beautiful, cosy place with amazing food and exceptional service!! we all enjoyed our meals, i had the bang bang cauliflower and it was so good. the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. my boyfriend spilled his drink and they didn't hesitate to replace it. i was also given a free slice of (vegan) cheesecake by the staff, i assume because the drink was spilled over me and i was visibly upset. would definitely recommend and will definitely be back (hopefully with no spillages next time)!! :)

Awesome place to eat and chill out, excellent menu,GF menu especially,it was a nice change to see more than one option ranging from started to dessert. Definitely recommend 👍

A brilliant cafe with great attention to detail for food allergies. The staff were all so friendly and thorough, the decor oozed charm, we loved it! A great stop on our travels through Wales. The food was delicious, highly recommend!!

We had food here and it was really very good. The staff couldn't do enough for you and food options were plentiful. The toilets are upstairs, but there is a disability loo on the ground floor. The ambience is not cosy, even though they have obviously tried, as the room has tall ceilings that give the room an emptied feel than what it is.

Decided to try out following great reviews on online. Nervous to attend without booking on a Saturday night. It was busy when we arrived but was immediately welcomed by staff and seated. Lovely choice on the menu and reasonably priced. Food and drinks were ordered online and served quickly by friendly staff. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely go again and recommend.

Had Christmas lunch with work team. Great atmosphere and ambience, high ceiling and elegant lighting. Staff were friendly and attentive without fussing. Food was excellent. The best Lounge I've been to. Also good wheelchair/ buggy access. It was also clear there are regular customers who are known and valued.

I’m usually a regular in zinco. Not anymore my friend and myself ordered the soup of the day it tasted like paste. Or they got the wrong order it clearly wasn’t soup. The girl who brought it had a face on. Since the staff have changed a bit isn’t the same place and the food tasted burnt. ( no offence ) sorry won’t be coming back to the place

Friendly service in a buzzy atmosphere. Casual relaxed decor. Had nasi goreng. Tasty but lacked chicken. Did it contain msg? As I had racing heart beat for 6 hours after.

Cool venue with a great atmosphere. The food was lovely and didn’t take long for us to be served. All the staff were very good, especially Hedd who was serving our table. He was very attentive and polite, which added to the atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will be back soon!

Lovely atmosphere and a decent range of vegan options - I loved the Bang Bang Cauliflower. Use the QR code to bring up the website where you can filter by allergens/diet to find the vegan options, the normal menu isn't super clear

Always impressed with the Lounge bars, Zinco no exception, staff here are great very welcoming, food was lovely and the Christmas Turkey pie was delicious, great atmosphere too

Great service,prices and food in a fantastic setting.... I had eaten at the Abergavenny"lounge"on Wednesday, meeting up with a friend in Swansea on Thursday they suggested here,the"penny"didn't drop until I walked through the door and I'm meeting another friend on Friday at the Covo Lounge in Bridgend, there's a theme going on here🙂 before heading back to Stuttgart on Saturday.....so when can I expect to see a"lounge"in Stuggitown? Deffo you'd have me as a customer.

Great menu selection, really clean and decent service. Think the portion sizes could be ever so slightly bigger for the price, but would recommend the eggs benedict and aubergine flatbread.

Gran comida sin gluten por lo general, pero nunca tienen un sándwich. Hoy probé un sándwich gf y tengo que decir que el pan estaba horrible, rancio y desmenuzado. ¡No sólo eso, sino que costó casi 12 libras por el privilegio! Diré que el servicio fue genial y siempre el personal es amable y servicial.

Really lovely main dish of buttermilk chicken. Had Churros for dessert but only ate one as they tasted as if they were cooked in chip fat. Couldn't find anyone to tell as was so busy.

Booked table in advance. It was very cold in there. The food we ordered wasn't available they had run out of so many things... I ordered cauliflower which when came was so small portion and was luke warm. Service was fab. Couldn't apologise enough. Needless to say I won't be going there again!

