We have order from Smash'd it a couple of times now and have never been disappointed. The portions are huge, the food is always hot. They even put a free cheesecake in our order for my birthday. Highly recommend.

Food arrived hot and actually is decent. They Forgot my can of pop from my last order, rang them up after placing another order tonight to remind them about the missing can from my last order and was told I would receive it tonight. Only gone and forgot the can… AGAIN. After ringing up yet again for my missing can I’m told to ring up next time for it. Not good enough!

The most amazing burgers! We live a short walk to a burger takeout on Westminster park in Chester but we won’t be using them again now we have tried here! The portions were huge, the quality was fantastic and the burgers were so tasty. It arrived piping hot and the milkshakes were lovely! Highly recommend!

Absolutly gorgeous as usual. Always arrives a little bit earlier (5-10mins) and always piping hot. Cant fault the food at all - best takeaway around here 100%. Delivery driver is also friendly and always smiling 👌 top takeaway !!!

First of all the burgers we ordered were lovely! I had the philly cheese burger and it was fab. However, the jalapeños bites were just hot cream cheese bites. There was no jalapeño in them! Great burgers, not so great sides.

From start to Finish fantastic service delivery man was very friendly food was fantastic if I had to change anything I’d say the nacho cheese sauce to be a bit thicker .

Well after being asked for a review of this restaurant by just eat your reply was accurate I didn't mention food was cold at the time I was more consert i missing an item again . also went though just eat for refund and nothing , in the past when thing have been missing you promised doing a deal next time on a order if I rang shop direct never happened your full of false promise and cold , missing food , again if this was a one off it could of been forgiven it but it happened too many times for that now people need to know burger are amazing if you get them hot or at all other wise your a ripped off !!

Deliveries take an absolute ice age to arrive and when your order does arrive it’s cold and soggy. Take my advice and order elsewhere

Delivery was late when I call to restaurant say I receive text messages saying my food was arriving but wasn't they was rude and hang up on the phone also when order was finally arrived there was missing product

Food quality was excellent, although it was slightly cold and took longer than the original estimate. 5 minutes in the oven to heat back up and it was delicious, will definitely order again and I won’t knock stars off the food given the weather at the minute

Sorry that I have to post this as it usually great. Have made multiple orders over the last last year which usually come to around. £100. But on this occasion one part of the order was incorrect ordered a wrap which should be without salad came covered i salad when I phoned to question just completely refused to resend poor customer service. They offered to show me receipt but a physically watched it be ordered it's not my issue if there is a problem with there ordering system. The food is really nice but just beware if you ask for replacement cause I don't think they care.

In an area where the majority of delivered options are mediocre at best, it is truly wonderful when you find a place that consistently delivers outstanding food. One of the nicest burgers I’ve had anywhere and the portion sizes are more than generous.

The burger was absolutely delicious, not like the generic kebab shop burgers, this had a definite quality to it. The desert was tasty and portioned generously. Delivery was faster than expected. I would definitely order again. 5* for being different than 99% of high street takeaways which seem to just offer the same things made exactly the same way. Very Impressed.

Super slow delivery. Avoid ordering food here as your order will arrive late. Everything fell far below what was expected especially as the burger arrive soggy and cold and the fries were also cold and over cooked. Take my advice and order elsewhere.

Food was amazing! Best burgers and loaded fries we’ve had from anywhere. The delivery took a while but that was to be expected at the time we ordered on a Saturday night. Burgers were a little bit cold but they tasted so good that we weren’t too bothered. They gave us two cans of Coke which we didn’t order which was a nice surprise! My daughter and I had a smash burger and a double smash burger respectively and we shared some loaded fries, it was about £20 and worth every penny. The burgers were perfect, a smash burger is £6.49 compared to a £4.99 quarter pounder from McDonald's but it's well worth the extra £2.50. The smash burger came with cheese, salad and their own sauce. It had clearly been carefully put together. The sauce was delicious. The burgers itself was not too dry or dripping with fat and there was plenty of salad. But the main event was the chicken loaded fries, there is cheese, sauce (I think the same as the burger) and pieces of breaded chicken. It was amazing!! The cheese wasn't just on the top, I'm sure they put a layer on the bottom. The staff were really friendly, just smiles and looked happy to be there. Great value for money, quality ingredients, We will definitely be going back.
