The staff are extremely rude at the Swansea branch at Helen’s road!! I used to order every week without fail but I had an issue with my order a few months back and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. But yesterday I ordered an £80 via just eat. Food was about 10 mins late to begin with so all 5 portions of chips had gone soggy and cold, But that wasn’t the problem!! I ordered 2 whole chickens exactly the same including the flavour being the same(Hot) One of the arrived hot and the other what seemed like it was mild. Also incorrect dips was sent. So I contacted the store and spent about 25 minutes of my time being passed around different staff members saying” the sticker on the bag says hot so the food must be hot and also can’t do anything because I ordered through just eat”” i ordered 2 of exact same thing and one tasted plain and one was hot. They wouldn’t take responsibility neither would they offer exchange or even refund just that one portion.

Terrible. I ordered food and nothing was delivered. When i went there they claimed that it was delivered. We are a retired couple in our late 60 and they treated us very rudely. They said we must sort it with the delivery driver. We were not compensated or apologised.

Friendly staff, deceptively filling and tasty food. Little bit of a wait but freshly cooked so understandable. Price was ok considering inflation and food costs. Will definitely use again for a takeaway of choice.

Ordered delivery. Arrived an hour late and it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, but the food itself was lovely, lots of vegan options to try and overall very happy with the portions, taste and quality. The delivery driver was very pleasant too.

131 Samlet RoadAs a regular customer am very disappointed with the service and food we have received tonight. When the original delivery came we were missing a bottle of coke so the driver went back to get it on opening our food it turns out we had the wrong order. I called the restaurant to explain it was wrong and was told it was all correct and that the driver would give me the receipt when he came back with the drink. On arrival the wrong drink was given to us when I asked to see the receipt the driver did not have one so he called the restaurant. When I explained again the drink and food was wrong the manager argued with me insisting I was wrong despite the driver confirming that I was right when he looked at the confirmation on my phone. Asked for a full refund due to the poor service provided and the manager hung up the phone. WILL NEVER USE GRACE GARDEN AGAIN !!!
