Domino's Pizza in Swansea

Pedí comida que nunca llegó. Esperé bajo la lluvia durante 25 minutos porque decía que la comida estaría allí, pero no fue así y nunca llegó. Llamé alrededor de 15 veces a lo largo de ese momento y solo una vez respondieron, pero tan pronto como dije hola - colgaron. Desperdiciar tiempo y dinero.

La entrega a domicilio fue eficiente y dentro del plazo establecido. Ambas pizzas fueron entregadas calientes y deliciosas. El lado negativo era pagar £ 4 por aproximadamente 20 papas fritas, porción muy pobre.

Called in yesterday and ordered in store and waited to collect. The guy who took my order punched my order into the till and handed me the card payment machine, then went straight back to kneeding dough and making the pizza bases with no food handling gloves on or without washing his hands. 3 other members of staff on the line adding the toppings and NONE of them had gloves on, horrific. The pizza was not good and certainly not to Domino's standard. I would not spend a penny here again!

I always find domino pizzas rather disappointing It's over priced and their always very stingy with the pizza tomato sauce they never spread enough on the base frankly their just too stingy with all the toppings were given very little for our money Customers should be asked how much sauce they would like

If there was a zero star option or lower then I would select this. 2nd time I’ve found hair on my pizza! The attitude on the guy when I called the store was disgusting! Talking over me whilst trying to explain and insisting it couldn’t have been from the store as he personally made and cut it. The hair was under the cheese! I will never buy a single thing from this store again and seriously considering after the awful customer service from Domino’s I’ve received, never buying from them again! They’ve collected the full order as they insisted, even though I didn’t even want to eat anything else. Still awaiting a full refund which I’ll probably never receive.

Delivered within 20 mins every time and contact free with a smile. They also follow customer instructions when ordering - call my mobile when outside. Appreciated. Brilliant!

This evening I ordered & collected a Large Ham & Pineapple pizza from the outlet at 10 Dillwyn Street Swansea.Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering & paying for an additional topping of ground Beef.I did not realise that this would mean that I would then be penalised & receive much less of any of the original Ham & Pineapple toppings.Most of my slices had only one tiny slither of Pineapple & meagre shavings of Ham so thin that they wouldn’t impede your vision if you placed them on your spectacle lenses.It appears the operational rationing of toppings would be that the more you order & pay for the less per topping you get. So for example if you order two extra toppings you would still only have the same amount of topping coverage as you would have received if you had not paid for additional toppings.The more you pay for the less value for money is obviously their operational practise. Also there was the bare minimum of Mozzarella & Tomato base.Very,very,poor,poor,poor.It’s so disappointing to be yet again be a victim of this corporate cynical cheating way of operating.Shame on you Dominos.
