Subway in Flintshire

Turned up and sign said back in 10mins...after too'ing and fro'iing from other workers somebody turned up Only for the slowest service ever recalled in history. Shocking!

very nice service, the best sandwich I've eaten on the subway, and I eat very often,

No beef, card machine stopped working asked to get cash, toasted sandwich gone cold. Not good, however shouldn't reflect on the young staff.

I visited this subway and I ordered a foot long sub it took 45 minutes to be made and then when I got my sub it was soggy and falling apart so I binned it it was a steak and cheese the lady wasn’t wearing a name tag or a hat

Has to be worst sub I've had. 2.30 in the afternoon most ingredients for my 6 inch wholegrain sub need the tubs replenishing. In addition, no green peppers, no mayo, wilted lettuce & soggy sweet corn. Had the assistant not toasted the roll already I'd have cancelled my order. Bread not fresh! Place was untidy with till roll every where! Lady b 4 me had dregs of a sauce. When asked if there was any more in the back she was told no. Hmmmm

Just don't bother waited 20min to be told most things had run out. Not the staff's fault, clearly poorly managed.

Great service didn’t have to wait long as wasn’t busy.

All I can comment on is the food, my wife bought them - goodness knows what we paid for two tuna panini - we have 1 and 3/4 left if anyone wants them - very poor quality tuna and indifferent bread gave a very bad smell and taste - how do you guys stay in business?

The McDonald's next to this place I can safely say is the worst in the UK, this Subway is one of the better ones. Always clean and tidy, extremely well trained and polite staff. I had 2 people serving me tonight and they were both great, the gentleman especially so, made me the best Subway 12 inch I've ever had, took care in the way it was assembled great communication....I'm a lover of fine food, fine wine and search for perfect service...I'm not saying Subway is fine dining but when a place is the best it can be and the staff like the gentleman tonight do there best for you and they excel at there jobs then it needs to be appreciated and recognised. Thanks guys 5 stars undoubtedly......additional.....a couple of poor experiences recently, 1 member of staff dragging down previously excellent standards. I put in a complaint to have to the poorest of replies from the Manager, disappointed to the point I've stopped going now, real shame the place can only be as good as the staff and manager, manager 0 - 2 staff

Visiting from N. Ireland and on a long drive from Holyhead to Southampton and stopped at this Subway. Absolutely fantastic service, a real gentleman, so polite and friendly and really made a great sub, asking if everything was to my liking, great staff in this store subway, well done!!! 👌😍

1 member of staff at 6pm with a 15 minute wait for a sandwich. Go to Greggs or McDonald’s next door instead

Clean hygieneic helpful staff got to be better than ordering from across the road from MacDonalds / Argos love the meatball sub love the coffee too thumbs up guys.

This subways a joke the last 2 times Iv been there they haven't had any meatballs...

Excellent staff. Very thoughtful for the vegetarian member of the family. And they kept my handbag safe when I left it behind!
