the manageress in this place is a real dragon and has now also banned dogs in a town that has plenty of dog friendly cafes, and pubs, to be honest she is human unfriendly as well.

Como dice el título la comida era preciosa. Fresco, sabroso y excelente relación calidad-precio. Pero éramos los únicos allí. Tuvimos que esperar siglos por la comida, luego vinieron mis chuletas, luego más esperando, luego vino mi hamburguesa, más esperando, vino la otra hamburguesa, y sí... más esperando luego vinieron las últimas papas fritas. Servicio extraño, servicio desorganizado, pero al menos eran amables.

I ordered a coffee milkshake, and then saw one of the specials on the board. I asked if it was too late to change it (it would have been identical price) Rather than provide a decent customer service ..instead she said 'nah its too late'. Then they realised the coffee machine was broken. All of a sudden it wasn't too late to change my order ! I just said I would like a refund in which she responded 'sorry I can't because my manager isn't here'. As far as I'm concerned, thats not my problem. I pushed back against this and said no, I would like a refund. No apology for the inconvenience or any kind of acknowledgement for their mistake. The girl making the milkshakes decided she wanted to butt her nose in, so I started to receive EXTREMELY rude and evil looks from her. She was also highly unprofessional, rolling her eyes at other customers about me and laughing with other staff. It wasn't her business to get involved, and it is vile low levels of customer service. This is disgusting. She also didn't look as if she should have been working in a food service place, with fake eyelashes and nails. On the way out she decided to continue to give me dirty looks - thanks for sealing that further, I will not be returning. I will be ensuring to share on social media about your customer service.

I visited this branch of Starbucks on a late afternoon and upon ordering my coffee was told I couldn't pay nor receive acknowledgment of my order on my Starbucks App, I found this astonishing but paid by other means and waited for my coffee. Upon ordering only one person was completing their order and he seemed to be an off duty employee as he was in heavy conversation with the workers. I duly waited for my coffee and after a good few minutes observed that the workers were huddled in a corner and talking amongst themselves and talking to the off duty employee, all 3 had completely forgotten about me and my coffee. After a few more minutes I had to wave and remind them of my order. Even then they were in no rush make my coffee and like the coffee the apology was luke warm. Atrocious service and not sure I will visit again.

The two men who run this place are honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at any , ood restaurant/takeaway. I work nearby and first visited a few weeks after they opened, the way I was greeted and served felt like I was their first ever customer, warm and sincere in nature, they evidently put their love into every burger (the smash burgers are AMAZING!! even the basic ones are served with a delicious brioche bun and the tastiest burger sauce and beef bun I have found after years of ordering burgers in the North Finchley area!). The menu serves other super tasty looking items like 'French tacos' which I want to try...but I am just blown away by the service of this place. I'd visit them even if their food wasn't as delicious simply for the good natured, always smiling genuinely, staff!

I used to go when it was NYEAT - pleased to say this place is the same and even better! I like my food and wine - steaks were great and wine list was excellent and not over priced. The group of friends I was with also had cocktails (not my thing) and said they were awesome - there were 10 of us and we had a blast - thanks to Ana and Pawel who looked after us on the night!

Only received half of my Order .. I ordered chicken strips and potatoe skins but I received potato skins and fries!

Got some living legends at this KFC my guy drugas (forgot how to spell the name lost my recipt) this man needs a raise 🐉🐲

Service was ok, staff very friendly. Chedzia was very polite. Food was its usual fair. Nice place to go for a quick breakfast before work

The food was delicious, the beef was super tender. Service was a bit slow and had poor English. The interior was quite noisy, but bearable. Payment by card is accepted. The menu is extensive.

Fantastic place where you can live an immersive experience with a 1920s atmosphere. Excellent music, original cocktails, good beer and excellent staff. We had a great time. Thanks to Ercole for the treatment given to us.

My son said it was the best tasting burger he'd ever had!
