Smash'd It Burger Restaurant & Takeaway in Flintshire

Super slow delivery. Avoid ordering food here as your order will arrive late. Everything fell far below what was expected especially as the burger arrive soggy and cold and the fries were also cold and over cooked. Take my advice and order elsewhere.

My daughter and I had a smash burger and a double smash burger respectively and we shared some loaded fries, it was about £20 and worth every penny. The burgers were perfect, a smash burger is £6.49 compared to a £4.99 quarter pounder from McDonald's but it's well worth the extra £2.50. The smash burger came with cheese, salad and their own sauce. It had clearly been carefully put together. The sauce was delicious. The burgers itself was not too dry or dripping with fat and there was plenty of salad. But the main event was the chicken loaded fries, there is cheese, sauce (I think the same as the burger) and pieces of breaded chicken. It was amazing!! The cheese wasn't just on the top, I'm sure they put a layer on the bottom. The staff were really friendly, just smiles and looked happy to be there. Great value for money, quality ingredients, We will definitely be going back.

I Oder it food online thay said you gonna get your food in 30 to 40 minutes I wanted for over 1 hour I didn’t got food .

expected 7:25 arrived 8.20 all the food was cold. I order food on Friday evenings as I cook for my family every day, but work until 8 on Fridays. No point if the food comes this late though.

Waited 2hrs 15mins and was cold

Very disappointing. We ordered food knowing there would be a wait but when there was further delays we had no notifications from restaurant. Waited an hour after original time for the food to then arrive cold and also missing items. Never ordering from here again.

Flavours were nice but beef had gristle in nearly every bite so would assume they're using cheap meat

Absolutely incredible burgers. Bursting with flavour and their fries are unbelievable. Don’t be put off by the price because the burgers are huge and you get a great portion of fries. Best burger place in Deeside.

The burger bun was soggy just fell to bits

Can't fault them. This is the best burger place in the area. Tried Mr Beast Burger, it sucks, McDonalds leaves you feeling Bloated, KFC hasn't been good for 10 years. Burger is delicious, chips are well seasoned, the milkshakes are smooth and creamy.

Food is always fantastic, chips are crispy and seasoned well. Burgers are wonderful, plenty of sauce, cooked well and never had a burned one!

Recently tried this place a couple of times now and on both occassions the food has been delicious, hot and great portion sizes, would definately reccomend and will be ordering from here again!

Dont usually leave reviews, but this food was absolutely stunning, probably the best take away i have ever had from around chester and iv been here 17 years. Food was exceptional delivery was even 5 mins early, lovely delivery girl really polite. 5* service

food arrived 21:55 after a number of phone calls, 2nd delivery driver advised me 1st driver in a van couldn't get down the street so didn't bother ... said they would cook from fresh but the chicken was clearly heated up

the food is always full of flavour, but sometimes the bottom of the baps go soggy because it soaks up the sauce, maybe if its put on top of the burger it wouldn't happen

Food was late which meant our food wasn’t hot/warm and the Doritos in my burger had gone soggy.

Chips/fries were cold. Burger was barely warm buy tasty still, wouldn't order again due to the price was expecting it to be fab but very cold and nearly 45 min late which could be why.

The food was great! Absolutely amazing quality. The fries were crispy and well seasoned and the burgers were fantastic! It all looked amazing and tasted great. I really can't say enough about how good this was. The speed of delivery was a wonderful surprise, it was here before we knew it.

food was good. naga burger was just a mess and not a good mess. hot with no flavour. but the chicken burger was delicious and the jalo bites. was disappointed with the chicken strips being just literally cuts of chicken and not the strips that everyone knows 😪.

We have only used smashed it a few times in ladt 2 yrs and the First time we ordered for delivery it was spot on for 6 people and we were impressed with the food no complaints 💯 , however we ordered again today for 3 people which was a sunday so wouldn't think it would be that busy and expect a fresh delivery, but unfortunately the fries were really dry and went cold quickly (3 portions of fries went in the bin! and i hate wasting food 🤷🏽‍♀️) hallumi was good so no complaints there, the burger patties were also dry maybe too much seasoning or re heats from saturday who knows maybe the chef does 🤷🏽‍♀️, very disappointed and probably wont use again for that price , wondering if you're a one trick pony food retailer? We spent a lot with you tonight 🤷🏽‍♀️its a shame as i really enjoyed first few meals we had from you ,

Unfortunately we have had our first bad experience. We love ordering take out from Smashd it, but today it was cold and the buns were soggy. It had obviously been on route for a while and we were really disappointed compared to past experiences.

Accidentally left a two star review below and can’t delete it! Definitely not two stars. Just food was cold due to taking longer to arrive. 4 out of 5 times the food has been great and i have recommended to family and friends :)

Ordered for the first time on Father’s Day as Been wanting to try it. Got 3 meals and chicken strips and the baconater meal came without any bacon at all with a very soggy bun. Beef patties were hard and burnt. Weren’t able to stomach eating it all so most went in the bin. Chips were great and so were the chicken strips which are in fact not crispy and just chicken breast strips but still really nice. Sadly would not order again.

Chicken burger does not list cheese as an ingredient on the order, it also doesn't allow you to remove cheese as an option. The food was fantastic, but with respect to listing allergies I found this was a problem.

Twice now we have ordered takeaway delivery and both times the food has been amazing and the service is fantastic as well. The food is colder when it arrives (but is delivery from Queensferry to Buckley so totally understand this!) but despite this is is still super yummy! Will defo recommend the sweet spud fries 😍

Ordered food which arrived quickly before the expected delivery time, however food was cold and 1 meal out of order was wrong. The meal which was correct would of been nice if the bun wasn't soggy and the burger cold. Other meal totally wrong

tonight was the first time ordering from here wow fair play 1 of the nicest take aways I've had burgers were full of flavour melt in your mouth delicious the loaded fries (philby steak and chicken) were amazing and the wraps again full of flavour good portion sizes well worth the money will 100% be ordering again

Terrible, 2 hour wait. Food was cold and soggy! Driver had attitude as THEY couldn’t find my hotel (easy find on google maps) I wouldn’t bother ordering as I called the restaurant twice for a update and all the could say was they were busy but that wasn’t my problem as they gave me a estimated delivery time and didn’t update me! JOKE!!!!

Rubbish paid loads of money for it not to turn up when I rang said we’re busy but couldn’t tell me how long when asked for refund phone was put down on me not good at all