Chose to eat here for a small mid-afternoon meal having seen an appeal to the decor. On entry we found just a few seats available though there were more available on the second floor balcony, I found out later. My partner had a vegetarian dish while I, a meat eater, chose a dish that was suitable for vegetarians. The food took a fairly long time to arrive but the place was very busy and we had drinks so chatted happily away in a comfortable surrounding. Now then.. there is good out of the next but, initially my food was less than hot, indeed just about warm which included the main meal and the garlic bread that was a bit soggy and undercooked. My partner's food was good... in taste and temperature and she carried on blissfully unaware of the issue with my food. I complained to the staff and swiftly without any issues the food was removed with the offer of a refund or replacement. Replacement selected, I appreciated I'd have a wait but was quickly greeted with hot and very nicely done garlic bread to go on with while I waited for the main dish to be prepared. Not too long later a freshly cooked main dish arrived and was hot. I must say that both the returned dish and the second were full of flavour and tasted great. The waiter that had served us came back to check that all was now good and discuss the complaint. I have to say that the apologies given felt sincere and the manner in which he dealt with the issue and the resolution agreed were nothing short of a calm, respectful and professional person. Sadly I did not catch the name of the young man, but to the owners of this place, this young man deserves credit. While I make the point that the food should have been hot in the first place, the manner in which the complaint was dealt with, the resolution and the fact that I did get a hot meal left me feeling satisfied that this place does take customer care and satisfaction very seriously. The events will not put me off going there again and I will endorse Zinco Lounge as a good place to eat good food. As a furtherance, I can say that there is a very good selection of food here and many vegetarian dishes available. They even have a full page of dishes suitable for vegans.. and this is something of a rarity worthy of positive comment.

I love this place, there is a wide choice of food and drinks and it all tastes great. The only thing I'm marking it down on is atmosphere due to the noise - dogs are welcome and whilst I don't have a problem with that, it can be very noisy and uncomfortable when they're constantly barking as they were when I last visited.

I tried vegan soup, patatas bravas and hummus. All of them are delicious. The staff was so kind.

its not as cozy as it seems, we sat upstairs and were freezing, let alone the bizarre fish smell. the food was served to us luke warm, and was put together lazily. the drinks were okay, but the milkshake was watered down and the cranberry juice was cheap. service was fine, everyone seemed nervous for some reason.

We had a very pleasant early evening meal. A varied menu with plenty of choice for everyone. We ordered on the app and our food and drinks arrived promptly.

I've been to Zinco Lounge several times, and the service has always good, and the food is well above average. Yesterday I had the Lounge Breakfast, and the bacon and sausage was good quality in comparison to many other places that use cheap meat. The tea was served in a china pot, and was so much better than the sad excuse for tea you get in most places these days. The interior is quite dark with atmospheric lighting, which gives a cosy feel in quite a large space, but it is not unusual to see people use their phone torch for some extra light so that they can read the menu, meaning it is not particularly accessible for partially sighted people. The amount of hard surfaces means it can be quite loud, so if you have hearing problems, head up to the mezzanine level, as this is quieter.

Amazing place, brilliant food and FANTASTIC STAFF. One of our party has severe allergies and they were so so helpful even finding last minute alternatives and checking up. Thank you guys

No hemos estado por un tiempo, probablemente mayo fue nuestra última visita... Decidimos darle una oportunidad hoy y no nos decepcionó la comida era fantástico: ) el servicio todavía deja mucho que desear, hace un tiempo a menudo nos recibió una señora italiana (creo que italiano - perdóneme si no) y ella era fantástico y muy acogedor, con ella encontramos que nos inclinamos a visitar un par de veces al mes. Camarera en nuestras últimas visitas puede tomar nuestro pedido y comprobar nuestra comida es satisfactorio en 5 palabras, y eso si tienes suerte! Mi compañero la ha apodado Happy! Cuando la vimos hoy mi corazón se hundió, no queremos ser groseros, pero sería genial ver algo de la hospitalidad mostrada por el personal anterior. Solo una sonrisa y tal vez algunas palabras agradables, no espero nada más que eso. Me encanta la comida, pero no será una de nuestras visitas regulares desafortunadamente. Dado 4 / 5 ya que siento que es justo, el servicio es una retroalimentación genuina que puede o no ser sentido por otros, solo quiero ver el restaurante prosperar: )

Zincon Lounge ofrece vinos de buena calidad y me gusta especialmente la combinación de vino tinto y sabroso pan de ajo con o sin queso. Pueden ofrecer un gran servicio incluso con los pedidos más simples. Zincon Lounge eres el mejor.

Brilliant! Went for post graduation meal with my daughters can't believe the quality of the food. Fab menu and cocktails. Service was swift and very good. Would definitely recommend.

Called in to Zinco Lounge on a Saturday evening Thankfully it was not too busy, and it was very well presented. Vacant tables were clean and inviting. We were seated by a very pleasant member of staff (young lady with blonde hair up in a clip) and when we were ready to order we asked the same staff member what she recommended on the menu. She took time to ask us about our tastes and preferences and recommended the Nasi Goreng (me) and the Harissa Chicken flatbread (my partner). We also had sides of regular fries and sweet potato fries. The food was very good, as were the drinks( I had the pale ale) . The premises is lovely on the eye, spacious and welcoming. The same staff member took time to ask whether everything was ok and then later came by and spoke to us about our stay and plans for the weekend. We will be back.

Staff are the best! They support a super charity, and the food is amazing. Like an upbeat bistro cafe restaurant all in one. Open and spacious, big upstairs and down and you can order on phone. Food is not the cheapest but because it's lovely and stylish! We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Also has board games and other bits too!

