The original delivery time was 12:50 -13:15.Time changed twice and finally arrived 14:55.

I don't think this particular McDonalds could organise a pissup in a brewery. The place seems understaffed and the staff who are on just walk about aimlessly and much rather to talk to each other than serve customers, and having the oddest priorities, going to get handfuls of sugar from the back at a time instead just making orders that are almost going into pending which would allow her to get back to bringing her handful of sugar packets at a time quicker as she wouldn't have to dodge through customers. The only props I can give them is the dining room staff are lovely and attentive, with one of them realising orders were pilling up with no one doing them and came into the back to help. So unless you enjoy standing around the front counter waiting for you food for 10 minutes, don’t go to Broughton, unless you do then more power to you.

Sent wrong food and was all cold when arrived

Never put onions/toppings on the burgers, don’t know how to mix the milkshakes so you just get the syrup, and every time you go to the drive through without fail they will tell you to park in a bay, even if you are the only customer. Once they put so many people in bays we couldn’t get out.

Food was cold and the lce-cream was melt will not be ordering from there again.

Waited 20 minutes from the drive through for cold food staff were bringing bags of food out and sorting them on wet tables even seen them dropping bags onto the wet floor outside and then handing them to customers definitely one to avoid

No straws for milkshakes and one fries missing from order

Ordered £40 worth of food and spent £7 on mozzarella dippers only for them to not be in the bag when we got home!

ordered the double big mac, received a small, asked for Balsamic, it didn't arrive and ordered large fries which weren't even on the receipt.

Out of my order i got two burgers and two fries. Missing 2 burgers 2 fries chicken nuggets 3 drinks 2 mcfurry and a donut. Absolutely ridiculous didnt even get half of my order.

We had driven through on the way home from holiday. Quick service which was good especially due to how busy it was. The food however was cold., I can't understand how fast food with such a high turnover can be cold?

Witnessing an Uber/Deliveroo driver collecting takeaway food in a Aldi bag for life and staff allowing it, no wonder food is cold when it's delivery

Just a McDonald's. Decent food, decent pricing and there is a drive thru.

25 mins to get an order of fries and a hash brown. They had obviously had issues with the hash browns as there were people waiting everywhere for hash browns. The staff there were staring at tickets looking like they were neither interested in moving quickly or trying to deal with the several complaints from other patrons.

20 mins and counting waiting for an order. Can't really call it fast food anymore!

Slowest mcdonalds that I have ever been to, ordered via drive through at 11.07, waited until 11.30, then went inside, and the staff just could not care. Eventually, the food was made at 11.37. I would never go here again despite this being the only one local that does fishfinger happy meals. Whilst waiting at the counter, there was another person complaining about waiting for their order, they had been waiting over 30 minutes. Sort yourselves out!!

We ordered and were told it would be with us at 17.25 and that time kept changing, eventually it arrived at 6.20 and it was cold and there were no sauces or straws and the chips were old by the look of them. The cucumber was so dry it was inedible too.

my order never arrived but it says delivered on the system. it's not the first time that happened and it shouldn't happen, because if i have a security code to give to the driver, how can he deliver the order to another address?!?!

Delivery driver deliver my order. Drinks were clearly upside down in bag and poured all over my front porch and front entrance. Delivery driver refused to help me and left me with food and drink ruined!

I had 2 orders made separately and the driver only gave me my second order and he decided to keep my food for himself, it’s absolutely disgraceful the fact I’ve had to re order it again.

Second time I’ve ordered and the food has been not right! Under filled drinks and fries and cold!!

Chloe served me she is super friendly, she has served me on a couple of occasions and always greets me with a smile, she is super helpful too I feel nothing is to much bother to ask she goes above and beyond, Chloe is a credit to your franchise

Absolutely fantastic. I've ordered McDonald's before from the city centre and the retail park in sealand, blacon. Broughton had my order perfect - food was expertly packaged and piping hot. Order correct for a welcome change. I'll be ordering from there for the foreseeable future. Excellent service 👏 👍🏻 👌

Cons how busy it was today, food was hot ,fast and customised correctly. Even drink was right strength . Obviously a good team on this shift

This is the worst McDonald's ever, it always takes ages to get your food and there is always food missing, it's always cold when you get it, even when you stand at the counter, this place has so much potential too they need to get better managers to manage their staff properly.

