Disgusting restaurant. Me and my partner visited 13/10/24. We get inside and my partners chair collapses from underneath her ! Falling on an already injured side and arm and she hurt her elbow badly. Chair not properly put together. We were not offered an apology in any way shape or form. No one from management came to talk to us or help. The broken chair was left on the floor for 10 minutes as there was no one around to ask for help or to get another chair for us, we had to do this ourselves. Also expected to then pay full price at this shambles of an establishment. Do not visit if you want to stay safe and unharmed. Will be making a claim. Horrible place.

This restaurant gives the impression of being a cozy, family-run spot, though it’s part of a franchise chain. The ambiance and service were good, but the food was just average for the price. They do offer a nice range of cocktails, which adds to the experience, but expect a meal that’s more “fine” than fantastic. Also, a simple touch like iced water could have improved the dining experience P.S. you’ll need to park in a nearby street that has 2 hour parking limits

Visited this restaurant for the first time, as a group of 4 on bank holiday Monday. We were really impressed with the food, especially the Gambas and Calamari to start. Mains were superb, the Calzone was incredible and our pasta dishes were great. We received brilliant and quick service. The bill was very reasonable. We will be back. Thank you!

I'd heard of Casa Bianca, but I've not tried it until recently. I wasn't disappointed.. We were met at the door to be seated by a lovely and pleasant young lady who kindly showed us to our seats. Drink orders were taken, and then after, we were given a short while to look at the menu our food order was taken. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take photos of all of our meals, although they all looked and tasted absolutely fabulous. I had the pork tomahawk steak, which is shown in the photo. It really did taste amazing. It melted in my mouth, other dishes which were ordered, lasagne, carbonara, bolognaise, margarita pizza and a chicken dish. Everything both looked and tasted very amazing. The prices were reasonable, not too expensive. I will certainly be going back. I would also highly recommend Casa Bianca to anyone. There is only one drawback and that is the lack of parking facilities. Finding somewhere to park can be a bit of a pain.

Food: Excellent, both my partner and I had the Salisicca pizza and Garlic Pizza with cheese. Beautiful. Place is lovely and cosy with polite staff and a calming atmosphere. Would happily recommend and return.

Bit of a shambles really. We'd pre-ordered a week in advance as part of a large group (including two vegans and one lactose-intolerant) only to turn up to find that they didn't have vegan cheese. Ironically one of our party nipped to sainos to get some, which helped out. Perhaps it was busier than expected with the Eisteddfod but that's not really an excuse for a restaurant of this size not to have procedures in place to ensure that it could cook what had been ordered a week in advance. Once it arrived the food was good, although some in the party were unimpressed with theirs. The waiters did their best amid the chaos, but it was disappointing that neither management nor the chef offered any kind of personal apology or explanation.

Super busy during Eisteddfod '24. Will visit again even though this was the place my now wife tricked me into marrying her.

Best Italian food I've had in a while! Nice, relaxing atmosphere, absolutely delicious, authentic and reasonable food and excellent customer service. Carbonara was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Popped in on the off chance after getting of the bus from Cardiff. Just wanted a quick meal. I had gluten free spaghetti Bol and husband had Diavalo pizza. Both were stunning. So tasty. Husband said it was one of the best pizzas he’s ever had. No issues providing gf alternatives. Will try a gf pizza next time. Thoroughly recommend

Excellent. Never been before but took the decision to visit after redding a few X or twitter comments. So glad we did. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent service which was perfectly attentive without being bothersome. Great food and reasonable prices. No wonder it was busy but all added to the great atmosphere. Will absolutely return.

We’ve been here multiple times and the food has always been very tasty and high quality. When I had friends visiting I didn’t hesitate to book a table here due to our previous experiences and the notes on the menu that say most dishes can be adapted to be Vegan. Sadly after ordering we were informed that they had very few vegan options as they had no vegan cheese. We managed to find a few options that were workable but it was a disappointing experience. The food was still of the same high quality but the options did not match the advertisement.

Great experience. Was served by a young lady called ellie who was very lovely and polite. Asked us if everything was okay and if we wanted anything else. 10/10 service i highly recommend

What a great Italian. Just called in and luckily had space. Food was amazing we both had carbonara. Also had a garlic cheese pizza bread to go with it which was huge couldn't finish it. Great atmosphere and service well worth a visit

What a surprise to find a restaurant of this quality on our doorstep, the decor and staff are so welcoming, the service was brilliant, we started with the calamari and the mussels both beautifully cooked, seasoned and delicious my with then went for a chicken dish and I ordered the seafood pasta, the chicken was amazing, and the seafood was the best I’ve ever tried, mussels, king prawns, clams, squid, and the pasta was so good. The wine was of a very good standard too. And the magician just topped the night off. A first class experience, not to be missed

Had lunch with friends, the food was excellent. I had white bait, which was cooked perfectly. Calzone for main absolutely stuffed and full of flavour. Great desert. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Waited for starters , had starters had to ask to order more drinks , in the middle of main meal still no drinks , no water available, had to go up to the bar staff and when she came over eventually stomping her feet stood ubove us as is we were a nuisance, one drink no water , during meal

Went there for a family birthday. The food was really enjoyable but the service left a lot to be desired. We consistently asked the waitress to order drinks told 3 times they would be back to take the order, which they failed to do until we asked for the forth time after waiting nearly an hour. When she finely came over she had attitude and an eye roll. The final straw was when we were told we hadn't paid the full bill but after realising it was their mistake no apology was made. The food was really good the service shockingly awful

Warm, clean & comfortable place in which to dine at your leisure. Attentive staff but not overly so. Very decent menu choices, wine likewise. We had 2 starters, 2 steak mains with 1 side dish, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, a bottle of wine & a coke which all came in at £120. All delicious. Much more space since they opened to top floor dining area which was very nice. Recommend anyone to try this restaurant.

