Tim Hortons in Flintshire

I stopped by for food before heading to the cinema and honestly I have to say the whole experience at Tim Horton’s has rather been disappointing. I spent £15 on a bacon double cheeseburger meal, 1 doughnut and 3x chicken tenders, I have to start by paying £4.65 for 3x chicken tenders that were so small and certainly overpriced I feel like I taken 2 bits out of them and they’re already devoured, the cheeseburger and fries were served cold with no taste with bacon on the burger that looked uncooked and the beverage option I chose was flat and no flavour, the only thing I’d say I was really fond of was the doughnut. I love coming to Tim Horton’s but unless there is any improvements after this experience I don’t think I’ll return.

Food was ok but not hot. Then found a hair in my chicken burger. When looking at takeout donuts I noticed 2 staff members using the same tongues picking out all donuts. I have a nut allergy and this is cross contamination. Won’t be returning

First time coming, probably be the last!! Food was nice and hot, but that's only because they just taken them out of the fryers. This was due to them running out of food! Was very understaffed, very slow with food being sent out, again waiting on food! Not one staff member was happy to help the customers! Bins were over flowing, wouldn't wanna see what the toilets looked liked! As no staff member came onto the dinning area floor, I decided to help a lady with the self service as she wasn't getting serviced at the tills!

Always here for breakfast. Miles better than McDonald’s and the staff are always friendly. Service is super quick! Thanks

French Vanilla Coffee is lovely. Food is cooked fresh each time.

would like to come here again I love your matcha drinks I trued ine and it was so good but staff couldnt let me have vanilla but oh well and it would be nice too and timbit very nice and the chipotle mayo is always a winner for me thankyou so much guys !!

Delicious French Vanilla iced coffee and added a breakfast for £1.19. Cheap as chips.

This TM's is so well managed and the staff are really lovely and credit to the restaurant chain. Veggie menu is brilliant throughout the day, with multiple options, coffee is fab and the donuts....yummy, much better than their rivals McD's and so much better value!

I use two Tim Hortons - this one always seems a little disorganized

When they first arrived in the UK, the staff were very poorly trained and always got our orders wrong. Have been here several times over the years since and they have slowly improved. Food is quite good and pricing is about right in the market. Can be slow sometimes to receive the food but is usually a step up from McDonalds in terms of quality of ingredients used etc. Very mixed experiences overall.

Lovely place for a meet up. The restaurant is well presented, with nice vibes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and a good variety. Absolutely love that there's options for dairy free milk. I'm not the biggest lover of doughnuts but these are gorgeous! Nice place to hang out in the evening if alcohol isn't your thing

Breakfast was good and cheap but the donut don't even come close with there Canadian counterparts it's worst than the own brand donut from any supermarket be aware you will be paying low quality Donuts we just binned all 12 donuts.

Dependable with a solid menu including quality burgers (better than rivals), shakes and donuts. Friendly staff, always quick services and they go above and beyond. Venue is clean, tidy and comfortable.

Went for breakfast this morning and there was a short delay with our hot food. Was given an extra complimentary coffee and timbits. A nice gesture. Great service. :-)

Despite our order number being classified as 'ready for collection' for ten minutes (two coffees and a doughnut) and watching multiple food and drink orders be fulfilled before us, the staff member did not acknowledge us, and interupted me three times (with different order numbers/food types, trying to guess what was ours instead of listening) while trying to explain; listening would have been a far more efficient option. Upon identifying the error, no apology, just turning his back on us to fulfill the order; mistakes happen which im always fine with when corrected and acknowledged. I can't stand rudeness, so just asked for a refund, which seemed like a complete shock to all involved; I ordered two coffees and a doughnut, but hated all the extras. This happened 3-4 weeks ago

Tims. The best place for breakfast. Try the vegetarian options - they taste amazing. And their coffee is 😍

Food was good but not really hot, service could have been better but certainly far better than McDonalds. Nice clean dining area and a great selection of food options.

