The best restaurants in Castle Swansea South Wales

Me and my nephew were watching the rugby here and we ordered food Jack the chef made us the best steak and gammon we had in this restaurant. The services was really good friendly and helpful

Absolutely awful sweet and sour sauce taste like vinegar had a free hair in it too . Chips wasn’t cool right either . This is 2nd time I hadn’t enjoyed won’t be going here again

Really disappointed with my visit this time, been here before and the service was great but this time it took a bit of time for someone to seat us despite there being only 1 other person in the diner. Then there were no staff at all, pressed buzzer on table and no one came out. Just ended up leaving in the end, emailed to complain but no answer after 2 attempts from the diner.

the dessert is been excellent 👌 i had the waffle bueno! I really enjoy and it was verry good done. I Spoke with the young lady who made it, Giorgina i belive was her name, to say thank you...and she was very friendly and polite . I wanted to say thank you again to her and all the team on Kaspa's! Staff rather rude and defensive when we asked politely, 3 times, where one of our party's food hadn't arrived. When some of our food arrived, it was cold. We didn't feel we could ask for the food to be returned, as the staff were not approachable. It's my first night out with my friends in nearly 4 years, and I have been left disappointed. Don't think I'd return on principle.

Ordered the crumpet with rarebit and chutney on top. Had our teas. I had to ask about the food 20 mins later. Another 20 mins and it arrived and we'd finished our tea. Said they were short staffed. The crumpet tasted like it was straight from the packet not cooked. Not crispy at all. The cheese went cold really quickly. I'm not convinced it was done properly. Should have complained to the manager. The worst M@S cafe I have been to for cooked food. People should complain its very poor service.

My first visit to Swansea. This restaurant was recommended to me by market stall holders. I loved the atmosphere and all the Audrey Hepburn decor. The breakfast itself was plentiful and tasty. Would definitely go again.

A cancer patient presented an official card to a member of staff requesting to use the toilet (which was locked), due to effects of ongoing treatment. The staff member consulted two members of staff, before announcing that The company did not participate in any cancer support measures.

We stayed at this hotel for the Swansea Ironman and ate in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill twice for dinner. Having read earlier reviews we did wonder what it would be like. We were very happy, fish and chips, pasta and burger were all good. Staff and service excellent.

Rude, tell you not to come back if you refuse, worst food around anyway, only go if you’re desperate. Rude horrible people.

10 times better service, can see new management has really taken effect and has service running more efficiently. Pleasant atmosphere and kind servers. Thanks again for the hot choccie & special thanks to Alex who i think was the manager!

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a chicken doner wrap, it was mainly skin and gristle. I felt immediately sick. Will never go again.

Fried chicken wrap was 10% chicken & 90% BURNED, Teeth Cracking Bread Crumb. Totally Inedible Do not waste your money!

Went to the quadrant Greggs to get a couple things and was told there was a bit of a wait, the staff member serving me was extremely sweet and offered me a free drink for the wait. Didn’t get her name (but she had henna on her hands), really made my day, thank you so much x
