think her name was Ciara or Ciari? looked me up and down the moment i walked in and was extremely rude when taking my order. don’t know if she was having a bad day but she needs some refreshing in customer service. such a shame because the rest of the employees are normally so lovely!!! :(

Absolute chaos!!! I ordered two small pizzas online at 7.16pm and was told they would be ready at 7.36. I turned up at 7.30 and walked into a wall of noise. Staff members shouting very loudly at each other and even swearing on a couple of occasions. There was another customer in store and we both just looked at each other in sheer disbelief. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I felt totally ignored for the first few minutes of being there as they were too busy arguing with each other. Eventually I was asked what my name was before the one member of staff who seemed to be the boss (female with glasses and definitely the loudest) shouted over me to another member of staff that she wanted a medium not a large. Once the latest shouting episode was over I was then told that my pizza had been made ‘wrongly’ and had to be made again. Another wait and another 20 minutes of watching staff argue. My 10 year old daughter wanted to come with me- I’m so glad she didn’t as she would have been petrified with all the noise. Eventually the new pizza was ready and I left the store at 7.57. My daughter enjoyed her pizza but mine (which had been ready for a good 20mins) was now cold and had to be reheated at home. Awful customer service!!

I asked the lady behind the counter to pour some of my very hot tea out and put more milk in. She poured some down the sink and replaced it with cold water (sneakily, thinking I don’t see her do it) and then pretended to put milk in. My tea was then stone cold. I didn’t want another but she poured one anyway so I felt I had to take it. Wouldn’t go here again. At £3.50, a little more milk wasn’t too much to ask for.

I like the pope's since inception. Whenever I see pope's, then I just grab this option . Fortunately, I found Pepe's in cardiff as well although I had to walked for 15 min from town center but it's worth for me as I was fed with other burgers and was not getting a good rice option. But unfortunately staff wasn't good, she offered me wet tray my all hands got wet she didn't offer me tissue or other tray, at the same time I asked for another mayo as I ordered 3 things but she said I can offer you only 1 ketchup which I've already offered you for another one you've to give me 1 more pound. Which was rude or something new for me in my pepes' journey . Anyway food is good , ignore the staff, enjoy your meal

For my birthday my daughter bought me afternoon tea for 2 at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff. I was excited as I'd never had one before. As you will see from my photo it was pretty basic and looked lost in the basket. It was nothing like other afternoon teas I'd seen. The presentation was very poor and left me feeling disappointed 😞

Singapore noodles were not vermicelli or rice noodles. Frozen peas and diced meat are in this dish. No sign of a prawn or fresh chilli. Tasted of curry powder. Prawn toast was soggy and tasteless. Salt and pepper prawns were like bullets and again, no sign of a fresh chilli.

In one of the burgers there was a hair staff didn't say nothing apart from given new tower burger only to find yet two more hairs in the cookies. Sorry but whether he's (apparently) busy he needs to address the situation so iv taken to writing it here for people to see and read. Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of the burger but did for the cookie. Staff not wearing hair nets nor tied up in a bun no gloves been worn not from what I seen. I will never call here again I'd rather be hungry. I only hope people see read and take my advice and stay well away from here

Stale bhaji’s, flavourless curry’s that tasted like tomato. The waiter we had was rude when we suggested another table to sit at. The red wine was the best course.
