Caffe Nero in Swansea

Always clean and tidy, staff go out of their way for you, nothing is too much trouble all the staff are fab but especially Wayne and Oscar! Oh and it goes without saying the coffee is the best around here.

One of the better Cafe Nero units I've been to in my time. The staff here create an especially friendly atmosphere that makes every visit I make all the more pleasurable. Love coming here. Coffee is of course on point!

A great little refreshment spot, tucked unde the access road of the shopping park. Whilst someone was adrift in the adjacent Aldi, we enjoyed great flat whites and toasted cheese and ham rolls. Great find, great coffee and great service!

Good but expensive and needs to add good seats.

Dont be put off by the exterior, go in. I had the winter special coffee. Excellent. Great friendly service.

Good coffee, nice Xmas decs and chilled Christmasy music. Edit: Consistent good service and coffee. Decor looking a bit tired but still very fond of the place. Edit: I have been back several times and still all good. I like the El Salvador single blend. Edit: El Salvador now finished but regular coffee here is good anyway.

A nice cafe, with the usual food and drinks you would expect from a cafe Nero. Great service from the staff. I recommend the vegetarian sausage roll with a cappuccino.

I visited today with my girlfriend (24/09/23). Just wanted to say how impressed I was with both of the staff working here today (13:15). It was a brown haired man and a blonde woman. As well as being super welcoming and opening the door for us both. They were both very quick to make a great tasting coffee. You really got a sense they both enjoyed working here together and their cheeriness was infectious. I buy so many coffees from staff that are so inattentive and not at all warm so this was very refreshing to see. I'll definitely be coming back if these two are working here!

Great place, been going daily for ages why? It's kinda home, with decent coffee, got to know lot of other regulars and their dogs 🐕. Staff, make the place.

Madness, I’ve driven past thousands of times over the years but never tried it before. Popped in a couple of weeks ago and wow, they’ve won me over. Amazing coffee and very friendly staff, it’s now my go to place for my weekly coffee.

Great staff serving great coffee

Gave me wrong order. Never answered my 10+ phone calls… ended up paying £20 for some dirty smelling sandwich (which I threw) and an iced coffee. Just go to Starbucks man

I’ve visited this store for many years and found the staff and experience to be lovely. Having visited this morning, unfortunately the seating area was dirty (dirty floors/chairs etc) which is a shame as the customer service is excellent. I now doubt I’ll visit again!

Great coffee, friendly staff and comfy surroundings but starting to look a bit shabby, and I don't mean in a 'chic' way. Really needs a clean up and clear out of the old and tired furniture. I think it unlikely that, given the sad appearance and status of Fforestfach site in general, that they will pay for a refurb however.

Popped in for a coffee and toasted teacake, both good. Very friendly man serving, made you feel welcome. Quite noisy there and difficult to have a conversation bur comfortable seats. Negatives...Toilets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days, layer of dust on sink, dirty and dust in hand dryer and soap dispenser. Then a child had thrown up all over the floor there and they didn't appear to clean all surfaces that were affected (splashes on wall etc), just mopped the floor.

Great service from the two members of staff busting a gut trying to serve, take payment, cook food, make coffee and clear tables. The two men were doing the very best job they could but café Nero need more staff on a Saturday

Great little coffee shop. Cafe staff full of life. Little disorganised and tables need clearing a bit quicker but coffee was great. Really good place for a meeting.

My preferred place to go than Costa or Starbucks

Toilets and the sitting area seemed to be kept clean and the barista's were very friendly. Hot chocolate was stunning and dare I say favoured over my own Whitards hot chocolate ... the toasties was abit disappointing though.

Not sure if the cleaner has been sacked, long term sick or with the amount of cobwebs and dust getting ready for Halloween. The place was very dirty along with the cups. Paid for our drinks sat down got up and left didn't touch the drinks.

Just had an amazing chocolate and hazelnut frappe creme and a posh cheese and ham toasty. Both where delish and service from Jamie was 100% fab. There's a really good vide in the team. Thanks for a yummy lunch break.

If busy then there's a wait due to percolating and grinding machines otherwise quick service.

My little girl is dairy free and we tried two other coffee shops today which had drinks suitable but no cakes. The gentleman was super helpful in Caffe Nero Fforestfach and had a vegan chocolate brownie available. A very happy little girl

Lovely coffee n lovely freandly staff

I like it here but if you want alternative milk, eg. Oat milk there's a charge not so good for a chain should be same price. So a bit disappointed with that.

I miss Cafe Nero around Swansea so whenever I get to this one, I have to get a coffee.

Everytime I go to Cafe Nero, I have the best customer experience with some of the freshest food and perfectly constructed drink, being vegan, this place offers some of the best options for my needs.

Quick service and decent value. Can't comment on the quality personally because the drinks were for my children (decaff caramel ice latte). They enjoyed them though! Purchased some decaff ground coffee for home use, which is very nice.

Maybe the best coffee I've ever had, and the young girl serving was very polite and helpful. This is the second time I've called to this coffee shop only because of the service you get and Starbucks loss is Nero's gain