Called today. Drive through. Got to car and chips cold and not nice tasting although asked for hot. Got out car, took cold chips back in and got them replaced for hot . Got into car to start meal and got more cold chips can you believe it. What a dump of a restaurant. Won’t go there again. Too many complaints reading here. Very poor

Waited 40 minutes parked from the drive through (whilst others were getting served before us), just to be told "were getting food out as quickly as possible" when I asked the staff that was bringing orders outside, decided to go in and ask 10 mins later and was passed by a number of different workers before one finally spoke to me, watched her and a colleague moaning about the fact I'd asked for my food, just to wait another 10 minutes because I was obviously missed, then when it was finally ready they decided to deliver it to my car (whilst I was still stood at the till waiting), then when I went back and checked half of the order was missing, we were now in a rush to an appointment so I went back in to ask for a refund, she took the bag off me (I still hadn't even received a 'sorry' for the inconvenience), I then watched her literally slag us off again for wanting a refund, then she tried to refund me £13 of the £22 order🤯 finally got refunded and got served in 5 minutes at a competitors drive through next door. Horrible service, rude senior staff

Came in this evening on my break from airbus. The person taking the ordered didn't put 2 drinks down and when I got to the 2nd window the young girl give me one drink and was very rude when it wasn't my mistake. Will be rethinking if I want to come again. Customer should come away happy.

Broughton park drive through is an absolute joke 30 mins I've been waiting so far for a burger

On two separate occasions, I ordered the hat trick meal and unfortunately experienced a similar issue both times, as depicted in the attached picture. This recurring problem is quite disappointing. This is the second instance of receiving the same meal in an unsatisfactory condition. In a previous order, a McChicken sandwich was delivered missing the bottom half of the bun. While I understand that human errors can occur during busy periods, experiencing these issues repeatedly is unacceptable. I believe it's important to address this matter to ensure improved service quality.

An absolute joke there this evening, telling every drive through customer to park and wait. Cars parked all over the place, tempers flailing, horns being used aggressively. I counted 8 cars waiting at one point and another 2 stuck in the drive through cos they couldn't get out

Worst McDonalds I've experienced. Drive through has consistently slow service, always asked to park up, up to 10 minute wait for a simple order. Food often cold, consistently out of stock on items. Avoid!

everything was great but didn't get dips we ordered

Gave us sparking water instead of sprite,and 6 individual fries for a small ... not even filled the bag. The macflurry had not even half a handful of smarties which wasn't even mixed ... very disappointing..

Very poor service, took 55 minutes to serve our food, when we finally got it, our chips were stone cold, I then waited for a response from someone by the till and multiple workers walked past me and ignored me, just back and to as I tried to speak with them. I got new chips, opened my burger box, it was cold and should’ve been a double yet only one patty was on there. I didn’t even bother wasting my time going to change that as it would be another how long!

I was the only customer in at around half 7 this morning and it took 3 employees to make me a breakfast roll that wasn’t even nice they all looked lost and dropping things on the floor will never go there again 🤢

Trying to steal 5p off every drive through customer that obviously needs the food putting in a bag is simply disgusting. Firstly it a paper bag which is NOT part of the government regulation to try and reduce single use of Plastic bags. Secondly I’d argue that fries in an open carton also comes under the loose food category so again exempt. Scummy behaviour from this franchise.

I was waiting for a hour and I didn't get my food so I when in and complained saying I been waiting for a hour for my food and there said gave me my food when I was waiting for 12 minutes

Very unhappy with delivery service food was late, when ordering at 17.10 estimates time was 17.50 to 18.10 , actual delivery was 18.28 delivery driver sat outside house for ten minutes before knocking the door, food was stone cold

Terrible service. If it is even remotely busy you have to park up. Even had to park up when I was the only one in the drive through. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a mcplant meal is ridiculous. Every time I’ve been the past few weeks I’ve had that sort of wait even with no queue. Unacceptable

The restaurant itself was tidy enough although the overflowing bin in the carpark didn't help with first impressions and the service was fine oddly it was the food that let this McDonald's down. There seemed to be very little taste to anything which was disappointing as the one thing you can normally depend on is the food in these sort of places. Just give this place a second chance and ended up waiting for 30 minutes for 3 drinks. Avoid if you don't want to waste your time.

Average experience. 25 minutes waiting and 4-5 orders on the display - what were they doing? No one knows. Food is ok but it's McDonalds, it's supposed to be a fast food, not a fancy restaurant with waiting 25 minutes for some fries, coffee and bottled drink.

Every time I use the drive-through here, I get the wrong order. How hard can it be typical franchise.

Took half hour to make a cheeseburger (was the only thing i ordered) despite having no other orders. Due to this I was late to work as I decided to get the burger before my shift. I ordered at 3:15 and was meant to start my shift at 3:30 and when asked if i could cancel my order due to it taking too long i was just ignored

Very long wait , no seating available. Think they could do with a bigger premises. I think with drive thru , online orders takeaways and being on a busy shopping centre more staff could be needed

Dorset what it says on the tin but why not separate an adults area and a children's area so adults don't have to put up with children climbing over the furniture while they eat or drink
