Very expensive for what it was. The vegetarian ramen had no taste whatsoever. Lots of noodles, very few veg and a stock cube. The pork Bentu was also disappointing and the edame beans had no salt. £6 for a few steamed beans! So disappointing.

The pizza base was burnt, they used regular cheese instead of vegan, the base sauce was also dried up due to being in the oven for too long and the extra toppings that I paid for were missing. Now I have been blacklisted from ordering from them again because I managed to get a refund through Pay Pal when they refused to provide me with one directly. Just cross the road and buy from dominoes. They are much better.

La carne estaba bien, pero la distribución de ensaladas fue un desastre. Toda la ensalada de col y el tomate se grumos en el lado derecho, convirtiendo el kebab en un desastre desequilibrado. Esto llevó a la humillación pública en mi grupo de WhatsApp, ya que mis amigos se burlaron alegremente de mis malas elecciones de comida. Gracias por arruinar mi velada y mi ya temblorosa reputación.

Was looking at the menu and deciding whether to eat here or not as long wait times on food. I wanted to warm my sons food up as he is 9 months old and obviously cannot eat the food served here yet. Asked at the bar if I could warm it up and he said he would check. Could hear one of the chefs loudly and abruptly saying NOPE! No question of what he was heating just as blunt as that. Now if I was asking to heat my own food I’d completely understand but a 9 month old baby? Wrong. We obviously decided to not eat there then for the rude service but then as we had walked there my child had to wait another hour before he could eat as we had to walk back home before I could feed him. It’s absolutely disgusting! As someone who works for the company also I know that you can heat baby food when it’s in sealed packaging which it was.

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. They were promptly in the oven and collected. On sitting down to eat with family we immediately noticed they were drowned in garlic salt, bottom of boxes also covered in it. Ruined all the pizzas, completed email feedback and nothing further heard. Don’t waste you money

Terrrible portion size for a 7 pound mixed kebab and also false advertisement, i ordered a mixed large kebab however recieved a donner kebab with one piece of chicken and the portion was a small kebab. Contacted resteraunt only to be told next time i order will recieve a discount but in my opinion why would i come again when this time was shocking, i am a chef myself an occasionaly enjoy the od takeaway but tonight has put me off for life home cooking forever 🤟

We had been shopping in the What store and noticed they had a cafe so gave it a go. It's easily reached from the ground floor by escalator or lift and is very spacious with lots of comfy seating. There is a fairly extensive menu with some unusual things on it like fish finger butty etc. We settled on the sausage, chips, peas and gravy and Vegetable Burger with chips and salad. Both meals were really nice, the gravy especially and my Vegetable burger was lovely tasting in a large fresh bun also with cheese and mushroom inside. We had a bottle of coke and a cup of tea and the whole lot came to £13 which was good value for what we had. The staff were friendly and chatty and our drinks were brought over to us within a couple of minutes and food the food after about 10 mins. Will certainly visit again.

Absolutamente asquerosas habilidades de servicio al cliente pidieron comida y tenían mi pedido incorrecto así que sonó para explicar y me hablaron como si yo fuera el problema cuando lo habían cagado honestamente necesitan hablar con ellos mismos sobre cómo hablan con la gente y cómo manejar las quejas

¡HORRIBLE TIEMPO! ¿Dijo que no se me permitía comer dentro del restaurante? ¿Sin salsa suave? ¿Te hizo probar lo que pediste? ¿Le negó a mi amiga la bebida que pagó? ¡Nos trató como criminales! NUNCA MÁS

Pedí comida que nunca llegó. Esperé bajo la lluvia durante 25 minutos porque decía que la comida estaría allí, pero no fue así y nunca llegó. Llamé alrededor de 15 veces a lo largo de ese momento y solo una vez respondieron, pero tan pronto como dije hola - colgaron. Desperdiciar tiempo y dinero.

So, for the 3rd time, we took a chance and ordered again. The only reason we tried again after 2 total disasters was because the food is great. Unfortunately the delivery is a shambles ! The first time we ordered we waited over 2hrs,On ringing they said on the way, then , then they said they must have overlooked our order, be there in 5mins. The second time we ordered and said , dont keep us waiting please last time was disasterous, they promised not and gave us a discount - guess what -over 2.5hrs. I know , mad for trying again right! But I thought lets give them another chance, it surely cant get worse., if remind them about the last 2 deliveries. Took the biscuit at 3hrs waiting for delivery , the driver said they are short a driver.So if you order, do it at tea time for an evening delivery. The food is great, but the delivery service is a disaster - so order in plenty of time or pick your own order up.

The starters were not seasoned and cold when delivered. The mains were very very average. The order was delivered late and could not track the order. Over all experience was poor and will not be ordering again

The staff are extremely rude at the Swansea branch at Helen’s road!! I used to order every week without fail but I had an issue with my order a few months back and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. But yesterday I ordered an £80 via just eat. Food was about 10 mins late to begin with so all 5 portions of chips had gone soggy and cold, But that wasn’t the problem!! I ordered 2 whole chickens exactly the same including the flavour being the same(Hot) One of the arrived hot and the other what seemed like it was mild. Also incorrect dips was sent. So I contacted the store and spent about 25 minutes of my time being passed around different staff members saying” the sticker on the bag says hot so the food must be hot and also can’t do anything because I ordered through just eat”” i ordered 2 of exact same thing and one tasted plain and one was hot. They wouldn’t take responsibility neither would they offer exchange or even refund just that one portion.
