Potatoes were inedible they weren’t cooked hard inside burger was burnt and freezing cold

Both pizzas was cold and was late

piping hot as always and speedy delivery

originally was meant to be delivered at 1:10 then was delayed till 2:40 it’s currently 3am and it’s not arrived

I really didn’t enjoy it this evening, kebab meat was dry and cold, ate mostly the salad? There was a smell on the bag that the food was in and i didn’t find it pleasant at all..

Think they need to go back to cooking school as I ordered there STICKY WINGS and there was wings with a lil bit of sauce pizza Giorgio Is the place to go in caerrithen cross proper sticky wings

Food was great unfortunately I usually have delivery and I was unaware my app had jumped to pick-up.. I was pretty gutted when I realised as I don’t drive and had to get someone to pick it up on my behalf..

Hardly any meat in the kebab full of soggy chips it was soaking very disappointed I was looking forward to it as I have have a very bad mental health day I want a full refund

Absolutely shocking ordered nearly 2 hours ago and still nothing rung place 82 times no answer and when I finally did get through they said 5 mins still nothing 30 mins later

Been going here for years . Owner is very friendly . Food is always amazing. Never had any problems. They really get to know their regulars. I'm a very fussy person and they go above and beyond for me .

my order has not arrived tried ringing the shop and was told would be 10 minutes now they are not answering, it's been 2 hours now so I'm assuming it's not coming and have still been charged

is there another way that a man can bring our food otherwise going to the police about you and can somebody spare that can bring our order out to us please thenwe will leave it as that

store said the order left 1 hour before being delivered. it's a 10 minute drive from my house to the restaraunt. food was cold.

Food delivered over an hour late. Requested a new time which said 15 mins later. Turned up over 2 hours after delivering. Most of the food wasn’t hot, most of it went in the bin.

really good thick chicken, lovely potatoes but the gravy is like water and lacks flavour.

Absolute sh** show. Driver didn’t even bother turning up, called restaurant to be told driver didn’t want to drive all this way and that they would refund me. No courtesy call to be told ‘we’re really sorry there’s no driver available, we’ll process a refund’ no customer service skills whatsoever. Listen to the reviews and stay away. Absolute shambles of a place.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes, says order delivered but didn’t come, called the place and said the driver didn’t want to come that far and cancelled and i will get a refund, shocking behaviour.

Genuinely the best chicken around. Don't even bother going to KFC as this chicken here tastes better and bigger portions at half the price. The food is always clean and the staff are always very polite and helpful 👌.

Ordered my food at 12:20. Was supposed to arrive at 1:00 didn’t get here till 2:00. And when it did food was cold. Usually get it all the time from here without fail but tonight they’ve let us down.

I ordered large kebab and when it come it was basically no meet I rang them up and they was very polite and sorry about the mess up and they replaced the kebab and I couldn’t even close the tray I would give them a five star but for the mess up they can have a four 👌

Stuffed Crust had no cheese in them and the dough was very soggy never get this problem with regular crust so I think I will stick to them from now

Chips were very dry as all meat, last week’s wraps were so fresh and nice. Was disappointed with big portion dry meat with chips.

They updated it to "Out for Delivery" had me waiting all night for it to arrive, and it never did. Wasted my entire night, and now it's too late to cook.

Hello, I ordered food at 8:10 PM and it arrived at 9:35 PM, 15 minutes later than the promised time. Additionally, the food was not good. There were no napkins or utensils included, and bread was also missing.

My burger was burned and my mozzarella sticks were so dry, the kebab and the chips had barely been cooked and there was barely any chips plus my delivery was 20 minutes late

Food is really nice, but it's always SUPER late arriving. I get quoted like an hour after delivery but it always ends up arriving 2-3 hours after ordering, which is just a shame since the food is actually amazing

placed a order with chicken King and waited approximately hour and 15 minutes for it come, when ordering the time estimate was 25 to 35 minutes. The food came and wasn't that hot and was told by chicken King it was due to heavy traffic. I work 3 miles away from the shop and traffic was normal so I am notnsure how that was the case.

It was certainly a late delivery as per other reviews, the food was ok, fairly hot, handful of fries size with the meal deals but overall it was alright. Just a shame we were waiting so long with the restaurant not answering the phone.

Great food as always. Shame that they no longer use the Stamp Card, which used to make them the best, value for money, take-away option.

The restaurant was really helpful when I phoned about my late order and called the driver but when the driver showed up HALF AN HOUR later than the latest time given, he didn’t even apologise
