that's the kokodoo that I know and love! it's been a while since I had good delivery service from them, but glad to see that the quality is back this time ♡ everything was great! order was correct. food was delicious :) everyone was very happy today.

Absolute joke of a place. DO NOT USE. Failed to deliver and lied about ETA. They even just closed without resolving the issue even when I offered to collect. Zero customer service.

The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous!

Orders at 19.35 with an estimated delivery time of 20.25 this ended getting pushed back and finally arrived at 21.15, the poor delivery driver had been waiting at the restaurant a long time. The food is good quality shame about the delivery times.

I used to order from here fairly regularly as the chicken is actually pretty nice. I wouldn't really say it's faithful to Korean fried chicken at all but it is still pretty nice. The problem is that the chips are almost always practically raw, which makes the meals pretty grim. On top of this they've removed the meals for 2 and reduced portion sizes making it more expensive for less food.

The food is always piping hot and a generous portion with fair pieces. Amazing taste and food quality. I keep coming back for more and never any issues. Delivery is super quick too.

Sides excellent - onion rings really good, pumpkin croquettes great, goyza good. Chicken though was not. Tenders were dry and mostly went in the cat, chicken with the rice was OK but nothing special.

This restaurant it always taking it's time. Food is great, just have to remember that if they want to deliver it at xx:20-xx:40 you have to add at least 30 minutes to this time.

Been here many times and whenever in Swansea, I always make sure we visit. GReat portion sizes and food tastes amazing. Brilliant whether Dining-In or Delivered. Love that they offer Korean drinks too. Definitely recommend the Loaded fries and Honey Melon Soda

Really amazing food but my order came compeletely wrong, I got a different drink to what I ordered and fiery sauce instead of honey cauliflower and now I can’t really eat it :(

I have still not received my food order even though its been updated an hour after expected delivery time as delivered cannot get through to restaurant for an official update.

Very tasty food, and good sized portions at a reasonable price. Ordered via Uber eats and arrived still hot. I would definitely order again.

Ordered with Uber Eats at 7pm and was still waiting for my food at 8:45pm. Issues with Uber Eats drivers. I rang the store and they told me a driver had collected the food but about 20 min later my order showed up as cancelled. After speaking to the store they remade my order and allowed me to pick it up despite closing at 9pm. They remained open to allow me to pick up my food which was absolutely delicious! It seems like there are some issues with uber eats delivery times at the moment but the store went above and beyond what was expected to rectify this. Really good food and even better customer service. I will definitely be coming back again!

Wrong order was delivered and the delivery driver could not help. Spoke to the restaurant who couldn’t help either - just told me to submit a complaint through just eat

Appalling level of punctuality, It’s a complete lottery when they will arrive and has been for months. If you’re not in a rush then by all means order but don’t take the ETA as gospel because it’s guaranteed to be wrong.

2 hours late and still waiting. I appreciate there are adverse weather conditions which is why I placed an order at 5.15pm to arrive before the storm hit. Postponing delivery time every 10 mins and refusing to reject or cancel the order, just NO.

I called kokodoo directly and they were absolutely wonderful as was the food I received. the HUGE problem is JUSTEAT,they are absolutely useless.

My friend did an order for four of us from this place through uber eats. We were aware the wait time was usually 45 minutes but did not mind as before the food had been very good(although typically not the correct order). However one hour later we were beginning to get impatient, one and a half hours later it was starting to become a joke. My friend rang multiple times finally someone picked up and said that they were only just boxing our order(so it’s not the complete fault of the delivery service). After this we had to wait about another 40 minutes to actually receive our food. When it arrived mine and one other meal was hot however the chips were not only undercooked but completely soaking to the point where they were pretty much mash. Not only this but the chicken made me and two others ill. One other meal was completely cold and we did not even receive a full refund. For the hefty price this is despicable very disappointed will not be ordering from here again and warn others not to either.

Update on my previous review They did in fact replace our whole order and flavours and portions sizes back to their high standards. Loads of.flavour and loads of food. You can't ask for more. Thank you for fixing everything. We will be ordering again. This place was always amazing and we were regular customers. But tonight that's changed and we'll never order from there again We ordered 2 boxes of soy chicken wings. 2 boxes honey chicken wings 2 boxes of nacho chips and a box of coleslaw, meaning we spent a lot. This time, the boxes of chips were only half full - one of the boxes had seasoning and the other didn't. The chicken had hardly any sauce and to taste you wouldn't be able to.tell which was soy and which was honey. Which is weird as in the past they always had strong flavours. But the worst part, the coleslaw. Which is far from cheap, was just a few spoonfuls in the bottom.of the box, not even a quarter full. In the past we've had a good box full. We're feeling thoroughly disappointed and ripped off.

What happened to Kokodoo? 😕 yesterday I ordered from them and it took about an hour for them to then cancel the order. I order from them today and it takes forever again, the delivery time kept changing. When the food arrived all I got was my 3 drinks and the freebie 3 piece chicken tenders and nothing else of my £30 total food order. Is Kokodoo closing down or something? going out of business but still taking orders? LOL what in the world?

awful service. This is the second time we’ve ordered where we didn’t receive any burgers or fries with our order. When we called they didn’t have a solution to this other than to “come down and pick it up yourself” which isn’t possible and the reason why we ordered a delivery in the first place. We never received a refund the first time round, so we’re not hopeful for the second time either. We gave them a second chance with this order but won’t be ordering from here again.

last time I ordered fro here the food was really poor and when we tried to contact kokodoo the customer service was awful. we decided to try again but after almost and hour of waiting our order has been cancelled with no explanation. I won't bother ever again.

