Nando's Broughton Park in Flintshire

Had not been in years and was shocked. Staff were lovely BUT we ordered food and within literal 2 minutes was on the table. Now don't get me wrong that's great but makes me think that out food is not cooked fresh and is sitting round. The food was boring and massively over priced. I don't mind paying for quality food and service but this place just doesn't seem to have either.

A good option for Keto friendly eating out.

Went there two nights in a row, all staff friendly helpful and kind to my children. Especially NAT what a happy lovely funny lady ❤️ definitely deserves to be recognised! Xx

One worth it experience people coming in standing to close other peoples tables and food was a little bit burn staff just standing around doing nothing just won the worst experience

Exceptionally professional and friendly treatment from the restaurant manager to resolve an order issue. Very nice man.

Based on spicy chicken and fries although there are lots of other foods to choose from. Great for kids too with unlimited fizzy drinks and ice cream they can go get themselves.

Very dissapointing, it's the little things that make an experience good. Just opened my delivery to discover no corn on the cob with our order. Kids gutted.

Not the best chicken and chips I've had for the price to be honest. . Service and staff all good though . Very disappointed you don't do hot drinks as was very cold yesterday and just needed a hot drink.

Food was amazing we did have one pink chicken wing but over all fine

We just showed up at 17:00 and asked for a table for two, we were told there was a 15 minute wait. Which was fine, as we were waiting three separate parties came in, asked for a table and were seated ahead of us. No reservations, no names crossed off a list. We walked out, terrible customer service

Ordered food, chicken burger, spicy chips and garlic bread, sat down food came within 10 minutes just about to delve in when I spotted a hair on my plate in my food straight away,(thank god i never took a bite of it or it would of put me off). I called waiter over, he said sorry took my food away said he would speak to the manager, a fresh plate of food was then brought back which I eventually enjoyed. Manager never appeared to apologise Shocking UPDATE My issue was nothing to do with the timing it was to do with that. I found a HAIR in my meal, the timing was fine.

Went to broughton Nando’s on the 04/01 I like the chicken thighs more over cooked than under, raised the issue with James, James sorted everything top guy honestly. Great service from James.

All time favourite place to have some spicy peri peri chicken. Garlic bread and loaded fries are my best dishes.. eapecially lodes froes which is very very heavy.. and the bottomless drink😎

Only ever been to one to one other Nando's (one in Warrington as I recall) and not for many years. Me and the Missus to go and give it a try and we were both very disappointed. I paid about £17 for a hot Sunset burger with some grilled halloumi on the side and the missus had the butterfly chicken. What a let down, I'm not sure why people rave about Nando's so much. My burger was tiny for the price tag and the grilled halloumi looked like 2 tiny scraps, the butterfly chicken was very dry not enjoyable so she didn't eat it so I did only because I was still hungry after the burger. The chips were nice though and the selection of hot sauces was as expected as we buy them from Tesco regularly anyway. I signed up for a reward card while we waited but to be honest, I don't think I'll ever use it. Local pubs do a much better job of delivering good food and drink for the value. I will say the staff were friendly even though they looked over worked at that time of day.

Had the best experience today. We went for my sister's birthday. And received the best customer service off Tommy. Would definitely recommend. Shame he cant commute to Manchester for work id defo employ him. 🤘😁

It took a little while for us to be seated by a member of staff even though quite a few walked past us. Food came out at a decent time although it was quite busy (Saturday afternoon). Our chicken thighs didn’t have much sauce and our peri salted chips, not much peri salt! Toilets were in good condition 🚽

Had great food, great service and think the staff owe themselves a lot of credit for dealing with a very rude family... Thought the management handled the complaint well and resolved dealing with a very awkward family... no one in this industry deserves that sort of treatment! I had a great time and was all down to the staff!

Quick food Quick service However Got my order wrong 😔 Had to wait for replacement. It's also not clean just greasy floors just looks untidy, not all nandos are like this.

Good was good. The staff are good and the atmosphere is great. The only criticism is when you come to pay the bill! The card machine is set for a gratuity in varying percentages but no option to not give a tip? I usually give a tip but not to the Tax Man?

We came relatively late to Nandos, but regardless the staff were a credit to themselves and the company. Very friendly and they all went the extra mile for us, it was a fantastic experience. Harry was especially great and made the overall experience 5*. Well done Nandos, Broughton.

The food was very nice I went for the random wings which were good fun. I also shared the loaded fries which I felt were the best but of the meal. They were very good with my daughters milk allergy.

Absolutely fantastic service. Accidentally ordered the wrong meal but didn't realise until it came out, the manager Charlotte swapped it without hesitation and even apologised for my wait while the replacement meal was cooked fresh. Well done 👏🏻

My partner and I were visiting a business nearby to the retail park and stopped in for some late lunch. From the moment we were warmly greeted at the door in Broughton we were treated like royalty, it was genuinely incredible seeing such passionate staff at work who really cared about making our whole experience from start to finish a pleasure. The food was delicious too and we particularly enjoyed the new salad on the menu with the pink onions, feta and olives. I only wish we lived closer to Broughton as we’d be in here all the time! Might need to make a few deliberate detours in the future 😎 Keep it up Broughton, you’re doing Nando’s proud 🐓❤️

I ordered at the incorrect restaurant and staff were really good and helpful called the other restaurant and got the wrong order corrected and were really helpful, great service!

