Full Breakfast. Luke warm food, very salty bacon, cheap sausage and indifferent service

£4.50 for a buttered bap, boiled hard chicken pieces (no taste), and cold salty gravy. This was supposed to be a warm fried chicken sandwich. The staff were surprised and rude when I complained. The answer was "what do you want me to do?" And turned his back on me when I asked to see the manager. An absolute ripped off! Ashamed on you Morrisons! When will you take responsibility of having controlled of our food supply and not caring about us?

Absolutely disgusted opened the boxes to no beans being in any of them and no chopped tomatoes in one of them will not be buying again

I ordered a meal deal at the self-service machine a tuna baguette, lemon cake and hot chocolate. Checked with member of staff as didn't know how to link table number to my order. He said don't worry as he would check it. After 25 mins I checked with member of staff and was told I had to pick the items myself off counters. I did this and as filling mug for hot chocolate I noticed mug was dirty - had to go through another 4 until I found a clean one. Table was also dirty.

Honestly don’t waste your time or money. Took hubby for a breakfast to start his Father’s Day what a disappointment. The bacon was so thin you could see through it and it looked under cooked. The eggs were over done to the point of being rubbery. The sausage and hash browns burnt to a crisp. The beans were cold. The only good thing was the toast. I will not be eating here again in a hurry. In a positive the staff were amazing friendly polite and helpful.

Unfortunately the execution of the breakfasts today were poor - black pudding severely overcooked, beans cooked until they had no juices left and the whole meal also very greasy, to the extent that there was grease leaking out of the packaging. Very disappointing

No tomato with the breakfast and delivered cold. Totally difficult to my regular delivery. Normally get beans in a separate tub, today I just delivered slop

I went into morrisons cafe today looking forward to a nice meal i had fish and chips the fish was greasy and the chips looked cooked but most of them was hard how can u not cook frozen chipsthe right way my husband had a full english breakfast wich i complained about they had given his to someone else so they brought out a plate with bacon wich was cooked to death mushroom hash browns overcooked sausage and they were all cold the only thing that was good was the tea and we made that our selves what a waste of 16 pound and an odd couple of pence its no stars from us if i knew who to complain to to have our money back i would

I ordered 2 English breakfasts, it arrived on time and I was excited to eat it, as I opened the food box’s I noticed a hash brown had a bite taken out of it. Then I noticed the food was freezing cold like it had been left out for an hour before delivery. There were tomatoes that were squashed at the bottom of the box, as this was a £20 meal obviously I was upset my order was tiny and cold and a bite had already been taken from my food so I tried to contact the cafe and there was no way to contact

Worst food I’ve ever had, cooked in dirty fat, Food was over cooked my son’s sausage and hash brown was Black the thing he enjoyed the most was the tomato sauce never will i go back there again no wonder why kids eat free.

I went in to enjoy a meal with family and it wasn't at all enjoyable as the undisclosed wait time was longer than usual and when the food finally arrived they got the meal wrong and the majority of this meal was stone cold. The chips were somehow brown and yet undercooked and the egg was just not at all how we asked.

Very enjoyable will be ordering from here again

Food quality was terrible, items missing and all crammed into a box far too small to take it. Don’t know why it’s changed as use to be good.

The food is absolutely awful, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog..the festive roll with chips, was hard burnt cold chips, the turkey was packet cold slices, half a stuffing ball and no gravy as advertised

Food was really nice, the only fault was that the egg yolks on the breakfast were stuck to the lid of the box and the stuffing balls were a little too earthy on the Christmas Turkey dinner.

A bit of a catastrophe. The beans had no lid, just some foil wrapped around the top of the pot, the sausages and bacon were barely cooked, everything was stone cold even though it was delivered on time, and the delivery driver claimed they hadn’t even been given a bag!? Most of it went in the bin.

Delivery driver took ages, and then wasn't allowed to cancel order. This is the first problem I've had with deliveries

Visited on a sat at 11.45am , nothing on shelf (cakes etc) waited for 10 mins to get to till no one in front of me , while two staff ran around looking lost and away from till . Finally got to be served only bought two teas . Sat down after looking for where to obtain hot water watched the people behind getting fed up , they proceeded to just leave their trays walked out . Staff didn’t seems to know what theywere doing and very stressed . Didn’t order food as i thought no hope of getting served quickly . I noticed at least 6 customers leaving without being served . Terrible service iam a regular shopper at Morrisons but won’t be back to cafe in a hurry 👎

This cafe seems to be ok but not as good as other Morrisons cafe, I was told that their fryer had been broken for a while and some of the main dishes are not available. We ordered a Margarita Pizza instead as advised by the staff at the till. The Pizza was good. The overall look of the restaurant was fine, but I did find it dirty as tables weren't cleaned and there was still rubbish on some tables.

