Pepe's in Swansea

The staff are extremely rude at the Swansea branch at Helen’s road!! I used to order every week without fail but I had an issue with my order a few months back and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. But yesterday I ordered an £80 via just eat. Food was about 10 mins late to begin with so all 5 portions of chips had gone soggy and cold, But that wasn’t the problem!! I ordered 2 whole chickens exactly the same including the flavour being the same(Hot) One of the arrived hot and the other what seemed like it was mild. Also incorrect dips was sent. So I contacted the store and spent about 25 minutes of my time being passed around different staff members saying” the sticker on the bag says hot so the food must be hot and also can’t do anything because I ordered through just eat”” i ordered 2 of exact same thing and one tasted plain and one was hot. They wouldn’t take responsibility neither would they offer exchange or even refund just that one portion.

Terrible. I ordered food and nothing was delivered. When i went there they claimed that it was delivered. We are a retired couple in our late 60 and they treated us very rudely. They said we must sort it with the delivery driver. We were not compensated or apologised.

Friendly staff, deceptively filling and tasty food. Little bit of a wait but freshly cooked so understandable. Price was ok considering inflation and food costs. Will definitely use again for a takeaway of choice.
