Would never eat at this disgusting chinese. It made me vomit eating it. Food is chewy with black hair on the side!! Do not eat worst chinese ever it should be shut down :)

Just finished eating our meal, so disappointed. Ordered 2 box meals 1 x sweet n sour chicken balls and 1 chicken curry both came with egg fried rice n chips Chips were hard and dry Chicken curry hardly any sauce. Chicken balls were really dark in colour and really hard to cut Really disappointed with this meal I would just like to add, I hate being negative but this was a honest review but I would like to add that I have had food from here before and it was excellent, so that made this experience more disappointing.

Had a menu through my door and I decided to order from Grace gardens as the menu looked great - that was a mistake! The food was stale, cold and inedible- it went into the bin. I was gutted but to be honest it was my fault as I didn’t read the reviews before ordering online. Would NOT recommend!

Fantastic people....the most darling gentleman will take your call if you order for takeaway and the profesdionalism if this gent is outstanding!!!! Very, very pleased....shame about not much vegetarian options though.....just switch up the meat for the tofu, surely....??!! 😁😁😁

First time ordering and definitely the last! Food was awful and I was ill for days. Strangest duck I’ve ever had. Never again!! I’d give zero stars if I could.

Went for a collection, foods are taste like a poop. Spend all night in toilet but thankfully it’s a Saturday night. Next day i went to complain about the food owner was very rude and yelling at me. I think *worst Chinese takeaway in swansea*. Ohh!! My days what a terrible experience. Never again. Think twice before ordering here.

Ordered from here and had to wait over 2 hours for my delivery to come, after an hour I rang them and was told ‘they’re in area’ I live 5 minutes away from the chinese and ended up waiting another hour. Rang again and was told they’re on their way, waited another 15 mins and it came, wrong order and chips were hardly cooked. Not the first time its arrived extremely late with wrong or missing items.

poor show guys! ordered food direct with shop, said not to follow satnav and for delivery driver to phone for directions, delivery driver phoned and said he followed satnav and wanted us to go find him, driver unable to follow basic directions, text him w3w and Google pin drop of our front door but still failed to deliver. you've not lost a delivery you have lost a customer

I ordered food from here tonight food was nice over all, but they forgot my noddles and my other half sauce and took almost 2 hours to bring this back to us witch meant my other half had to have cold food and my mate had to wait ages for her noodles so she could eat definitely won't be ordering from here agian

Called in Thursday and ordered a takeaway ready in a couple of minutes, got home within 5 minutes the food was cold human hair in the noodles all went in the bin never going there again

This actually used to be my favourite Chinese, we have a picky eater at home who also won’t pick things out of food and they have always done as requested when we asked for the chow mein to just be chicken and noodles, but lately they haven’t been doing this and unfortunately it tends to end up in the bin 😕

first time ever ordering from here and i got to say worst food i’ve ever tasted the crispy beef had no taste neither did the salt and pepper chips everything about it was tasteless would never order again

So so disappointed, this was our favourite Chinese, what on earth has happened, have they changed owner or chef or just the ingredients, chow mein was a large portion but the noodles were different to usual, satay sauce is tasteless, bbq ribs ok but sauce again tasteless. won't be using them again.

Zero stars. Has gone majorly downhill!!!! Ordered a combo box which comes with chips, rice, curry, salt and pepper chicken and spring rolls and it was MISSING from the order. All that was delivered was ribs and noodles. For almost £30!! Rang up and told them and they sent the combo box out. No apology. It took a further 30 minutes to arrive and and it had clearly been in the drivers car the whole time because it was stone cold. Chips and pretty much everything else was inedible. Rang again to ask for a refund and was offered a bottle of coke. What a joke. Grace garden you need to do better. Disgraceful service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the combination box of chicken balls, chips and rice with curry sauce. Awful. Rubbery chicken, tasteless rice, even the chips were cold. I won't be heading back . If you want to throw money away head to this place!

