Burger King in Flintshire

Was takeaway only as toilets were out of order. Staff were quick and efficient although the whole place could do with a massive revamp. Location on google maps is incorrect too.

The Travelodge is fine but don't expect food after 8pm because Burger King close when they like. Do not believe the Google opening and closing times!!!!

So quiet and lots of seating especially for the time of day and section of motorway we was on. The bathrooms was not the best for cleanliness. But the food and staf was a solid 10 it's becoming our go to stop when travelling that way.

Ordered from this location and the delivery time kept going up, the delivery time here is absolutely glacial. I will not be ordering from this branch again. Take my advice and order elsewhere because you will receive your order before the next ice age. Very poor service.

After breaking down on the dual carriageway in the wind and rain, we were towed here and the service we got was amazing. We had some food and were able to stay warm and dry as long as we needed. I didn’t catch their names but the shift manager really took care of us, and the girl on shift with him was also lovely. Never had such good customer service, let alone in a fast food restaurant, so I had to leave a review to highlight the awesome staff here.

No toilets available. Thought that all food establishments had to provide toilets.

Nice quiet little service station (no fuel though). Bizarrely almost no signage on the road to let you know it's there. We only noticed and had time to turn off because we were I'm slow traffic

All around ok, The bathrooms were fairly clean. The service was quick. Only room for improvement is the limited options, You can definitely find something you like, but I wish the menu was a bit bigger, went here probably last year and I’ve seen some improvement it’s a lot cleaner service was a lot quicker and the food was better

My husband loves your burgers. I'm disappointed there was no fish or salad on the menu. And no people interaction all computerised.

Haven't been here in years a lot smaller than it used to be. There was no room to sit and also you can't use the burger King app

Self order menu confusing but otherwise o.k. As fast food joints go this is the least worse I have visited.

Absolutely disgusting food. The dorito fries were covered in powder & definitely not how they should have been. Avoid & save your money!!

For a BK it was surprisingly good. It is small and the it feels like the staff there know what they are doing and want to do a good job. I was there on a sunny day and the views across to the Wirral and Liverpool are good.

Bought 2 meals absolutely awful wont be stopping there again.

Empty when I went and came to understand why as i was told that they don't accept the burgerking app. I went for lunch elswhere.

It's a burger king what more is there to say? Hell of a view out over Deeside and the wirral though. Car park is a bit of a mess would have thought they'd fix it up when they refurbished the building.

Went a few weeks on my way from Shropshire. The service and the food was excellent. The staff were kind and really helpful as well. It is a great location as you get views whilst eating. It was quiet there, but I think there is needed for improvement with signs for parking/ entrance and exit areas. Really good place to eat.

Initially service is via a touch screen order point! The staff there however will help customers to use these and are very polite! Food was made to order and as such was hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and tidy and staff were cleaning tables almost as soon people had moved from them

Food and staff are good but the toilet was closed. So had to wee in a bush 😂

Very pleasant staff helpful and cheerful like most places now you are confronted with a digital screen but the staff will help you if you should need it.The premises are clean and tidy we come in here quite often on our way to the seaside absolute best view towards the Wirrel and Liverpool,if you are going there could be a good idea taking some binoculars, forgot to say that the food is quite nice "love those chips"

I hope the manager reads this. We called in on Sunday 5th March approx 2-30 pm. Ordered our food and waited. The place was really cold, what few people were in there kept their coats on. Our food arrived and was only just warm enough to eat. As we were eating I was watching the young assistant 'cleaning'. (I used the word cleaning with shock ). He put his hands inside both bins to push the rubbish down. NO GLOVES WERE USED. He then wiped the bins over, inside and out, then used the same dirty cloth to wipe the table behind us ! This isn't acceptable. The manager needs to teach the staff how to clean correctly. Needless to say, we won't be eating there again.

The No1 choice in my area if you want a tasty burger but, don't want the place snitheing with kids, because you can't easily walk to it, so ideally you need a car. Perfect!

Nice food, poor road signage (not their fault, highways have said no) so you'll need to know where it is or satnav it. Very clean but the background music was like a 1970s lift....ace views on a clear day. Much prefer BK to Mcdonalds....