Nice affordable place to dine. The atmosphere is laid back, and the decoration is cosy. I went midday on a Friday, and there was quick service and plenty of space to sit without the restaurant/bar being empty. All items on the menu are fairly priced, and there's a good selection of food available. I really enjoyed the shakshuka with added chorizo and hallumi. The lounge burger was also very good. However, I found the garlic and parmesan wings a little dry. I appreciate that there's an option to order to the table via an app. I recommend this place and would happily go again.

This is a lovely, relaxing, and homely lounge space. With unique decoration both to walls, hanging, furniture, and stare case. It has a natural wooden floor and a solid wooden staircase. Although Zinco Lounge is part of a change of Lounges It is unique in its feel and atmosphere. There is a wide selection of cooked food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All food is cooked to protection in the ground floor kitchen area. There is a bar serving alcoholic, hot, and cold drinks. The Zinco Lounge is located on the edge of Swansea city centre

We come here regularly and love the place. It's such a welcoming venue for all types of groups. I come with older children in the early evening and it's always a great experience. The food is varied and great quality.

I wish I’ve been to this place sooner! I can’t speak on the food as I only came here for coffee, but it was absolutely amazing. Lovely decor and a great atmosphere.

# Negatives: - Portion of cheese chips was very, very greasy and so small we could count them on the tiny plate. - Garlic bread portion was again small and very salty. - Coffees were disappointing. # Positive: The atmosphere was great .

The waitresses are super friendly, welcoming, warm and polite. The service was perfect, the meal carefully prepared and very good. A good average price for the meal. The atmosphere and decorations are really good. Perfect, recommend without hesitation

In short: - Food was as if it was put together by someone who just rolled out of bed. Ridiculously expensive for what was genuinely McDonalds quality food (if that). Just ate here after not having been here in some time, and am seriously dissapointed in the drop in quality of the food. Had a lounge burger, which was a sad state of affairs. Stale bun, dry, flavourless beef with barely any seasoning or flavour to detect whatsoever. Slaw was vile, and there was not even half a potato's worth of fries (which were also flavourless mulch). Very surprised, used to have a good opinion of Zinco lounge but clearly something has happened here - I will not be returning again and will advise others simialrly. Only finished the meal as we were in a rush after a long journey, but in hindsight should have sent the food back.

Had a lovely meal, but as the table was being cleaned the waiter made very rude comments directed to us and made me and everyone at the table very uncomfortable and ruined the meal, will not be coming back to this restaurant! Very disappointed !

Some items on the menu where not available and we were not notified until we ordered said items. Coffee tasted burnt and low quality. Tapas were good quality and price, although not all the ingredients were mentioned in the menu. Some of the best Churros I’ve ever had.

Probably the worst food in Swansea , Soup was Carrot and coriander, tasted like hot water , Chilli was cold and Chicken had been cooked a few days ago .

My partner had English breakfast and I had the berry pancakes. Both were yummy. Pancakes were not too sweet and compote was nice. Nice start to the day. The cappuccinos we had were too milky so that was disappointing - where's the coffee?

Couldn’t finish my food because there was big chunk of eggshell in it, spat it out into a tissue which in front of a full restaurant wasn’t much fun, have added photo of some that was on the plate, no help from staff

We visited for a friends birthday and was quite impressed. The decor was lovely and the fish finger sandwich I had was really nice. It was our first time visiting and would definitely recommend it.

We visited Zinco Lounge for the first time today and we found the quality of food, prices and range for different dietary needs to be excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was good. It was clear this restaurant is popular as when we were leaving, there was a long queue to get in. We will definitely be returning to dine here at a later date.

Just felt the food was not quite as good as at other Lounges that we have been to (plus seems to be getting a tad on the expensive side). I mean, it's good but not exceptional. Servings seemed a tad smaller and my eggs looked a little sad on the plate. Service great/friendly. Could not knock it.

Visiting Swansea for a little shopping in the sales (we are from Port Talbot) with family visitors from Newbury. Needing a late lunch (myself being Coeliac) we decided to visit, having seen previous reviews. This establishment didn't disappoint, the friendly and polite welcome we received with apologies for the delay, queuing inside the door, they were very busy, but our wait was a short one and so worth it. We were shown to our table and advised to order at the bar, the first thing I was asked do you or anyone in your party have any allergies. It was simple to order, our food didn't take too long, my plate arrived with a Little Red Flag (to show it's a GF meal). We all enjoyed our meal, it's a lovely and welcoming Restaurant/Bar. Our visitors (mid 70's) have partial deafness, so found it a little difficult with the noise level, apart from that all was a good experience. Somewhere that my wife and I will be calling back again too.