Really unpleasant trip. Child meal was disgusting, think the meat was off. Staff must be targeted on under delivering as the paid for dips and waffle fries were left off. Substitutions were made with no consideration to what was ordered. Suspect this is a known issue as the store do not give receipts - feedback needs the receipt similarly head office will only engage with that. Won’t be going back.

Good food and great coffee, the ordering machines always seem to be either not working or hit and miss but the food itself is great.

Hair in my food. Complained once to have a speedy rectification but there was hair in the second one too! Didn't bother raising it a second time as was entirely put off at that point

Better service than 12 months ago.

Burger was luke warm, fries looked like they had been in the washing machine for a 20 minute hot wash , took them 25 minutes to make and to be totally honest I have had bigger poo's than the portion sizes.

No review of atmosphere as I used the drivethrough...... food and coffee were great . No issues at all

We had a great experience pre-ordering and picking up breakfast for the whole office from Tim Hortons. I phoned the order through around 45 mins before we were going to collect and they were ready and waiting to get our order together when we got there. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Me and my partner come here once every few months in the evening. It's always quiet and the food has always been tasty and piping hot. You pay a bit more than McDonalds across the road, but it's worth it for the peace.

Always great service. Baked goods are fresh. Coffee is delightful. Very respectful and efficient with allergies/dietary requirements. Special mention to Satyam who always goes above & beyond. An absolute credit to the company.

Hi All, I meet with store manager I don’t remember exactly his name but it’s something like Raniii… what a hospitality I got from him, amazing manager love to see him again. He explained me that he don’t Mc D don’t to deface and they have lot of decaf options. All must try this once for him

We breakfast at Tim's a couple of times a week. I mean, breakfast for a £1, it's a no-brainer really. Love the coffee and the breakfast muffin. Staff are always polite and helpful too.

We love coming to this Tim Hortons as the staff are lovely and always go the extra mile. The food is always fresh and well prepared, even giving us free donuts from what’s left at the end of the day. We will continue to visit and do so with good reason. Big thank you to the team, we always leave with a smile on our face.

Cards on the table, I’m a regular at Tim’s. But there’s a reason for that. For medical reasons my wife cannot have caffeinated drinks. T. Hortons offer many caffeine-free options throughout their coffee based drinks. Incredibly, the ‘golden arches’ across the road don’t offer a caffeine free coffee! Oh, Tim’s food is good, we always arrive before 11.30 to take advantage of the breakfast deals that they offer. Best flat white in town too!

Burgers bland no taste . Not fresh made then left in rapped foil . This makes the damp .Drink lemonade was just lemon squash awful.

Me and my family went and it was amazing the food was delicious and the workers were so kind. There were so many options to choose from I definitely recommend for everyone even if you have young kids. It was truly the best.

My first trip into a Tim Hortons so wasn't really sure what to expect. The staff were polite and doing their best but the whole placed seemed to lack any soul. I t was an indentikit fast food location with touch screen self service terminals, a few staff and cakes/donuts that looked artificial. I only ordered a coffee which, whilst not unpleasant, had a taste that was different. I'd go back but only to give it another go

Coffee here remains as the best from any chain of fast food haven't had the food for a long time due to it being hit and miss, however had the pound breakfast which is well worth it 50p each for a breakfast wrap and a hash brown. Good food and great value.

First visit. Was not excited by the tastes of either the day old doughnuts or the iced coffee. This is just me, as my partner raves over the chocolate doughnuts!

We stopped for Breakfast on the last day of our holiday and this was one of the best Tim Hortons we have visited. The food was all absolutely spot on, and there was a large seating area with a variety of different seat options which was nice. We would definitely come back

A spacious beautiful coffee place with a wide variety of donuts! The staff are friendly, polite and courteous. I bought the popular iced french vanilla latte but changed it to oat milk. I highly recommend this place and this coffee! I love it!
