Excellent Sunday lunch, superbly cooked all three courses. Homely place, service was efficient and friendly. I throughly recommend this place. Lovely authentic cooking.

WHAT A GEM!! We had an amazing 3 course meal here, nothing was to much trouble for them. They catered to use as we are a family of 4. Not only did the lovely waitress Lisa check up on use every course but we also had the pleasure meeting Fernando the chef. Food was fast and was fresh !! The best tiramisu I've ever had highly recommend. Will be coming Back.

I LOVE this place!! The food is absolutely excellent, basic homemade food done perfectly every time we have eaten here, and fantastic value for money. It's always busy when we have been, but the staff work tirelessly and the wait time is never long. However, the real beauty of this place, and what makes it truly special, is the way in which the staff care for their customers. This cafe provides a local community hub, and I have witnessed so many acts of kindness, patience and care from all of the staff to their regular customers. I have witnessed the staff, as busy as they are, always taking time to check in with, and have a chat and a laugh with, their customers. I have seen the staff take time to accommodate those with various disabilities, even assisting with food on one occasion. All of this is done without fuss, or an expectation of praise- ladies, you are all beautiful people, and I want you all to know it is is noticed and you warm my heart! You do an absolutely amazing job, and in a time in society when public services are dwindling, people like yourselves and places like your cafe are worth their weight in gold. Very special place.

Came here last week during half term . The restaurant was near lydstep beach where we staying and thought we would book a meal here. The restaurant was only half full when we arrived at 7pm and we was met by a very pleasant young lady. Unfortunately from sitting down to being offered a drink this took 20. Minutes . The young lady did apologise saying it was only herself and a colleague serving on that particular evening.another 15 minutes later I had to stop the waitress to ask if we could order. The food took 45 minutes and it came lukewarm. To be honest the whole evening was awkward and poor . Real shame because if it was good it would be a goldmine.

Sorry to say we were disappointed ,my husbands cooked breakfast was average and my freshly cooked pancakes were awful. l think the cook must have got the mixture wrong as they were tasteless and rubbery, l don't think the heated runny Nutella works and the tiny bit of fruit was sour and the coffee very strong and bitter.Such a shame as we were looking forward to seeing how the new people had improved things.

Myself and family enjoyed a Saturday lunch here last week. We all enjoyed the hot tasty food, the quality of the meat we all had was exceptional and cooked to perfection! We thought they needed more staff than two on a Saturday afternoon to run the bar and serve tables! The two worked very hard, although there was a mistake with our dessert order, and we were overcharged by almost £20 which was later rectified and reimbursed.

Just had A meal at this Pub I am on my own and was made very welcome excellent food and excellent stuff went to another pub in the village two weeks ago. This one has a far better atmosphere. I highly recommend it. You must try it.

Very good fish and chip shop. The fish was very good and crispy. The Chinese curry sauce was also nice. I was served in just a few minutes even though I was fifth in the queue.

Scam of a place. Cost £10.50 for a double gin. Serving drinks to kids under 18. Not a welcoming place at all

Fabulous food ever best in swansea

We have just returned from a 3 night easter break at The Ring and I must say it is an excellent place to stay. Owners and staff were absolutely brilliant and made us so welcome ( all 3 of us including Mabel our dog ), nothing was too much trouble, food great, choice of drinks great and just a nice atmosphere. would definitely recommend wether you have a four legged friend or not !!
