My first visit to Swansea. This restaurant was recommended to me by market stall holders. I loved the atmosphere and all the Audrey Hepburn decor. The breakfast itself was plentiful and tasty. Would definitely go again.

We decided to have breakfast here as Wetherspoons kitchen was closed,? Worse luck we both had the early bird breakfast, we asked for tomatoes, no beans, when breakfast arrived both had beans, they changed them, the breakfast was ok but the fried egg was stone cold & the plates were cold, I don’t think we will eat here again, the staff didn’t seem to understand what we were saying. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We ordered 2 Tiffany's breakfast, which included tea or coffee for £9.50 each, very good value and very nice food. There are lots of choices on the menu to choose from. Staff are very friendly. We will definitely return again.

Never been here before. I had chicken curry & chips, my partner had cottage pie & chips. We both ate everything. The chips were OK, the curry was nice and the same with my partners food. We also had tea which was fine. The tables were clean and the service was also fine. It's not too expensive, and what we had today was quite good value considering the portions. I would be happy to return and try another dish.

Located by the Quadrant Bus Station and the Grand Hotel, a great café where we had lunch. You order and pay by the counter and the food is quickly brought to the table. I would reccommend the chicken curry. Very tasty and a good portion.

I used to visit Tiffany's as the breakfasts weren't bad and nice priced, but, after the absolutely atrocious Christmas dinner I had there on 17th December, I WILL NOT be visiting again. If your the type of person that likes everything on your roast dinner microwaved, then go fill your boots. The slab of turkey I had was dry like it had been sat under the heat lamp too long. I resorted to adding gravy to it as I don't normally have it and it still couldn't revive it.The Yorkshire puddings were like the bags of 20 value ones for £1 you can buy.The 1 tiny, solitary stuffing ball seemed very reheated. The small portion of carrots, 3 X sprouts 1 x broccoli and 1 x cauliflower were all frozen veg that were reheated very badly and I guess left to sit in hot water for some time. The broccoli and cauliflower were so bland and tastelessIt is so easy to cook fresh veg, there is no excuse for using frozen veg other than to rip customers off.The were 2 Half's of a small potato that were supposed to be roast pots. They cheap rip offs of frozen roasties and the sizes were appallingNo paThere were 2 new potatoes that were the only things cooked properlyWe had ordered it paying extra to have the Xmas pud dessert but we ended up cancelling that. There is no way the dinner was worth the 8.99 we were charged. They could have charge £4 for this dinner and still made a profit! This place must be trading just on their name because there is no way they should be keeping their customers based on the substandard dinners they produce

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m so upset at how I have been spoken to by the driver. I thought I would try this cafe on the Uber eats app instead of uplands dinner, and I massively regret my decision! I’ll be sticking to uplands dinner. I had a call to say my order was on my door step (even though I requested it to be delivered to me) I checked and nothing, waited another ten minuets and thought I’d call the driver. He then SHOUTED down the phone at me to say he had left it on the steps of the flats and that he had delivered to the right house (I live in a house with no steps). He then sent me a photo of the receipt which perfectly states my correct address yet he didn’t delivery it to there. I’m out of pocket plus the cafe and the driver are not answering my calls. God knows where my meal actually is lol!

Save your money. Poor service, when I say poor I mean none. Waited 3 hours for a delivery phoned about 30 times. Didn’t answer the phone much. When they did he lied and said it was out for delivery. We eventually drove there to see where the order was on the place was shut. And he took our money.

So after finishing at the bank I wanted a coffee and a toasted sandwich. First place I went to got off to a very bad start which resulted in a 2 star review.Back to the app and found another place nearby, when I got there it was closed and speared that it had been so for some time.Back to the app again and I found Tiffany’s so third time lucky as they say.I came in out of the rain and it was clearly very busy, I found a table and took a seat, got settled and was just about to head up to the coulter to order when a very smiley member of staff arrived to take my order.I was surprised at the speed in which my drink arrived considering at how busy it was. Then before I knew it my food arrived. I had both my do rink and my food on the tables minutes after walking through the door!!There was four waiting staff on that I could see, the staff that brought me my drink and my food were both either polish or Eastern european that had a heavy accent but spoke great English. As I ate my food and watched the staff deliver food to tables with impressive speed. I saw several members of staff taking the time to speak to customers, laugh and joke with them and this is a rare commodity. My food was lovely and hot and my drink was very enjoyable. I went up to the counter to pay and then noticed that I was charged for a lodge drink. I had a large drink but was not given the choice between large of regular. The prices didn’t break the bank so it was not a big issue. Then I went upstairs to use the toilet, I found it be be very clean. Upstairs I also found additional seating for around 30 people. This is as well as the seating down stairs which of fit around 40 people. The staff said a cheerful goodbye and I noticed my table was cleared and cleaned before I event left the building. This will be added to the list of places to attend regularly.

As the hygiene notice wasn't up anywhere, I asked what their rating was. The girl checked at the desk and the lady said they were a 4. Checked when I got home and THEY ARE A '3'. Breakfast was ok. Very salty bacon and small tea. Really annoyed at being lied to though. Wouldn't go back. Plenty of places around the corner.

