I asked the lady behind the counter to pour some of my very hot tea out and put more milk in. She poured some down the sink and replaced it with cold water (sneakily, thinking I don’t see her do it) and then pretended to put milk in. My tea was then stone cold. I didn’t want another but she poured one anyway so I felt I had to take it. Wouldn’t go here again. At £3.50, a little more milk wasn’t too much to ask for.

We had an hour to wait for our train so to find somewhere in Cardiff station to sit down was a godsend. Coffee was great and the kids had chocolate which wasn’t too pricey.

Worst food place in the world, they serve Rats and mice droppings in their food and expect you to yo pay extortionate prices, I can't even give them 1* rating is why they are probably closed down, dine elsewhere

, Cardiff - Cf11 9ea 92 Severn Road, Cardiff CF11 9EA WalesIf I could rate les than a 1 I would. Extremely rude staff, horrendous delivery time and even worse food. These guys have not a clue on running a successful business, not a clue how to cook and have the worst customer service I have ever come across. On the phone I was told ‘check yourself into a mental hospital’ and ‘we have to ‘f***ing cook your food before we deliver’.
