First time ordering food was lovely the sauce over the wings is so tasty

Nice lively pub, pool table and darts is a bonus!

The food is delicious and can be enough for two people to finish three dishes. The proprietress is also kind. Visitors from Birmingham said they would eat at your place next time they come.

Nice pub, could do better with the food, ordered baked potato x 2 cheese & beans, potatoes were hard, a spoonful of beans and a few bits of cheese! Could do MUCH better! Service was very friendly and ambience OK, wouldn't recommend!

Volume pub with few people in on a Thursday

The food was brilliant, really interesting menu options, definitely recommend the chef’s special!! The staff were really well informed on menu knowledge, able to let me know what dishes would suit my taste and also were able to cook some salmon dishes some more for me as I’m not the biggest fan of cured salmon & raw fish. Couldn’t fault it!

La comida aquí es brillante y el servicio es muy amable. Mi novia y yo realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida y pensamos que era muy justo precio. Sin duda te recomiendo que vengas a probarlo.

Not hot enough and unfriendly driver

Listen… I like this place, the drinks are good and the atmosphere is nice. But why is the bar service so inefficient, even on a Monday? In fact, in the process of writing this review I have reduced my service from a 3 to a 2 - that’s how long I’ve had to write this review whilst waiting to get served!! Ok, about to order now. Great pub, karaoke is class and drinks are decently priced. Old school. Plenty of teles too.

We had a great time at the 1.5 hour bottomless brunch yesterday. The food was delicious (and a really generous portion!) and the choice of drinks was brilliant - beers, wine, prosecco or cocktails. The man serving us was so friendly and helpful too. We'll be back!

The experience was amazing everyone was very accomadating. Fabulous food and everything was gorgeous we have a fabulous time and would come again. Love it!

Top Tier bar, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Aaron working security especially made us feel welcome and provided us with great service. Big up bookshop x
