Very nice hotel with a great Gym and Spa. During my business trip I loved the food and their menu. With the clubroom package I made use of the pool and gym and was pleasantly surprised of the hygiene and extensive amount of different gym equipments.

Estuve aquí un par de veces nunca deja de decepcionar , la comida es fresca , el personal es muy amable y acogedor. Absolutamente me encantan las pastas pero mis go to's son antipasto misto , espaguetis de langostinos y el gelato de pistacho es para morirse por deseo de poder venderlo por las tinas 😆 . Gran elección de vinos y licores altamente recomendable el montpulciano. Ambiente muy acogedor 10 / 10 gracias por mantener mi barriga feliz

Tan bueno como siempre y se nota que se ha gastado mucho dinero mejorando su aspecto. Ambos elegimos 2 poppudums cada uno y la bandeja de chutney ya que sabíamos que un entrante en la parte superior sería demasiado. Nuestra elección conjunta para el plato principal fue el curry de ternera, el mío fue el shatkora mientras que mi amigo optó por el musgo. Ambos a un precio de £ 12. 95 que es muy modesto mientras que yo elegí arroz de coco y mi amigo fue a por miel parathe que compartimos. También compramos una botella de Cotes du Rhone (rojo) que ayudó enormemente.

I'm sorry to say that the quality of food from this take away has rapidly declined recently. On the last 2 occasions it has been difficult to find meat in any of the meat dishes. My chicken curry last night was 'onion curry'. I managed to find 3 pieces of chicken. The rice was crusty around the edge...sorry to say I don't think we'll be going back after being customes for many years.

From the moment I rang with my hamper enquiry, advice and additions....to the lovely text sent to let me know of delivery... fabulous customer service. I was sending this time but have had the pleasure of receiving a hamper too...delicious products.

The owner is a bad mouthed thug who abused me verbally. He followed me out of the shop threatened and abused me. Disgusting behaviour.

I was at Gregg's yesterday and a lovely member of staff named Chelsea was cheerful, polite and attentive. She even packed my bag. I was putting sugar in my coffee and I told Chelsea as I'm disabled I needed to sit down and she immediately got a chair for me and put it outside where I was able to rest and eat my sausage roll and drink my coffee and Chelsea came out to check on me and gave me some serviettes. My only gripe is why they have removed the table and chairs for customers like me can use them. Every coffee shop, bakery and restaurant in Merthyr road has a seating area bar Greggs

Food was disappointing for myself. My steak was overcooked and the amount of mushroom sauce poured over it ruined any remaining flavour, which also made the salad soggy. When we arrived the restaurant only had 2 tables, we were sat in the middle of these 2 tables, which felt a little awkward. At no point did anyone come to ask if our meals were ok, only once we were about to pay so I didn't have chance to inform them how disappointing my food was.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and had good service. Caitlin was very friendly and polite.

Had a large cod supper, in a box with chips & beans. Banging! I'm very particular about fish & chip shops these days, but this was well cooked fish. The chips were perfect, came in at just over £13 with a can of coke which is slightly expensive but can't complain about the meal at all. Service was good, overall happy 🫡

Business trip for 3 nights. Comfortable rooms with modern amenities. USB chargers either side of the bed is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature easily eatable from the in-room heater. Breakfast was OK. Nothing to write home about really but it fills a hole ready for the day. Evening meals selection is a tad limited but it'll fill you up. The fan zone is also here which is a bit OTT for those of us who don't follow sports. Staff are lovely.

I visited today and I met Katie and Mellisa. They were fantastic, great customer service, very polite and friendly. I will definitely come back if I will be in this area and I can highly recommend it. Thx guys Michael
