Amazing food Recomended going from a colleague on my lunch break. Safe to say I wasn't dissapointed. Mexican burger - simply amazing nice size and full of flavour Street Fries - very very tasty. That sauce mix needs to be on a burger. Overall very impressed. Fast service and great quality food. Staff were also fast in rectifying my order which was slightly wrong when handed to me. Great service cant wait to visit again!

First time visiting here absolutely brilliant, great service friendly... what a little gem

Food: tasted good, good portion size. The food could have been hotter ( in temperature). I prefer hot food to be served piping hot Customer Service: Fantastic service from the restaurant team, special mention to Fran. There was a problem with the food which she promptly sorted out. She brought out a dessert with a candle on it (which I thought was a lovely surprise) whilst me & my friend celebrated my birthday. After we ordered our drinks and food, we didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive. Overall, I would return to this restaurant as the customer service was fantastic. There was an issue with the food but it was taken off the bill & my complaint was handled with tact, care & empathy.

Good food and great coffee, the ordering machines always seem to be either not working or hit and miss but the food itself is great.

Amazing service, great staff, pancakes to die for and donut best I have had since the good old days in Blackpool!!! A must try, you won't be disappointed.

Sat in Costa Broughton and I have just watched a lady in a wheelchair struggle to get out of the store. There is no obvious access in or out. It took her a good 5 minutes to manoeuvre her way out. Asking customers to move so she could get out. By the time the lady and her wheelchair finally made it to the door, it was obvious she was stressed out. In this day and age this should not happen. Costa Coffee needs to be disability aware. You need to address this matter ASAP.

Great pub with very helpful staff and well worth a visit if your in the area

If I could provide 0 stars, I absolutely would. The incompetence of staff here is unreal. Ordered on UberEats and delivered with 3 out of 4 burgers missing. Phoned the restaurant that these had been ordered from to receive zero help and just told me to get a refund from UberEats leaving my children without their food. I would like to say that this is the first time this has happened but sadly have finally learnt my lesson and will never be ordering from the Mcdelivery service again as they simply cannot get it right. They really shouldn't put the service on if it cannot be fulfilled. Do not order from McDonald's Broughton!

Food was delicious and came very quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice lighting. We came without a reservation and were seating quickly around dinner time. Our server Erin was very polite and friendly. She is such a hard worker and was helping the entire team whilst we were eating. Pizza express never disappoints :)

Upon arrival we weren’t greeted and had to find our reserved table. One of the girls behind the bar wasn’t happy about being there. I asked for some colours and paper for the children to do while we waited and I received simply a head shake, not even a sorry no. A head shake. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who served us our food but he has outstanding customer service. Food again was great and at a great price. The outside heaters weren’t working when we went which was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. Overall okay; would return.

Me and my partner like to come here regularly and decided to take advantage of the cinema discount as we was heading to the cinema straight after our food,my partner had ordered the crispy BBQ chicken burger off the menu and wanted no salad or no sauce to which wasn’t a issue. We waited for our food to arrive and my partner went for his burger to which we discovered it had sauce on it so I called over one of the workers and explained it was meant to be just chicken,cheese and bacon no salad or sauce to which he apologised and got this sorted.5 minutes the burger came back only to be now JUST chicken,no cheese or bacon. When I tried to get the waitress attention it was like we were invisible they were more interested in being chatty with the table next to us!! In the end we had no time to wait anymore to correct this error as we had somewhere to be! The waitress came over to clear our plates and I had explained the situation and said we may Aswel asked for the cheaper burger as that’s what he basically had to which she was apologetic and said she would sort this on our bill and offered us a free pudding as an apology. As working in hospitality previously myself I don’t understand how it’s possible to get an order wrong twice after myself explaining Not sure if I would return after this experience as we usually love it there
