I was at Gregg's yesterday and a lovely member of staff named Chelsea was cheerful, polite and attentive. She even packed my bag. I was putting sugar in my coffee and I told Chelsea as I'm disabled I needed to sit down and she immediately got a chair for me and put it outside where I was able to rest and eat my sausage roll and drink my coffee and Chelsea came out to check on me and gave me some serviettes. My only gripe is why they have removed the table and chairs for customers like me can use them. Every coffee shop, bakery and restaurant in Merthyr road has a seating area bar Greggs

Usual reliable fare – all very tasty and always fresh – you always know what you are getting in Greggs from pasties and pies to pizza and cakes + hot/cold drinks and an array of fresh sandwiches.

Based on Merthyr Road. Busy little shop. Only two staff working so was taking longer than I wanted to wait with another 6 people in front. Needs more staff or less customers lol. Nice location though. Would not recommend.

I called in just to try the vegan sausage rolls which have attracted so much publicity and found them to be very tasty

Nothing iconic, impressive or special to write about here, just same old bakery-type shop, part of a national chain. Tasty products, though.

I have ordered Aloo, Vindaloo and Rogan Josh curries. The curries are rich in flavour, hot, generous in portions, the meats are tender, especially the lamb, overall they are very tasty, The food is arrived on time, the driver is very friendly, will come back again when we visit Cardiff next time!

Waited nearly 30 minutes for chicken balls , chow mein and 6 chips in a small tray on a Monday mid day. Don't expect a warm welcome , very serious and abrupt. The food is presentable , very stingy on portions and the chicken balls are 80 percent batter 20 percent chicken. Great peking sauce and noodles that's it
