Chunkys Burgers in Basildon

We ordered from the Canvey store for delivery and the quality / taste of the food was amazing! Reminded me of 5 guys. It was a little pricey though! We ordered 3 small burgers and 1 portion of regular chips (no drinks) and it was over £30 ! Other than that I defo recommend!

Opening night of the new Canvey branch! Wow! We ordered 2 The real Dill medium burgers, a chicken fillet and a spicy chicken fillet burger, all with large beef dripping chips and it was all outstanding. Best burger I’ve ever had and it was huge! Can’t wait to visit again, it’s a bit of a trek for us but it’s so worth it.

We came over to their new establishment at Canvey seafront and OH MY WORD!!!!! Best burger I’ve ever had!! Between us, we ordered a cheesey-pleaser, an Essex boy, a chicken burger, bbq chicken strips and some home cut/homemade chips cooked in beef dripping!! I honestly can say this was the best burger I’ve ever had and the chips were 🤤🤤🤤🤤!! Would 100% recommend for anyone who loves and knows their burgers!! Well done team chunky, you never let us down!!

Love Chunkys! Have ordered a lot! Never disappointed! Only niggle is that the menu changes often, there were really amazing blue cheese dirty fries that went, the boneless chicken changed entirely. The munchie box has also gone which was really good. We find other things but would be nice to know your favorites haven’t disappeared. But no matter what we get the food is 10/10. Delivery time is always quick also!

Have wanted to try this place for months, and finally got round to it in the new year. The burgers themselves are really tasty - from the patty itself, to the different range of toppings. The Stilton, bacon and onion chutney were such a good choice, and the chilli fries were hot and tasty (although could have done with a bit of salt - personal taste). Delivery was on time, and pre ordering was really easy. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
