Dirty Burgerz in Swansea

Booked a table for our anniversary 25th August, when we turned up we were told “the kitchen is closed today”. Wouldn’t visit again, ruined our day.

We waited outside until 5pm until it opened, welcomed by the owner as we walked in .. Sat down and read the shoddy menus . I went to go and order food at the bar and walked in DOG POO on the carpet!!! I was horrified and disgusted. Owner offered to clean my boots , but I declined . On my way out of the Restaurant then a large puddle of urine against the white bar .. !!!!! I'm sure if Health and Safety saw this they would shut this place down.!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE !

This place is disgusting, went Saturday August 3rd, smelt of cannabis when we walked in, fire escape piled up with chairs, cleanliness is 0/10, staff members were very rude to customers, and was at least 20 minutes to get served a drink because they’ve only got one till, won’t be going there again.

Booked a table for myself and partner and honestly NEVER again, on arrival the chef was stood by the front door having a cigarette in dirty kitchen uniform, after going inside and hearing the locals loudly swearing and shouting we weren’t keen to stay but went and ordered our food which come out NOTHING like the Dirty Burgerz you see on the website! Disappointed is an understatement, will not be returning.

We went as a group we all had a lovely meal the staff were very accommodating, the food is highly recommended definitely worth a visit will definitely go back again 🍔😃👍

Nothing wrong with pub it’s in but honestly you can make better at home, burger was well done and rock solid (100/ from a packet) massively over seasoned and I love salt! Fries where crispy but tasted like the oil was a week old. As when anything comes to Swansea it’s done with half measures and you’ll have a better burger in the smoking griddle or even spoons

Dog poo on the floor of the restaurant area! Apparently from their 4 month old puppy, who escapes and poo's wherever he wants! This dog was behind the bar when I entered and appears to be kept with at least one other dog in a room directly behind the bar. As we didn't see this when we entered, my 20 year old son with additional needs managed to step in it. Staff did clean his shoe and the floor, but in my opinion this shouldn't have happened in the first place. When they did clean the floor, they also didn't have a wet floor sign up, which caused me to slip(which is what made me realise the floor was wet). Thankfully I didn't hurt myself, but this could have been much worse, as both my son and myself have mobility issues. We were offered a free meal the next time we visited, my son is autistic, it is highly unlikely that I will be able to get him to go there again. Dirty Burgerz is the right name!
