Taco Bell in Swansea

Absolutamente horrible experiencia. No me dieron la mitad de mi pedido. Mi quesadilla era pollo - menos. No me dieron de beber aunque pedí uno. Me trataron como a un criminal acusándome de intentar tomar la orden de otra persona. La comida estaba fría y tenía pelo en ella. No había opciones de asientos. ¡Y NO HABÍA SALSA SUAVE! ¡Y LUEGO NOS DIJERON QUE NO NOS PERMITÍAN COMER DENTRO DE UN RESTAURANTE! No se permite comer Taco Bell dentro de Taco Bell! Casi me echa la seguridad. ¡Dios nos libre de comer! Una experiencia horrible. Realmente tienes trauma ahora 💔

Bueno, la comida sabía bien, pero he estado literalmente en el inodoro durante la última hora, me duele mucho el estómago también. Yo 8 Nky tenía una comida de burito y pollo nachos así que ni siquiera mucho picante para decir que esa era la razón.

Tuve una experiencia terrible cuando desafortunadamente decidí visitar Taco Bell Swansea. Esperé al menos 20 minutos por mi comida y el servidor la entregó agresivamente, lo que resultó en dejar caer mi comida por todo el suelo. Pedí amablemente una porción gratis de papas fritas y el servidor que resultó ser el gerente actual se negó a servirme de nuevo y se retiró a la cocina. Varios otros clientes se quejaron en mi nombre y aun así el tipo se negó a ayudarme. Definitivamente no recomendaría comer aquí a menos que quieras que tu dinero se gaste en comida que el personal ni siquiera te permitirá comer.

Very disappointed I ordered my food around 4:30pm and set the delivery time for 6:45pm. At around 7pm I still had not received my order or had any updates I left it a while longer after sending a request to find out where my order was and I had nothing back. At around 7:30pm I decided to call them, I rang them over 15 times as they didn’t answer I assumed they were busy. They answered twice and hung up on me before I could tell them what the issue was. They then blocked my number so I wasn’t able to contact them at all. I finally was able to cancel my order on the app over and hour and a half after my food was due to be delivered. I have had many issues with them in the past but this was just the last straw. I never write reviews but this was just unacceptable. So disappointed

Food was bad, tasteless and cold. What I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. Spoke to staff about the food and he said the food is measured and nothing looks like the photo on menu.

Food is very expensive, a small burrito cost almost £6 and was half the size of a normal burrito you would get in most over shops, also had a couple of beef tacos that were about £2, these were the only GF options on the menu. They did not have any natural sweetened drinks on offer just ones with artificial sweeteners that non if my family drink. They refused to supply tap water with order; suggesting we buy filtered water in a bottle that was £2.50 that I refused. Also saw staff larking around with food servers pinching other members off staff with them that was extremely unhygienic.

Awful food. Got Uber eats from Taco Bell as we usually love there food. However, the food arrived and we were missing items, along with the taco that was meant to be a hard crunchy shell arrived all soggy. Food was inedible. Nothing was okay to eat. Very dissatisfied, when ringing Taco Bell, was told to bring the food back down when the whole point of delivery is that I don’t leave the house. Or I had to ring Uber eats due to third party issue, but the food was the issue. Should consider packing the food a lot better

We ordered from Taco Bell Swansea and a majority of the order was missing. I called to advise this and their response "all i can do is say sorry" No refund to compensate the fraction of food we received and no offer to replace all the missing items. Will never use again!!