ZERO STARS. I don't think I've ever asked for a refund on food, ever.... except here. First and last time I'll ever visit this branches cafe. Over an hour wait for food. It took so long that we are concerned that we will have a parking fine for using the car park too long. Dry, cold and low quality food, inexperienced and unorganised staff, looks like no one was in charge and no one knew what they were doing.... There's a McDonald's and a KFC nearby, save the trouble and just avoid this place.

Food was lovely, however was missing one egg on each breakfast, so a little disappointed.

Very poor food, I asked for sausages mash and beans but it was not the best quality, they brought the wrong meal out for my mother and charged her for it on the receipt

Went to the hot counter for chicken and chips, advised currently out of tomato sauce l, I had the meal deal so you get a ketchup with it..no worries they were out of stock, pop to the cafe and they'll give it you there. Asked at the cafe and got denied by some scruffy looking girl around 22/23 y, old..then she kept repeating 10p, you want some...yea it's 10p..you want some..yes it's 10p..with an attitude stuck to her face, left promptly and leaving the box meal..unpaid on the table..won't return, avoid..

Let's start with the ingredients the black pudding was dry and hard and the toast was black and soggy I would recommend they put the toast in separate bag. Bacon was really thin but tasted nice and sausage was okay not the best nor the worst just average same for the mushrooms I will say really fast delivery and they do read your comments in the box as I asked for toast instead of fried bread so overall marks out of 5 I would say 3.7

Worst breakfast ive had for a very long time. Sausage was disgusting like it was cooked days ago, bacon was pitiful. Complete waste of money. So disappointed. Tables were filthy with dirty plates. Won't ever go back there again. My first ever bad review that I've posted.

Very disappointing On my last 3 visits first visit the automated meal machine wasn't working. Second visit there was a 45 minute wait for a breakfast and the cafe was two thirds empty. And on my third visit the automated meal machine wasn't working and there no hot food . I won't be visiting this morrisons I'll drive to port Talbot instead they are far better.

Sack the manager! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Ordered 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of toast. What arrived after a long wait was 2 plates with 2 slices of toast and 1 poached egg on each. I politely told the waitress that it was not what I ordered. I wasn't given a receipt to be able to check it so the waitress said that she would be able to check on the till. A woman came up to us stating that I had ordered wrong and that it was my fault for ordering 2 portions of toast, with 2 slices of toast being 1 portion. I pointed out that I had not ordered 2 portions of toast but 2 slices. She then decided to raise her voice whilst repeating that I had ordered 2 portions. I said that I would like to speak to a manager to which she replied that she was the manager. She then started telling me slowly that 2 slices of toast is 1 portion. I felt offended that she was insulting my intelligence. The girl that took my order told her that I had asked for 2 slices. She then came back and said that I could have a refund if I wanted. Her half hearted apology was not appreciated after most of the cafe heard everything. It was really embarrassing. Causing such upset over 2 slices of toast that I didn't even order is not good business practise. She is not up to the job!

Went to morrisons cafe in Swansea today, 2.15 the food section was no longer serving, we decided to go for a cake and cuppa, the plates for the cakes were absolutely stinking and had not been washed, the tables were left with trays , food, etc, nobody bothered to come to clean them so we had a dirty table, will not be going there again.

We have been to Morrisons cafe and have had good experience however today was awful. We went to a local one in Swansea, Morfa and we ended up waiting 50 minutes for our food! Something normal that is quick took ages to come. I ended up sending my main back and getting a refund ! I ordered the chilli burrito bowl only to be met with half rotten greens with rock hard clumped up rice and very dry chilli. The service was awful. Cups were really dirty along with cutlery. Drinks machine out of order even though paid for one. Staff were very slow on their service. Wanted to use a high chair for my child but the straps were damaged on most of them. Tables were not clean so we ended up using baby wipes to make sure it’s free of dirt.

Called to Morrisons at The Morfa Retail Park on Friday 30th September decided to have Breakfast well the cafe was filthy! Not a clean table in sight, dirt on the floor no staff members available, never again.

Swansea morrisons cafe is dirty.tables not cleared waste food on floor which we reported nobody came to clean it up..had to ask for forks and teabags.flies in the cafe hovering around the cutlery..the place needs a good shakeup we won't be returning.

Stunning food inside pf my favourite supermarket, Morriston's. I will be coming for years to come :)

Don't allow you to switch out items you dislike which I can somewhat understand but my meal came out wrong and missing items and wasn't remedied. Bad experience all round.

Went in for lunch at 1.30pm ordered and paid for two jacket potatoes and coffees. Whilst doing my drinks, Girl came over to me to say they had run out of jacket potatoes 🤷‍♂️ it’s a food shop surely they could be taken off shop floor. Glad I didn’t have jacket potato after as lady next to me complaining to staff that it was the worst potato she had ever tasted. I got my refund, drank my coffee and left. Place is a shambles.