Great customer service. One of the kids was finding the lemon and herb sauce too spicy 🙄 Checked with staff if the sauce was correct, it was, and staff asked if we wanted a plain chicken roll - without us asking. Our daughter was made up. Well done Nando's!

Very lovely time here, they were very kind to fit us in at a table after we came very late on a bank holiday. We had to order at the till and there were a few small issues with the orders however the staff were very lovely about it and resolved the issue straight away! Food was delicious as always. So grateful for them fitting us in so late! Thank you!

It might be crazy, there's no alcohol, just beer and some junk.

If you like chicken and you like your chicken hot well, Nando's is the place for you. All sorts of chicken dishes along with their well-known brand of piri piri and varying strengths of hot sauce. Sides of chips and coleslaws etc. Order from your table on your phone by qr code or at the counter. Food arrives quickly, freshly cooked to order. Alcoholic and unlimited soft drinks are available. Staff polite and helpful. There is plenty of onsite parking within the Broughton shopping park.

I ordered the fino pitta with x2 sides. The chicken breast was not cooked in parts and it did not include the caramelised red union as stated on the menu. The waiter changed the food, however my fiancee had finished his food by the time I received my new pitta. I received no apology and no communication by the manager. If eaten, I could have been seriously unwell. Unfortunately we will not be returning or recommending this Nandos for obvious reasons.

Probably one of the least hectic Nandos I've been to. Enjoyed the vegan plant-based "chicken".

Shopping at Broughton Park and decide to have lunch at Nandos... This was a Sunday and the place was busy, but we were quickly seated and served. The food was great (as usual), staff friendly and table etc. clean. Another positive experience at Nandos Broughton Park!

We got sat in a booth we have the best Waiter (Josh B) he was so kind and caring throughout and looked after us very well. The food was amazing.

Nice food, the beanie burger is great, and the peri peri fries, but I wish they had the frozen yoghurt machine like the other stores. Each time we have been there has been the broken machine with no handle on it mocking us from its corner of the restaurant. Now the menu offers four flavours of frozen yoghurt instead of one, so we went back on the hope they had some new fancy four flavour machine and we could enjoy bottomless frozen yoghurt like the rest of the country's but no. Just the old broken machine and no frozen yoghurt on the menu. Sad times! We would go far more often if they had a working machine.

This Nandos is the best in the U.K. that I have eaten at. I’m a big Nandos fan and the chicken was amazing, the service was excellent and the restaurant is clean and nice to eat in. Well done to everyone at the Broughton restaurant.

Bit of a disappointment. Arrived at the restaurant and sat down to order food on the app. Signal was poor so connected to wifi to order. We spent just shy of £60. We ordered 3 starters to share between the 3 of us and for main a whole platter for 2 and a halloumi and mushroom pitta. Drinks came out super speedy which was nice and starters didn’t take long. Where I felt we were let down was not long into eating the starters, a lady came over and didn’t speak just walked over and quite aggressively chucked the plater for 2 on the table so we turned around and looked quite shocked then she said “halloumi and mushroom” and thrusted it towards my partner to take it out of her hands. Of course, there wasn’t any room on the table for our mains as we had only just started eating our starters so we had to juggle the table around whilst holding one of the mains. The lady walked off leaving us to juggle. I felt the lady was rather rude, barely spoke, dumped our food and had no manners at all. We then had to go back up and ask for plates as usually the plater comes with 2 plates but we were expected to eat off the sharer plate which is full with food. So no where two people could comfortably eat and put their own sauces onto the plate etc. I then visited the rest room. I was quite disgusted to be honest. The tiles are all smashed in and no access to toilet roll. The holders were all full but hadn’t been placed through the little access hole so no way of getting to it. I then went to the sink and there’s a dirty fork sat there and the sink is disgusting, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. As you exit the toilet there’s dirt and dust all over the floor and then a table that was such a mess, it looks like the staff have been using it for their own belongings and junk, it just looked untidy and unprofessional. If this wasn’t the staffs belongings, they could’ve easily tidied up as some were just stood chatting. Overall a disappointing experience. Food was okay but let down by all other aspects.

Food was good. What you expect to have more of a kick was mild and the lemon and herb type had more of a kick. Quick to be seated to the table. Ordered via app at the table. Not much of a wait. Staff friendly.

It's was fine, food was good standard. Ordering App was not functioning so did it at till. Server was well meaning but when asked about an item on the menu, he went into insane detail without answering the question!!!..so gave up. The Nando brand is popular but needs to review its customer service policy post lockdown and going forward.

Nando’s is Nando’s, so it all comes down to the service, and the service here was great. Lovely friendly staff who effortlessly walked the line between professional and friendly.

Food excellent although food a little slow but manager kept us informed as the restaurant was very busy and all the staff very good.

Went on an off chance to Broughton Park. The service was brilliant and had some really nice Halloumi as a starter, then Chicken Tinga Tacos.

10/10 Highly recommend Nandos Broughton if you have Coeliac. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful and considerate to reduce contamination. Will definitely be back felt very safe to eat there and able to enjoy Nandos again!

Fast food in a clean, pleasant restaurant. My first time in a Nando's and I thought the menu was a bit underwhelming but the food was good but nothing special. Chips especially average. Staff attentive, polite and efficient.