Had an order and some items were missing , the owner/ man on the phone was extremely rude and shouting down the phone , I asked for refund and he refused saying he will put the items in next time I order (which I won't be) , went into the place and demanded the items and again he was extremely rude he needs to work on his customer service skills as it was appalling!! he told me to get out and then he walked out into the kitchen the lady who eventually served the items was apologetic and it wasn't even her fault , he was disgusting and needs to learn manners , definitely won't be using them again which is a shame as they did really nice food , if that man didn't work there then I'd considerate in the future , a disgusting type if man he is !!!!

Don't order from this place they messes yours orders up and he got a right attudie to customers they also got a motorbike parked in shop with fumes of petrol and place is failthy

Disappointed with my food this evening, I had chicken in satay sauce and it had far too much vegetables and onion and not enough sauce. The sauce tasted bland and watery.

Absolutely disgusting. My partner vomited after the first bite. The meals were 95% rice, 5% "meat". I phoned to complain, and they said it was due to the fact they were struggling financially and couldn't afford to put more meat in ... avoid this place like the plague.

Omg the food here. I consider myself somewhat of a geek when it comes to take out in the Swansea/neath area. You'd be hard pressed to find a better Chinese takeout in the llansamlet area than here. Food is tasty, well packaged and stays warm for quite some time so you won't even need to reheat when you get it home. Plus the portion size for the price you pay is amazing

My husband had good poisoning form ended up in hospital had all tests the bacteria that caused food poisoning was found phoned to try and explain and they did not want to know he was so ill 3 weeks off work if it been a old or ill person they may not of got over it disgusting place

Ordered food 24th October it was late,then started to feel unwell Sunday evening had to phone the doctors Wednesday,done a stool sample where it came back,after 5 day's as food poisoning and the bacteria is campylobacter!! I've never had stomach cramps and diarrhoea so bad,I've been ill now 9 day's and still no end,I've got to get antibiotics off the doctor now and lost a stone in weight!! Never again will I eat here

I've had several orders before and they were excellent. Yesterday was something else. Placed an order at 7pm through JustEat. Initially estimated delivery was 50-60 minutes. Confirmation came through then it changed to 1.35hr. Finally managed to get through to the restaurant when order hadn't arrived then told it would be another 30 minutes. I asked to cancel the order. Eventually delivered 3 hours after order placed and I refused to accept. A day later and I still can't a refund. I'll never order from JustEat or this restaurant ever again, abysmal service.

I had plain chow mein and curry sauce and my partner has prawn chow mein and curry sauce and its the best Chinese we have ever tasted, we hardly get takeaways but we got two of those in literally 3 days 🤣 amazing food

Oh my god, had a meal last night and have been violently I'll. I've been Vomiting and have had diarrhoea and the shakes all night. I'm not sure what food hygiene rate is in place, but will be looking into this, soon as I'm feeling well enough.

Waiting for 2 hours for a Chinese which was coming in half an hour phoned twice no reply changed phone they answered 😡 told them this was not exceptable waiting 2 1/2 hours for food. Told them either take £25 for our delayed food costing £33 or cancel for this inconvenience. they they just slammed the phone down on us charming customer care...

I have had several meals from here and never had a problem. Food always arrived quickly often earlier than estimated. Always been hot and very tasty. Also I have ordered from alot of takeaway locally and this is the only one that has cooked the sweet and sour chicken balls to perfection. Most places they are burnt and dry.

Over 2 hours waiting rung to see where food was twice got palmed off told it was on way disgusting customer service and didn't seem interested at all... Now have go into work starving as food hasn't arrived before I go in

In fairness I didn’t think it was possible to make such a simple dish as Foo Yung taste so bad it was both bland and insipid. The ribs were tough and bland and the chips dry and over cooked. It was without doubt the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve had in years.

Went there the other night what can i say tasteless no flavor at all everything tasted the same could have been eating anything thb won't be going there again wouldent recommend to anyone either
