Went in on a very snowy Tuesday morning to get some hot food but was absolutely stone cold seems to be a recurring issue across all your stores considering the customer has paid for a hot item always seem to get it freezing cold shit service understaffed and watched at least 3 people leave the queue

I visited the Gregg’s at this petrol station for breakfast and I was very satisfied with the service and quality of food here. I was served by Bernie & Dawn both were lovely, welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend this location to anyone and will be returning when I’m next in the area.

I only tend to go here when I can’t go anywhere else but I’ve been today and ordered just a southern fried chicken baguette because this Greggs prices are so much higher than anywhere else and when I opened up the parading to eat it I couldn’t believe how small the baguette is and had 2 small pieces of chicken in it! By far the worst Greggs I’ve ever had and they are so greedy with the small baguettes and less chicken but higher prices I would advis to go down the a55 another mile and go to the Greggs in the services bodlywyddan it’s cheaper and right sized portions

Greggs at the service station was a relief, however the toilet was out of order with no other available. Not much food there and seemed more expensive than high street Greggs. Staff who served me was unresponsive like a zombie and clearly couldn't be bothered.

This pub has recently changed hands and being only about a mile from home we thought we'd give it a try. We booked for a Wednesday night which we discovered is quiz night. We arrived and parked, there is ample parking in front of the pub. We were asked on arrival if we were going to take part in the quiz when I said no we were shown to a table in a quieter area. The menu was basic pub food with a few nice additions, after ordering the food arrived quickly and was well cooked and presented. My two niggles and the reason the pub didn't score higher is that the area we were seated in was a bit chilly and the total lack of draught beer with only w Worthington smooth flow and Guinness on keg

We popped in for a quick bite to eat, service was great and friendly, food came out very fresh, fast and really tasty. Kids loved their meals and were full, us adults just had a few starters and bits and bobs to try, we will be back to try some main meals soon. Keep it up kitchen team!

Went to have coffee and cake on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was busy, but this was due to the nice weather and limited staff. The choice of cakes and treats is really good, staff are friendly and efficient and we had a lovely rest. The red velvet cake was delicious and the cream tea was so fresh and yummy. Well everyone at the cafe.
