Came to Swansea for work and ended up coming here twice - reviews were right. Veggie breakfast was filling and tasty, big portion too. Definitely recommended for a 10/10 breakfast before starting your day.
Always our go to for takeaway for many years but we have noticed a steady deterioration in the quality of the food and prices have steadily risen. The vegetable Balti and Bhuna we ordered were bland with no taste, with hardly any vegetables and those that were, mushy. In fact both dishes tasted the same! Wont be a returning customer.
Gallt y Glyn, Llanberis, Caernarfon LL55 4EL, United Kingdom, Wales
Been here quite a few times now and it is perfect for a mountain trip. Everything you need is there including a kettle, fridge, tea making things and very helpful staff. The bus to Pen y Pass can be caught just across the road.
The food is excellent and good value.
I visited the Pontardawe Inn with my wife for a lunchtime meal and drink, the food was fantastic. We sat in the beer garden and it was lovely. The staff were so attentive, especially Jess who couldn't do enough for us and was polite and friendly our whole visit. Will definitely be returning!
Amazing Sunday lunch but let down by being told before ordering dessert only had table for another 15 minutes. Tables should be minimum of 2 hours and timing is all down to their service as we were there 10 minutes before booking time 🙈

Horrible staff and looking at other reviews I can see other people have had the same experience. Woman with glasses in particular isn't right in the head the way she speaks and treats customers is disgusting

We have come here a lot, the food and service are always top quality, and plenty of choice for me as a vegan! Any vegans should ask for sharif who is very knowledgeable and helpful

They did well with the place, food was really good the service was amazing staff were friendly and attentive. However, I have noticed that out in the beer garden, which is also a nice touch but when you look into the river there is a lot of oil and contaminants going into our river which we have worked hard on to clean .
Been driving past for decades always thought it was one of those spit and sawdust type pubs. May or not be the case in the past. I was in clydach heading home to neath with the missus
Asked her if she fancied a Sunday lunch. She was up for knowing they did food from the board outside. Give it a chance, talk about hitting pay dir. Awesome food and plenty of it...talk rare comb happy dance....staff the dogs bollecks. The globe now our official go to Sunday lunch place
Weird how the place isn’t open just a screen 1 at a time please service. Food was alright first time. Not saying they don’t do nice food. But the Chinese box meals are tasteless served with McDonald fries. Portions are spot on for the money but could have made more effort with the food and use proper boxes it would do well they’d sell more. Noodles are nice as were the thicker chips. Wasn’t keen on the sauces either very greasy think they need to change a few things I feel. Not being rude but we have to walk around with that food in us. And me mrs feels like a victim because she was given a duck in her trey thinking it was ribs 🤣
35 Main St, Solva, Haverfordwest SA62 6UT, United Kingdom, Wales
Everywhere in Solva had stopped selling food in between lunch and dinner and my boyfriend was beyond hungry. We walked into 35 Main Street and the wonderful Tracey who was about to head off after her shift overheard our predicament and made him the most delicious roast beef sandwich - it was so tasty and unbelievably kind considering she’d just finished for the day. It really made our day. Thanks all - we’ll be back!
We walked with our dog over the cliffs from Tresaith, a delightful walk which led to a lovely approach up from the river to the Plwmp Tart!
A coffee, and an amazing crab roll with pickled cucumber was the perfect lunch. Overflowing with fresh tasty local crab meat…
I’m tempted to return!
Limited menu, struggled to order as didn't have items in. Very quiet and pricey for what it is. Not sure if still advertised as Portuguese but no real Portuguese dishes. Not much of an atmosphere.
Staff were friendly though and coffee was well made.
Great little cafe right on the beach. We had an ice cream or 5! Really nice. Coffee was a welcome warmer on the cold windy day that it was. The owners were very friendly.