We went here for a Saturday lunchtime treat and we were not disappointed. We were surprised how busy it was and we hadn't booked, but they found us a table. The staff were excellent really friendly and informative. There is a very wide selection on the menu and we chose starters and then one fish and one meat dish both beautifully cooked. We recommend Casa Bianca to all our friends for the quality of food at a good price, although we did think the wine may have been a little expensive. Highly recommend though!

The experience of dining at Casa Bianca was a night that i will be sharing with my friends, superb food and the wine was excellent.

I had never heard of this restaurant before but I will definitely come back here again. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were looked after exceedingly well. The staff couldn’t help enough and the food once ordered came quickly and was so good. We each had different meals and we sampled them all. Very lovely place tucked away but easily found. Oh and I have to say a big thanks to the magician who entertained us also, a very lovey touch.

Great! Lovely Italian food with a wide selection on the menu. Plenty of vegetarian and GF options. It was quite busy when we visited so we had to wait for table service and had to approach the counter to get the bill as we had public transport to catch and didn't have time to chill/relax after our food, but otherwise faultless, will be happy to return for another meal as the food was delicious and the portions were a good size.

Beautiful setting, cosy and lovely decor. The wine and drinks are delicious and a number of great choices. The food was outstanding all 4 us had something different and it was all cooked to perfection. There was a lovely added bonus of Jason doing some card tricks which entertained us to no end! We our enjoyed our evening immensely and we are already booked to come back with our family this weekend 😍

Booked to go for a meal with a group of friends. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was amazing. Alfred was friendly and accommodating. Went upstairs after food to sit at the new bar for a cocktail. Service was quick and friendly. When sitting at the bar for our drinks was entertained by the card tricks performed by Jason. Absolutely gutted, had a table booked for 7pm, turned up at 6:50, asked to go to the bar as table wasn't quite ready. Rammed at the bar, people already complaining, by 7:15 told table was ready and to head back down stairs only to be greeted by a table of 6 still waiting to be seated.... 7:20, cancelled our reservation. We loved Casa Bianca for its intimate setting, sadly, in our opinion the expansion has not worked, such a shame, bigger is not always better 😞

Very disappointing Valentine’s meal! My partner and I had to wait around 45 minutes for a mediocre ‘pre-starter’, then almost as long again, for the actual starter. When the mains finally arrived, they were cold and had to be sent back. A couple adjacent to us, also had to send their food back. £60 per head for a hugely restricted menu and shambolic service. The waitress, although polite, had to be helped to uncork the wine! Although a cramped restaurant before expansion, the whole experience on V day felt impersonal, underwhelming and that it was very badly managed.

I was slightly disappointed that there was only the Valentine menu available with minimum 3 course. As I booked table online there was no mention of set menu unless you viewed all menus. Whilst waiting a few couples left when they discovered this was the only menu but when another group complained they were offered the normal menu after we had already ordered. If I had known would have opted for main menu but after being told only the set menu was available chose this option. Overall the food and service was lovely but felt that we should have been given option for main menu.

We visited on Thursday for a family birthday for the first time and none of us had been before. We had a great night, we all tried different dishes for starters and mains and they were all great, the only suggestion would be to have a dip with the mozzarella sticks, we asked for a dip and had a tomato base for dipping and this was great. The house white was great too. The place is like the tardis, it looks like a terraced house from outside but it’s much more spacious inside and really nicely decorated. The service was also great throughout. There’s an extensive menu, it’s impressive that there are so many dishes and all of great quality. Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back soon.

Extremely annoyed with your service in your Pontypridd restaurant. I booked a table online on your website a good few days ago to book a table for 3 of us for Saturday the 1st July at 6pm. When I made the booking online and wasn’t able to check the booking I wasn’t able to edit the booking and wasn’t able to go back to check how many people I’d booked it for. This reservation was for my friend birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant I was told I’d booked it for 2 people I explained that I wasn’t able to change the booking online. We were given two options we either eat outside or we can have a table now but we can only order a main meal NO STARTERS or DESSERT. We didn’t want to eat outside as it was cold so we decided to just have a main I was sternly told that he needed the table back at 7pm. As it was my friend birthday and she loves your restaurant we stayed any other time would have walked out. We were all disappointed that we were unable to order starters. So we ordered our mains my friends mains come out at 6:40pm no sign of mine. My friend had to call one of the waiters over to chase up my main by this point it’s 6:55pm but the time mine come to the table the girls had finished there’s. Your food is out standing but the service was shocking it was just 3 of us and the waiter was making the situation worse it wasn’t as if there was 8 of us and the booking read 2 people if that was the case I could understand. Even though we went on to enjoy the evening elsewhere it did leave me extremely annoyed. I won’t be back
