.

Extremely Disappointed and Outraged by the Disrespect I Witnessed – DO BETTER, FIVE GUYS PICCADILLY CIRCUS. I usually don’t take the time to write long reviews, but what I witnessed at this Five Guys location on 23rd April 2025, around 5 PM in the evening, was so disgraceful and disturbing that I feel compelled to speak up. While I was visiting the store, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order. The driver politely asked the staff for the complimentary peanuts — something the customer had specifically requested. It was a simple and respectful request made on behalf of someone who had placed a paid order. The driver was not rude or confrontational in any way. He was just doing his job and trying to satisfy the customer. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. One of the staff members — an Asian male — responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He belittled the driver, spoke down to him, and made him feel unwelcome in front of customers. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism, he chose to insult someone who was just trying to do their job. To make matters worse, a black male security guard physically pushed the driver out of the store. The driver didn’t raise his voice or cause any disruption, yet he was forcibly removed like he was a threat. It was completely uncalled for, aggressive, and deeply humiliating. I watched this unfold in disbelief. This is not how anyone should be treated — especially someone who is working hard in a demanding job like food delivery. What I saw on 23rd April wasn’t just poor customer service — it was bullying, disrespect, and a total lack of human compassion. I’ve never seen a delivery driver — or any worker — treated with such open contempt. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and ruined the entire experience for me. Five Guys, you need to take a hard look at your staff and how they’re trained. There needs to be accountability for this kind of behavior. That delivery driver deserved respect, not humiliation. Your staff should know how to treat people with basic decency, especially those helping to keep your business running. This was not just rude — it was shameful. To anyone thinking of visiting this branch — be aware. If this is how they treat working-class individuals trying to earn a living, it’s a reflection of a toxic culture that shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere. I hope this review reaches management and something is done about it — because what I saw was simply disgusting.

Had to call the shop 6 times to find out how long our delivery would take as it had already gone way past the estimated delivery time. We kept getting told "it's on its way". Ended up having to drive to them as they were ignoring our calls and the food was already 30mins late. By the time we eventually received our food, it was cold, soggy and flavourless. It's very overpriced for what you get. Two regular portions of sweet potato fries cost £10!!! And they were very average, had plenty better. Cost us £44 for two of us which is far too much considering how bad the service is, poor food quality and shocking delivery time. Would never order again.
