Ordered a box of 6 personalised ales for my husband's birthday. The beer arrived quickly and was brilliantly packaged so no chance of breakages! The photo on the bottle was well reproduced, and most importantly, I'm reliably informed that the beer itself was delicious! I would highly recommend the Bang On Brewery!

On December 12, 2024, approximately 15 minutes ago, I was shopping with my friend at your Tesco Extra store located at Cowbridge Road, Bridgend, CF31 3SQ. At the checkout, I attempted to purchase a bottle of Martini. I am 31 years old and had three forms of identification with me, including a UK ID. However, a staff member named Karen refused to sell the alcohol to me without providing any explanation, stating that none of my IDs were acceptable to her. Following this incident, I approached the store security staff to file a complaint against this employee. I believe the refusal was unjustified and violated my rights as a customer. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

Staying in the hotel we experienced breakfasts, tea & dinners & enjoyed all our meals. All the meals were plentiful, well cooked & well presented.

We were a table booked in of 16 from 17:00 for a works Christmas meal, in part paid by personal means. I'll start with the positives: Staff "seemed" friendly and the establishment was clean and tidy; sadly this was the only positives of the night. It wasn't until nearly 6pm we got our starters, after informing staff we were ready at about 17:15; one of which wasn't served until everyone else had finished. Upon finishing them relatively quickly, we weren't served our mains until 18:45. I had the 'Festive Burger', which was pretty sub-par (not very "festive", even Santa would wonder were the festivity aspect had gone to) and the fries were horrendous sticks of rock hard cardboard that could be used to nail an IKEA cabinet together. My colleague sat next to me said his turkey was cold (I did bring this up and the waitress who I spoke to was accommodating in suggesting they reheat it) and colleague across from me did not like his turkey dinner. This sentiment was felt up and down the table. If the restaurant was extremely busy, I can understand as I used to be a chef in a very busy restaurant so I know how frustrating it can be to get multiple covers some over the course of several hours; but this was visibly not the case. We could see the staff standing around talking and just hanging about. I, and a few of my colleagues decided to leave by 8pm as we were fed up with waiting for our desserts and couldn't be bothered to wait any longer. Just as I was leaving, a colleague asked where the desserts were and I have been advised there was another 10 minute wait from then. We were never asked during the course of our stay if everything was okay, nor did anyone come to apologise or let us know how long the food would be. Collectively we have all had an extremely unsatisfying experience at this establishment and as a result, will not be attending ever again.

Visited on Sunday - SHAMBLES. The three staff members were more interested in the songs on the radio rather than providing good customer service. Didn’t pay attention to my order, got home to an abysmal quality of food. Love the brand but hated this visit Offered feedback and the solution was a few extra subway points on my card.

Drivethrough taken this morning and fantastic service. It makes sure a lovely difference to hear a pleasant voice on the intercom. The lady was polite, professional and willing to engage in her tone and words. WELL DONE - its makes a difference. 5 star service to match the 5 star product.

The food is just as good or bad as everywhere else, but there is really no fast in Fastfood anymore. I’d say we come her every month and no matter how packed or empty, you will always wait for your food, sometimes 15-20mins. Can’t understand how there aren’t certain everygreen products in stock, in jammed times. You’ll get your drinks and Icecream right away, so all ice will be melted, by the time the food arrives. Sometimes kindly got replacements. The App is also an absolute nightmare and works maybe 1/3 times. Poor Management, should definitely get someone new in for that role. We will check out Burger King for a regular guilty pleasure snack, when it’s open.
