Excellent venue,varied menu with superb food Very friendly and helpful staff and a great night out! Was placed upstairs and would recommend it for special occasions!

My friend and I had a great experience here. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The addition of a magician to entertain guests after our meal was really enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

What a surprise to find a restaurant of this quality on our doorstep, the decor and staff are so welcoming, the service was brilliant, we started with the calamari and the mussels both beautifully cooked, seasoned and delicious my with then went for a chicken dish and I ordered the seafood pasta, the chicken was amazing, and the seafood was the best I’ve ever tried, mussels, king prawns, clams, squid, and the pasta was so good. The wine was of a very good standard too. And the magician just topped the night off. A first class experience, not to be missed

Went there for a family birthday. The food was really enjoyable but the service left a lot to be desired. We consistently asked the waitress to order drinks told 3 times they would be back to take the order, which they failed to do until we asked for the forth time after waiting nearly an hour. When she finely came over she had attitude and an eye roll. The final straw was when we were told we hadn't paid the full bill but after realising it was their mistake no apology was made. The food was really good the service shockingly awful

Warm, clean & comfortable place in which to dine at your leisure. Attentive staff but not overly so. Very decent menu choices, wine likewise. We had 2 starters, 2 steak mains with 1 side dish, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, a bottle of wine & a coke which all came in at £120. All delicious. Much more space since they opened to top floor dining area which was very nice. Recommend anyone to try this restaurant.

We went here for a Saturday lunchtime treat and we were not disappointed. We were surprised how busy it was and we hadn't booked, but they found us a table. The staff were excellent really friendly and informative. There is a very wide selection on the menu and we chose starters and then one fish and one meat dish both beautifully cooked. We recommend Casa Bianca to all our friends for the quality of food at a good price, although we did think the wine may have been a little expensive. Highly recommend though!

Really lovely food and very reasonably priced, we were a family of 4 and each chose something different from the menu, ranging from rib eye steak, calzone and the fish of the day (sword fish) can't wait to return 👍

The experience of dining at Casa Bianca was a night that i will be sharing with my friends, superb food and the wine was excellent.

I had never heard of this restaurant before but I will definitely come back here again. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were looked after exceedingly well. The staff couldn’t help enough and the food once ordered came quickly and was so good. We each had different meals and we sampled them all. Very lovely place tucked away but easily found. Oh and I have to say a big thanks to the magician who entertained us also, a very lovey touch.

Great! Lovely Italian food with a wide selection on the menu. Plenty of vegetarian and GF options. It was quite busy when we visited so we had to wait for table service and had to approach the counter to get the bill as we had public transport to catch and didn't have time to chill/relax after our food, but otherwise faultless, will be happy to return for another meal as the food was delicious and the portions were a good size.

Beautiful setting, cosy and lovely decor. The wine and drinks are delicious and a number of great choices. The food was outstanding all 4 us had something different and it was all cooked to perfection. There was a lovely added bonus of Jason doing some card tricks which entertained us to no end! We our enjoyed our evening immensely and we are already booked to come back with our family this weekend 😍

Booked to go for a meal with a group of friends. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was amazing. Alfred was friendly and accommodating. Went upstairs after food to sit at the new bar for a cocktail. Service was quick and friendly. When sitting at the bar for our drinks was entertained by the card tricks performed by Jason. Would definitely go again and would recommend.

A lovely evening meal, a big choice and very reasonably priced. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. A very nice relaxed meal.

Absolutely gutted, had a table booked for 7pm, turned up at 6:50, asked to go to the bar as table wasn't quite ready. Rammed at the bar, people already complaining, by 7:15 told table was ready and to head back down stairs only to be greeted by a table of 6 still waiting to be seated.... 7:20, cancelled our reservation. We loved Casa Bianca for its intimate setting, sadly, in our opinion the expansion has not worked, such a shame, bigger is not always better 😞

Very disappointing Valentine’s meal! My partner and I had to wait around 45 minutes for a mediocre ‘pre-starter’, then almost as long again, for the actual starter. When the mains finally arrived, they were cold and had to be sent back. A couple adjacent to us, also had to send their food back. £60 per head for a hugely restricted menu and shambolic service. The waitress, although polite, had to be helped to uncork the wine! Although a cramped restaurant before expansion, the whole experience on V day felt impersonal, underwhelming and that it was very badly managed.