The food was lovely but I'm not convinced this was Korean. The service was poor. You had to queue behind the Deliveroo couriers and order. They forgot our order so we had to re-queue and remind them. The floor is extremely slippery with grease. Don't go for the fine dining experience, but the food is pretty good when it comes. Oh, and don't worry if the staff talk about you in loud voices when you leave the restaurant. It's all part of the experience.

Food is always delicious from this restaurant - however collecting an order was horrendous. After having our Uber drivers cancelling pickup several times, we went to pick it up after an hour of waiting and food preparation. We then stood with delivery drivers who had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their pickups - a lot of them cancelling their orders (explains why ours kept cancelling). We were not approached by any one of the workers at any point (they knew we were there because we heard the worker talking about us). Obviously we understand hospitality is fast paced and hectic - however 10-15 minutes after no approach, I had to lean over the counter just to explain the situation with our order - after this it still took a further amount of time for a worker to come back. Our order was on the table ready throughout the entire duration of our waiting. Upsetting because we order from here a lot and love the food! :(

Shambolic from start to finish! Used to be a regular Kokodoo customer but the last few occasions have been very poor. The food quality is poor and greasy. Also, staff are so rude and I had to wait ages just to place my order as they were chatting amongst themselves. Never again!

Usually love Kokodoo but the meals tonight were very dry. Hardly any sauce at all. Very disappointing. Not sure I’ll be ordering anything for a while.

OK so wasn't sure what to expect, but the portion size is massive! Really really happy with the food for the money. We ordered 2 meals and some wings to share between the 2 of us, we ate our fill and still left with 3 take away boxes lol We tried the sweet and spicy, the honey chicken and it was stunning. We ordered the spicey k wings, again amazing flavour, the wings were a bit pricey compared to the rest if the food, however the flavour was outstanding. We will 100% be coming here again. In summary, big portions, great food, sensible pricing. Absolute win.

Absolutely fantastic chicken, the owner gave us a run down and chatted us up about his buissness when we came in. He is attentive and cleary cares! We bought the 12 peice sticky soy and the batter crumbles in your mouth, will definitely order again. The dumbles are a good addition too. Understand the good rumors now

Delicious juicy chicken with a lovely crunch and mouthwatering sauce. With generous portions and decent pricing, this is a great spot to eat with friends on a night out. Along with that, the owner is a hardworking man clearly dedicated to providing a great experience for his customers. No reason not to go! (Just make sure to arrive early ;) )

Great wings. Hard to compare as I lived in Korea for 6 months but tasty, good portions and nice delivery time. Will order again. Slaw was a bit bland but I needed it as the wings were extremely well seasoned with their sauces.

Absolutely revolting food, soggy unseasoned chicken that was overloaded with spice to mask its blandness and a brick of overcooked rice that was practically a brick, driver dropped the food as well as he was walking to our door and broke our drinks, if you like crispy chicken that actually tastes like something go elsewhere.

This food was GOOD. Not one for usually leaving a review, but the flavours are outstanding. The fiery chicken was hot, but not so hot it ruins the rest of the food. The burgers were great and the sticky rice was perfect. Will definitely order from here again.

We had food from here 3 weeks ago and it was lovely so we order again we had an issue with justeat and didn't get our order so we call today to explain what happen yesterday then spoke to the manger and he was so helpful and apologies what happen tho it was done and ready to collect from the store by just eat and he offered us what we order and we just had it and it was amazing the honey glazed chicken was amazing we all enjoyed our food and would defo be ordering or trying the eat in next time

food hasn't been delivered as I refused the order after waiting 2 and a half hours and when i rang the store ay 8.40 they said it would be 10mins but no they decided to believer it a hour later after I had been to get more food for my children. I want a full refund. they didn't have the decency to ring and say it will be with u soon when I tryed to ring the shop had closed.

The delivery is good. The problem is with the packaging. The food fell because of the paper bag, the restaurant uses, it tripped and everything fell. The delivery man was upset because he told the restaurant to put different bags and they did not listen. I hope they fix this problem next time

Lovely place to eat. We sat inside looking over Uplands road, very cosy setting. Couldn't fault the food. It was delicious, big portions and great value for money. Toilets needed a little clean but nothing a touch of bleach couldn't fix. Would definitely recommend 👌

We arrived at the restaurant on the first floor to loud music and no welcome. The place was empty from 6pm till 8.30pm which was strange. Music was too loud and we asked for it to be turned down twice but it was still too loud plus inappropriate style of music. Food was disappointing as no different than a take away apart from a neat presentation on our plates. Staff were all very young and inexperienced in customer service and hospitality. Generally the place was unclean especially the carpets in the hall way and stairs…

I am completely disappointed with the service today. Usually Kokodoo is the place that doesn't let me down. My order arrived in poor state. The bag was not secured, it was open. 2 items of my order worth £15 were missing. What happened?

Food was ok I guess. The coleslaw may aswell have been just onion an abit of mayo, the honey chicken was too sweet an they didn’t have onion rings when I ordered

The food here can easily be 5 stars, but at busier times it tends to be not as great.

Food was amazing between me, my parent and my gran we had the sweet and spicy chicken, sticky soy and honey glazed respectively potion sizes where huge. Only reason the atmosphere wasn’t 5 stars was because we were early to them opening (4;20) and only people here. 😁

Take your money but deliver your food unfortunately

Ordered food via food hub got confirmation of order and bank debited, had text message a little later saying my order had been rejected and I’d be refunded in 5 working days. Not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed and poor service.
