Food can't be rated I was only in this pub for 30 minutes at the most tonight. Girl behind the has a massive attitude problem ( she needs to chill out) I won't be returning

Friendly, clean, and reasonably priced beer.

Broad based local that does exactly what it says on the tin. Reasonable beer prices, different nights for different people, karaoke etc. Decent amount of TVs if you're into sports, dog friendly.

No barman/maid behind bar for first 5-10mins. Empty glasses on tables.

Good spot to enjoy the English football league.

Staff were great curious, evan though they rushed off their feet, no trouble, although the place was full great place

Stopped off before Madness gig on Friday, had amazing time. Excellent pricing on lagers and wonderful atmosphere. Returned Monday evening after work and again very impressed. Excellent bar staff, talkative and polite, very engaging and a great bar just to chill in alone or with friends. Hugely recommended

WOW! When me and my partner Hugo were visiting Swansea as a Gay Non Binary Identifying Couple we stumbled into the Mill after viewing their supportive GAY flag outside this GAY haven. We asked the barmaid Sue for a few Cosmopolitans and she was SO SO SO supportive of the GAY movement. I would certainly encourage GAY people to join The Mill as it’s run by two beautiful lesbians and is now in our personal GAY guide of UK places to visiting. Please go there and be yourself.

Drinks are cheap, can get a pint for about £2.50, so definitely a win there. Music was a bit too loud making it hard to hear other people, but other than that a solid experience 👍

Appalled by the behaviour of the so called "locals" at the Mill today, the shouting and foul language from the so called locals left a lot to be desired. They ganged up on one individual. There was no recourse from the only member of staff on duty. The Mill has let it self down. If you are not 'local" avoid at all cost.

Awful experience today. Friend was verbally abused by other drinkers Swearing and cursing for all hear. Staff not interested as they are local so didnt want to rock the boat.

Nice place with good decor, so was pleased when we found out there was a quiz, but didn't enjoy the quiz experience. Was greeted by being told the printer had broken, so there would be no image round. This was the second week in a row this had occurred (though last week was for a different reason). The quizmaster said that if he'd known he would have prepared more questions (there were only 24), which is understandable but there should be more than enough online to quickly pick off. The questions themselves were mostly fine, if occasionally a bit hard to follow. Quiz was undermined by a team clearly cheating, although the quizmaster emphasised no phones, it obviously still happened, the team we marked had nearly a flawless first three rounds. However, were panicked when one of our team members went to swap our sheet with them and only got one question right. Did try to raise it but was quickly dismissed. Obviously can't stop people from cheating but that is what the picture round is for, and the experience was brief and rather unenjoyable. Probably won't return again, wouldn't tell people to not go as a whole but probably wouldn't recommend the quiz.

Terrible experience. Abusive 'locals' Swearing and belittling of fellow drinkers but that's ok because they are 'locals' Avoid at all cost.

Good local pub. Lively, comfortable and good prices.

Like a sauna, seemed to be a ventilation problem when we visited on a Saturday in early October with very high humidity. Everything inside was damp. Windows were all steamed up too. Drinks and service was fine but the sweaty environment meant we didn't stay. Surely our experience was a one off problem as the place would otherwise be green with mould.

Always a warm welcome. The drinks are great.. plenty of bar snacks.. and the staff are brilliant. Screens are positioned all around the out do if tour a sports fan its definitely the place to go.

Having recently moved to the area I felt very welcome here plenty of screens for the football the staff are attentive and there is never a long wait for a drink. The prices are cheap and the staff and regulars always have a chat and it makes for a pleasant evening. Will definitely become a regular myself!

I have been here on several occasions. The Mill is an extremely well run pub. The staff are very friendly, and welcoming, as are the local customers. Very clean. Great for sport on the TV, and excellent draught beers.

Great service from the lovely Alison who as always was cheerful and chatty, whilst busy cleaning the pub between pulling pints. Highly recommend a visit here where the service and atmosphere is always great.

Always stuff going on. When I left there was bingo. Its clean here and has everything a typical pub needs. Also modern feel and comfy.

Never been a fan of small pubs but the friendly atmosphere and inclusivity is amazing. All the bar staff treated my housemates and me as friends from day dot, we come every week to the rock and roll bingo, a more fun night is tough to have.

We've been coming to the Mill since September every week and a dinner night cannot be had, everyone has smiles for you, and one time that a Swansea native had a go at us for being students the barmaid stood up for us and said that the night was only ever ruined by people like him. Massive amounts of respect for the happy inclusive environment that is not only created but cultivated here.

Had a fabulous night with my partner celebrating his birthday. The staff and owners were all hugely accommodating and considerate. Covid rules were stringently upheld but we never felt awkward and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. We felt safe and celebrated and Lucy Lou, the resident drag artist was so, so entertaining. Feeling warm and loved and valued as I always do on leaving the Mill. Can't wait to be back, thanks guys.

Well where do start?, Firstly the staff, including both the landlords, are amazing! They are all so friendly and accommodating, I can honestly say they cannot do enough to make your evening a great one! I am 1 of a gay couple and I feel very safe and Included in the pub wherever I sit, the other customers are also very friendly and chatty. The prices are great for a local and you are always served with a smile! I would recommend this pub to anyone for a great night out!

Had a lovely evening until some jumped up barmaid decided to cause offence to my friend. We had had a lot to drink however my friend wanted to buy 1 last drink for my partner and was told he had had enough to drink and wouldn’t be getting served she even brought over the bouncer even though he wasn’t causing any trouble. I eventually bought the last pint and on the way out the bar person told my partner that my friend was banned. It ruined what was a lovely evening and the first time we had seen our friends in 2 years. I think whoever this barmaid was needs to go on a customer service course and learn some manners

Girls working there cause more trouble than the putters, We sit there watching them wind punters up there Attitude is terrible Toilets are disgusting so Bad If I need to go I use pub across road, Cheap booze but badly run by dirty staff sorry if you don't like it but the truth must be told

My housemates and I went to their karaoke night and had so much fun! Drinks were great prices and atmosphere and staff were great. Huge shout out to the guy running the karaoke, he was awesome!

False allegations made - a clear case of defamation of character. A very upsetting evening, where other customers approached us to express their views, dissatisfaction and disgust at the way in which we were treated. The manager clearly needs educating/training in people skills and staff management. If you are after a stress free and relaxing evening then go across the road to the Brynamour where the staff cannot do enough to help you.

Prices for drinks are the cheapest around . Covit protocol followed precisely. Only criticism is one of the staff , could have been polite when asking people to sit and wear masks to go to toilet or outside for a smoke.

Visited here before lockdown and was warmly welcomed . Shown to a table and orders taken and delivered to your table . Felt very safe in there .

£1.90 for a pint of ale is unreal. Also show football and rugby throughout the day which is good.

Brilliant local pub with seriously cheap, good beer - roughly £2-3. There are TVs playing sport and there are games all around. The only thing I'd say is the staff are slightly too quick to kick you out near closing up time. But worth a visit if you're up for a cheap night!

Well first visit here with some friends, cracking atmosphere, cheap drinks, didn’t have food so can’t comment on that but would highly recommend if you looking for a lively pub with a good atmosphere with really nice clientele
