Lovely food, Service from Abhishek was great, made us feel special

Lovely food however said we got a free loaded waffle and it never came

Sunday lunch was lovely well worth the money the sausage and mash was also good sadly we had to wait over 30mins for the meal to arrive and 40mins after we finished our main meal for the dessert also had to ask twice where it was, my guest had there desserts 1st and were finished by the time I had mine, we were then pushed for time so did not check the bill as we should have, I think we were over charged unless a coke and orange juice cost over £20, although I enjoyed the food I would think twice about going again

donner wraps are smaller now - i got 2 both under 500g and the bloke looked me square in the eye before overcharging me by £2... £16 instead of £14 - and this was teatime not 2 in the morning, he must be raking it in when everyone's hammered. £8 for less than 500g of donner wrap (its should have been 7 i checked when i got home.). not only are the wraps smaller but he also likes to over charge if he thinks youre drunk. It was a wonderful experience. The food was very deliciously prepared, the service from Mario was wonderful. My only remark is that it could be a little brighter so that the menu could be read without having to use my phone to light it myself. My overall impression is wonderful!

Christina our waitress was very lovely and provided us with amazing service. Surf and turf roll was great as always.

Came in for some drinks and food. The cocktails were amazing but the pizza was even better!! The pepperoni with the hot honey sauce is 😍😍

Been to hickory’s nuttall approx 8 times and always had a fantastic experience however I haven’t been in 6 months. Experience was awful. Most concerning thing was the water jugs they give you. We drank the whole bottle and as we were waiting for the receipt we notice some weird stains all in the top of the bottle. On further inspection the whole of the top of the bottle was COVERED in some coloured grime. Kind of like it hadn’t been washed in months. I used a napkin and wiped the top of the bottle and the grime was RED, kind of like some sort of bacteria. Really concerning and even more of a worry as I personally suffer with health issues. Mentioned this to the manager who was robotically polite but said ‘it looks like lipstick’ it actually felt like a hint that it wasn’t bacteria and pointed it back to me! This was bacteria growing INSIDE of the bottle. Dirty grime. Manager wasn’t bothered. After this the lady serving was also rude Drinks didn’t arrive until after the food came out and food was average Really disappointing as have always been a huge fan of hickory’s. Never one to write reviews but I felt strongly about this bad experience and lack of an apology by the manager when we had been served water that clearly had growing bacteria on the inside! :(

We like this place! This time we called in late afternoon as we were going to a show later. Gorgeous steaks and quick service with friendly staff. Going to a regular haunt for us when in town!