I feel I have to write this after my experience yesterday. We stopped here for a breakfast whilst shopping and I was delighted to see signs everywhere about allergies! Great I thought! I have intolerances to dairy and gluten so this was a comfort! Or so I thought! They are just signs to cover their backsides and mean nothing! “Breakfast please with no toast or bread as I can’t have gluten, plus can I have extra bacon seeing as I am not having these???? “ Answer? That’s £1.50 extra? For what? 1 piece of bacon? But I have no bread or toast? No that doesn’t count? Oh ok? Anyway I’ll have the breakfast with no bread of any type! Do you have Soya? What’s that? Ummmmm ok black tea!!! 10Mins later I have a breakfast with 2 slices of bread on top of it! really? Waitress says to the lady who took order? No bread? She just shrugged her shoulders! And the worst thing is they just went to take it off the plate, no no darling it’s contaminated now???? May I state at this point there were 6 people including us in there! So far from busy! Incompetent staff to say the least! They stared at me like I was some big inconvenience. If you don’t like us weird people with allergies then don’t allow us in and don’t have 8 posters around the cafe asking about allergies! Never again... sam’s around the corner put you to shame!

No not the 90's song but the cafe on Plymouth St. All the years I've past it but never been in I thought I'd give it a go.Served at the table by a happy polite waitress. After giving her my order the drinks appeared almost instantly, with the food appearing minutes later. The food was cooked perfectly only negative is I would have liked more than one slice of black pudding

Walked in there for the first time today and went to the till and paid for a early bird breakfast just after 12 and was asked my seating number. I then was given a knife and fork and sat in waiting for my food for 45 minutes until a lady came and told me there was no ticket and would i like to order something else. As i was contemplating this and slightly annoyed the manager came out and started shouting no early bird finished until it had tipped me over the edge and i asked for my money back. When i asked for my money back they tried to debate who served me of which i didn't know as there were many servers. Eventually got a refund after demanding it. Avoid like the plague terrible customer service.

Decided to go to Tiffany’s as we have been going here for years. Waited a while to order. Two people ordered omelette, cheese and onion with salad and mushroom with chips. These came and the cheese and onion had chips and the mushroom had salad. The best was yet to come:We paid for our food and left the cafe. Just outside the blonde waitress came out telling me that we hadn’t paid to which I replied that my sister had paid with a dark haired waitress. My sister had stood at the counter and paid, I watched her. We walked further down the street and had who I assume was the owner/manager running after us telling us we hadn’t paid and he wanted us to go back to check CCTV. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever witnessed as we were being treated as criminals. Everyone was watching and whispering. We went back and spoke to the guy at the till who wasn’t at all friendly and said he wanted to check the CCTV upstairs. The blonde waitress was checking behind the counter and realised that we had paid the wrong bill, the brunette had messed it up and we had paid. Blonde waitress went upstairs to tell the guy and he didn’t even come back down to apologise. That would’ve been the decent thing to do after THEIR mistake and the embarrassment in the street. No apology from him, disgusting! That would have been the right thing to do.Fair play the blonde waitress was apologetic but I’m disgusted in how they treat people. As I said previously, we have been going here for years but won’t return again! Absolutely fuming.

Popped in for lunch as our favourite cafe sams was full, we were seated straight away and ordered our meal. When the meal came it was just warm, I ordered the ham and parsley sauce, my food came and then 5 minutes later they brought my sauce which was really unacceptable as by then my food was almost cold, same happened for my friends little boy we ordered him mash potato and gravy, gravy was a lot later than the food, we also ordered a plate of bacon for my friends little sister which came around 10 minutes later than all of our food. The food was average and the staff attitude wasn't very good. When we were leaving we asked if they had a baby changing facility the waitress simply replied "no" in a very rude manner so my friend asked again to make sure just incase there was anywhere to change the baby and again the waitress replied "no". We left and we will not be returning. Poor staff attitude and poor service.

Called in here for lunch on a weekend away with my wife, shown straight to a seat and immediately served in a very busy environment. We both had the Spanish omelette with my wife having chips and I the salad, fantastic choice must have at least been a 3 egg omelette and the side orders were plentiful. Clean toilets and surroundings and no rush after we finished to leave the building. Great value for the money.

My grandson wanted an egg instead of beans on his children's meal. A simple swap you would think. I was told that I would need to pay extra. When I attempted to negotiate for reason. The rude man who is the manager there. Told me very rudely and abruptly that I need to pay extra. Storming away from my table quite rudely, basil fawlty style. We had lunch at Tiffany's on a Saturday and the place was packed, however the staff were working at top speed and very pleasant. My lasagne was excellent, and my partner enjoyed his chicken curry. With a central location Tiffany's is ideal for a meal or morning or afternoon tea. The only thing that puzzled me was that a glass was not automatically offered with soft drinks in cans, we had to request this and I noticed other people doing the same.

Have reviewed their Sunday Roast probably two years ago and was a bit lacking.. however as a club member I had a 50% off deal so thought I would try again and have to say I was not disappointed.... Normal price was £17.95 but even at that price it was excellent value. Place is clean and tidy, it is pub atmosphere and setting and the food likewise so no good if you are looking for a Masterchef experience.... The roast was huge, I could not finished it, two well proportioned slices of beef and so,so much veg but so many varieties and a really good Yorkshire. Staff were attentive and welcoming and in fairness you could not fault it. Very laid back and relaxing visit. Thoroughly enjoyed and I should def make more of this facility, after all in the pool/gym 5 days a week anyway!

Three of us booked for Sunday lunch. Hubby and I chose the lamb, which was absolutely scrumptious. Grandson, who is vegetarian chose the nut roast (no other option). The selection of vegetables was okay - peas, carrots, cabbage and swede. An option of cauliflower cheese would have been nice - at an extra cost. It was however, disappointing not to have a Yorkshire pudding. It seems that they only come with the beef. My grandson in particular would have liked one - he didn’t have any roast potatoes either, which I think is ridiculous. It was a very tasty dinner with real gravy but for the price yorkies should have come as standard.
