Amazing burger. We both went for the create your own with seasoned fries. All I can say is wow. Can see why this place is no.1. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve tasted and I’m a bit of a burger connoisseur.

First time here, and I would never go they again, not accommodating at all, the bar lady was friendly and the 2 young girls was nice, the chef was rude, the whole experience was awful 😢 I do t recommend at all

We ordered from the Canvey store for delivery and the quality / taste of the food was amazing! Reminded me of 5 guys. It was a little pricey though! We ordered 3 small burgers and 1 portion of regular chips (no drinks) and it was over £30 ! Other than that I defo recommend!

Myself, my partner and son visited TGI's last night as a treat. Various app deals and a special menu option which I haven't seen before which is always good. Sophie was working with our table and was very attentive, friendly and approachable to us all where nothing was too much trouble at all! 10/10 Thank you very much

Top pie and mash. Have local pie and mash shop near me ,but travel to George's because it's really tasty pies! Is a cafe that does vast range of food options

Driver was late and extremely rude blaming me for him not turning up at right destination and food was stone cold by the time I received

Can’t believe I am writing this as have eaten here a lot & normally really good but ordered boneless chicken for me & wife & it was awful 4 pieces of which I can only describe as cardboard , dry & beaten so thin you could probably see through it & when I phoned to complain they said they were to busy to listen, I just hope this isn’t the sign of things to come , Terry from Laindon

Just paid £13 for an XL pot of mixed Donna which is cold and half the weight of a Donna wrap Don’t waits your money BP at the town same price 3 times the amount of meat and always hot

Not enough car parking places but space is very limited at this location in view of the drive through that they need, also due to the location at the side of the A127.

Was really looking forward to going out for lunch with my friends celebrating, ordered the bacon sand which came out unbelievably salty could not eat it, it didn’t state on the Menu if it was smoked or unsmoked, they didn’t even offer to take it back or a refund, rude manger made us pay full price when we didn’t even touch our food. Would not recommend

This place has gone further downhill, everyone seems to have to wait for their food after ordering at the drive through we waited for 35 minutes last time and the waiting cars just clog up the car park up as there is nowhere else to go. Food is ALWAYS missing whether it’s a burger or fries in the happy meal so annoying when you get home and realise someone hasn’t got their dinner. Happened a lot of times. Going elsewhere from now on