I was slightly disappointed that there was only the Valentine menu available with minimum 3 course. As I booked table online there was no mention of set menu unless you viewed all menus. Whilst waiting a few couples left when they discovered this was the only menu but when another group complained they were offered the normal menu after we had already ordered. If I had known would have opted for main menu but after being told only the set menu was available chose this option. Overall the food and service was lovely but felt that we should have been given option for main menu.

Visited here for my birthday with family. We have a few dietary intolerances and the staff were extremely accommodating and asked lots of questions to ensure cross-contamination was avoided. The food was delicious, would definitely recommend!

We visited on Thursday for a family birthday for the first time and none of us had been before. We had a great night, we all tried different dishes for starters and mains and they were all great, the only suggestion would be to have a dip with the mozzarella sticks, we asked for a dip and had a tomato base for dipping and this was great. The house white was great too. The place is like the tardis, it looks like a terraced house from outside but it’s much more spacious inside and really nicely decorated. The service was also great throughout. There’s an extensive menu, it’s impressive that there are so many dishes and all of great quality. Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back soon.

People are travelling 150 miles, already driving, to meet for a meal. 5pm I receive a telephone call from Casa Bianca. We have messed up reservations, yours is cancelled. I explain the situation. Response, maybe we could do something for 9.30pm. Really? That’s your response. You have messed up, tough luck, try elsewhere. Thanks vey much. My recommendation, don’t make a reservation. Extremely annoyed with your service in your Pontypridd restaurant. I booked a table online on your website a good few days ago to book a table for 3 of us for Saturday the 1st July at 6pm. When I made the booking online and wasn’t able to check the booking I wasn’t able to edit the booking and wasn’t able to go back to check how many people I’d booked it for. This reservation was for my friend birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant I was told I’d booked it for 2 people I explained that I wasn’t able to change the booking online. We were given two options we either eat outside or we can have a table now but we can only order a main meal NO STARTERS or DESSERT. We didn’t want to eat outside as it was cold so we decided to just have a main I was sternly told that he needed the table back at 7pm. As it was my friend birthday and she loves your restaurant we stayed any other time would have walked out. We were all disappointed that we were unable to order starters. So we ordered our mains my friends mains come out at 6:40pm no sign of mine. My friend had to call one of the waiters over to chase up my main by this point it’s 6:55pm but the time mine come to the table the girls had finished there’s. Your food is out standing but the service was shocking it was just 3 of us and the waiter was making the situation worse it wasn’t as if there was 8 of us and the booking read 2 people if that was the case I could understand. Even though we went on to enjoy the evening elsewhere it did leave me extremely annoyed. I won’t be back

Lovely interior, although maybe a little cramped. Staff were accommodating to dietary requirements. There were no vegan options listed but staff said they can make any of the pasta dishes vegan (I only asked about pasta so I don't know about other options). For creamy dishes they sub for a tomato sauce. I chose the arrabiata but vegan (no parmesan) and it was gorgeous. Mains were very reasonably priced! The pizzas looked amazing too We paid around £80 for 5 adults including drinks!

3 visit at Casa Blanca but unfortunate tonight my meals was served cold approached the waiter elder gentleman curly hair glasses to inform my meal was cold he just said he would sort it returned it clearly put the same portion in microwave then I could not put my knife into pasta as it was clearly frozen . When he asked why I was not eating when I told him he just replied OOPS I’m not the chef ! No apology just informed me with you won’t have to PAY we were going to book table for 14 for 18 birthday unfortunately this won’t be happening as I was very disappointed especially with the waiters customer care

Had a lovely meal at Casa Bianca. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food tasty and well presented. I had the scallops followed by the sea bass with saffron sauce. The scallops were small but had lovely flavour. I particularly liked the crispy bacon which set it off really nicely. The sea bass was nicely cooked and full of flavour and the saffron sauce was delicate and set the fish off beautifully. There were a few too many elements for my taste. The cherry tomatoes and chilli were unnecessary but easily pushed aside. My parents really enjoyed their tbone steak and seafood risotto. The steak was cooked as specified and very tender and tasty and the risotto was creamy and packed with seafood. The ambiance is lovely. The decor tasteful and light but cosy and although it's small and busy it wasn't overly loud. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere in a packed restaurant, cosy and clean. We had an experience that bordered on a Faulty Towers visit, which sort of added to our evening. Everyone' else's food looked very nice and we overheard plenty of compliments from other diners. Our food was presented well and a good portion size. The starters of cheese and garlic bread was very tasty and massive, The Homemade bread and oils not so good. Our main courses were okay. If you have any food intolerances I would advise you to order ahead of your visit and note their closing time so you can have coffee and dessert 🤔
