Really over priced . Toilets down stairs... public ones . Edit.... when we got there amd asked for a table , then asked where the toilets was they sent us down stairs , and that was with 2 disabled people who struggled to do the stairs , who also had walking sticks and crutches. We then only had a drink and some olives as my parents were in more discomfort. Plus we also asked of they were the only toilets and they said yes the one down stairs. So I would like to know why 2 elderly disabled people were sent down stairs .

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, great friendly service, comfy surroundings and most importantly food was amazing. Perfect portions, mouth watering with a multitude of tastes to wow the tastebuds. From the goats cheese and hollumi starters to the Rossini and fillet steak, everything cooked and presented to perfection. Thank you so much, and see you soon.

Went to the Morlais today for a Sunday roast one of the worst meals I have ever had. When I booked I was sure to mention that we needed 1 gluten free meal as an allergy not an intolerance. My husband meal was served without mash potatoes or gravy as they didn't have gluten free roast potatoes were deep fat fried not roast. Stuffing balls were dripping in oil having also been deep fried . My vegetable were cold , very disappointed as the restaurant was not busy. Waited over an hour to be served our food. Sorry won't be visiting again.

A suggestion on your service level. Most of your customers today were pensioners, who found it difficult to get in and out of the bench seating. To save them trouble why don't you supply them with cutlery wrapped up in a serviette when serving the food. My husband had a soup today with no spoon supplied! Even though there is a notice saying to collect your own cutlery and condiments,it comes over as quite rude and unhelpful to be told you have to get your own. The condiments could be placed in small pots on the tables, as most cafe's do. Also please could you tell your serving staff to be a bit more obliging. You need to improve on your service level to keep up your award winning status.

Welsh tapas. Delicious, different. A bit on-trend, though, with its array of vegan dishes. Don't hope for a Sunday roast here. Staff very polite and attentive. Building a little bit cold. Great array of wines, sherries, vermouth. Eye-wateringly expensive. Expect £100+ easily for a couple, with drinks.