Went to Morrisons cafe Swansea and had ultimate fish and chips. I had to saw through the fish because it was so hard and chewy, was also tasteless. The batter was thick, pale and undercooked. My daughters chicken nuggets were hard and poor quality. Morrisons use to be a lovely cafe, I won't be going there again

Came in for a breakfast, first time for a while, it used to be ok pre covid, today though was not impressed, coffee machine area was filthy, once had been served our food was awful, bacon not cooked correctly it looked anemic, the food was luke warm not hot, had to return one plate as there was a long dark hair in the beans, was told it was the over cooked part of the egg, it wasn't it was a long black hair in the beans. Asked if I wanted a refund or another plate of food,as I had meds to take with food, had to have a new plate of food. What came back was cold, and no bacon at all, the staff had a don't care attitude. We gave up at this point. We won't be returning, the place has gone down hill. I've worked in a supermarket kitchen/cafe and this level of food standards, cleanliness and service would not have been tolerated. Had to give 1 star to leave a comment, doesn't deserve that star.

Over priced breakfast with no flexibility, coffee isnt included, but staff were polite.

We had breakfast 1 ultimate and 1 traditional. Not the best, reasonably priced but swimming in oil. Everything seemed to have been deep free. Would not go again. Self service coffee machine's coffee is not hot enough

Shocking food. Had the ultimate breakfast..it was terrible...left most of it gutted I wasted 9quid (with a tasteless coffee in that price)x2 so 18quid in total...never again

Stopped of in the cafe for a coffee and cake and used the digital system to order it. The system was easy to use and the coffee and cake were good, at a reasonable price.

Went there today every table full of used dishes no cups for tea or coffee 45 mins wait for food a shambles wont be back in a hurry

A large breakfast and toast and preserve with 2 coffees. The coffee was ok! The toast was hardly touched by the grill and consequently was very cold, it was served with the oiliest cheapest tasting margarine and a tiny pot of marmalade. The breakfast took a long time to arrive and was cold, the mushroom was almost raw as was the bacon. We witnessed 2 other people returning their breakfast. I would not visit this cafe again and would certainly not recommend it

The waiting time is disqusting lack of staff to take order

We visit today, very pleasant service, good food and 50% off, didn't have to wait very long for our food. Only fault I have is their coffee from machine is never hot enough.

Breakfast for two, very good and very cheap. We visited early on a Saturday morning and thought we’d get a bit of breakfast. There was a 30 minute wait which was ok for us, tea and coffee plus two breakfasts came to about £6. Half price which was a pleasant surprise. We both enjoyed and thought it very good value for the money.

Ordered fish and chips awful The chips and peas were almost cold And the fish was soggy and full of oil My friend had turkey roll and stuffing It was inedible stuffing like a rock cold chips and terrible presentation Went to counter to complain but could hear staff but none in sight Alway has food in Morrisons Put me off to go there again

4 Morrisons in 4 days and 4 mistakes with our orders. This time they forgot the marmalade to go with my wife's tea cake. Again the food could have been hotter. Time to try another supermarket chain for breakfast perhaps?

Visited the cafe for an early lunch with my boyfriend. The food was delivered quick and it was lovely. We ordered a cheese and bacon burger and lasagne and both were lovely. This is a regular stop to visit as we regular shop here. We...

Firstly I must congratulate the "chef" who put my big daddy breakfast together.... how anyone could cook and successfully remove all flavours,and taste from the 19 items is truly amazing ...the breakfast is a total plate of greasy food ,mostly overcooked ...the doorstop wedge of fried bread could be used as replacement roof tiles (no water would penetrate the grease) and definitely should carry a government health warning, fried eggs limp and dead with not a runny yolk to be seen...the mushrooms were out of a tin and the hash browns looked like rejects from yesterday re warmed...sausage like cardboard nearest likeness L/macs veggie alternative... beans non descriptive and fresh tomato just not right.... my dogs ate the sausages and bacon but genuinely were sick after that .... milky coffee? must have run out of milk coffee was bland lacking some white dairy produce called MILK.... all in all £16 for 2 a good lesson learned......Do not try this it could seriously damage your health....

What can I say. Appaling. Attempted to use the cafe for breakfast. The automatic doors at the entrance were blocked with trolleys of charcoal causing an obstruction. The cafe uses a self service till which is awful to use. Every mug had tea stains and were dirty, had to use a takeaway cup! Breakfast took 35mins to arrive at the table and the order was wrong! Left with a refund and went 6o Starbucks instead! The only saving grace was the staff were polite and friendly.

Food at fairly low cost and high quality. Staff here is very helpful and nice. There also services for parents with little children with a microwave free to use so you can heat up baby food. Toilets are shared with Morrison supermarket so I would avoid at all cost as those aren't great... Any problems you have is swiftly resolved here. Would recommend.
