Subway in Flintshire

Disgusting place dirty and unpleasant. The food served is poor quality and what they put into the sandwiches you would think it was WW1 and I was presenting my ration book. How this place is open is beyond me.

workers are so unhygienic and my food was disgusting. when i got my food my sandwich was squished at the bottom of the bag. and asked for no onions and they still put onions in. also they need to read up on allergens.

Absolutely awful, tried the Christmas special melt meal deal, the sub was itself like any other sub in the pictures, no were near as appetizing, thrown together and I thought I was getting it in a sub roll and not a flat bread, it was half the size in the picture and as for the filling, no were near. Coffee was undrinkable, never in my life have I ever tasted anything so bitter, at nearly £7 a go certainly will not be visiting a Subway again.

Ran by children. Have no idea what they are doing. Was waiting over an hour. meatballs were uncooked. Avoid

Food was very nice and the gentleman that served us was very helpful and friendly.

Subway is always a marvellous place to buy food from. I have yet to have a bad one.

Subway Mold is ridiculous they say they deliver on just eat then they don’t they take themselves off the app unexpectedly which is horrible because my family wanted subway for dinner and they also don’t listen to orders they forget to add things like cheese and add things you didn’t ask for

It’s a sandwich shop where can you go wrong.

Today I have decided never to use this branch again, the shop was unclean with 4 young gentlemen working behind the counter none with any customer skills what so ever the lad serving me didn’t know what to put on my salad even though he had just made the same salad 30 mins before (he looked drugged up tbh) and the salad he gave me was terrible the lettuce looked brown due to being old he forgot the meat balls even tho I asked him twice for them then after warming the meat I had to wait 5 mins for him to make my brew so when I got to eat the poor portion of pepperoni he did put on it was stone cold. I can foresee this shop closing very soon Avoid

Friendly staff and great at helping customers

Excellent service at Mold subway ( as usual ) . Mike is a very efficient and pleasant manager and his staff seem really happy in their work with him . The temporary replacement was good too but Mike has the managerial experience required to ensure the shop runs smoothly . He always makes time for people despite the busyness of the shop and the sandwiches are always of a high standard ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good place for eating healthy, you can have tuner toasties with salad 🥗 on, beautiful well worth it.

I know it’s not their fault but they’re going to bear the brunt of my anger as they could have helped and didn’t seem interested one bit. Ordered food from the store through Uber Eats (please everybody, never ever use Uber Eats if you want to actually eat the food you pay for) and apparently the delivery driver “Mehmed” waited with our food by the door for over 20 minutes. He must have been invisible as me and the wife were constantly watching and waiting for the mysterious driver to turn up with our food as we were starving. The order said on the app it was delivered and it hadn’t been. Tried in vain to use the useless app and had some snotty response saying the driver went above and beyond to deliver so we can’t refund you. He didn’t actually deliver it though and probably ate the food on the way here! So we tried calling the store and asked them to contact the driver and find where our food was but they couldn’t help us. Nobody was interested. Anyway, I’ll say again, never use Uber Eats and don’t expect any help from the restaurant that the driver is delivering (or eating) for!

Went to subway today to treat my family! And it seemed what ever we asked for they were out of. My advice to subway MOLD BRANCH would be if you are low on stock to order more!. It’s not hard! That way your hungry customers won’t be disappointed! And today I’ve come to the realisation that a subway without southwest sauce just isn’t a subway at all! Worst sandwich I’ve ever had! Waste of money!

Absolutely filthy. Food containers all cross contaminated with other food. Using dirty knives, grill tray covered in food. Workers didn't change gloves once andd served 3 people while I was there. Dirty work area and litter all over the place. Should be shut down

Since when, if it says 7pm closing time on the door, can one of your outlets be closed at 6.20pm on a Saturday evening? With 2 teenage employees inside cleaning up for an early dart looking at us with daggers and shaking their heads saying no closed?!

Called in because 2 other eatery were very busy Pleasant staff Nice sandwiches with plenty of fillings and as always very fresh Enjoy 😁

Finally subway have got it right . A ‘gluten free’ roll , and nearly all fillings gluten free . Staff using new gloves so not to contaminate anything . Good new selection of sauces and condiments. Staff very friendly and glad to help . Can highly recommend.

Went into subway for my lunch like I do every week and was given the best service. I encountered most of the staff there including the young man with learning disabilities and they were all very respectful towards him. Every time I visit he usually sings and dances away and the staff laugh along with him not towards him. They maintained a professional standard in making my sandwich (which was delicious), all the while they were being very respectful as well as making the young man with disabilities laugh and it was lovely to see them being so nice - like I see every week! Would recommend over and over again as would other people I know!

me and my friend went in there at lunch from school. there was a boy working in there with learning difficulties and the two other co workers were mocking and belittling him. i will never go there again in my life. Disgusting people

Popped in earlier for a chicken salad bowl. Not been to shop before. Quick service. Great food and young guy serving was very helpful and good

Dreadful place. They are not qualified to serve food. After calling to complain, manager 'Sarah' actually put phone down on me. I ordered chicken + bacon Ranch and they put chicken tikka pieces on it ??? They are not ept to deal with complaints. Will be putting in a formal complaint tomorrow about staff and food. Would not recommend.

Like all Subways this is a good place to chill out in the daytime for a snack or drink. The"subs" are really good here and the staff serving you both helpful and friendly. We visited on a Wednesday which like a Saturday ere market days so it was very busy but the staff were excellent in making our stay enjoyable even though they were really busy. Well worth the visit and we will return the next time we visit Mold.

Lack of salad compared to most subways but staff pleasant enough. Disappointed in 2 pieces of cheese for a childs vegetarian sandwich... pretty poor compared to fillings.for meat eaters.

Never again in Mold, unlike another Subways we go to this place is filthy with the staff more interested in having a conversation amongst themselves about what time they finish than serving you a sandwich. Being the only 2 in line (no queue) I was kept waiting whist the young man was complaining about his job and his want to go home, fortunately this gave me time to peruse the dirty counter, old looking cheese and meats, making it easy to just walk out!

I am in a wheelchair & tried to get into the restaurant. Staff ignored me, luckily 2 customers did not & helped lift my chair into the subway..

Bought a cheese steak from here .Got home to find a stray piece of chicken in my sandwich.I have a serious allergy to chicken that is potentially life threatening.Absolutley disgraceful service to be so careless.Wouldn’t expect this from such a big world wide chain.Used to be a regular but won’t be going again now

If you like your sandwiches hand-made in front of you, with lots of choices, this is the place for you.

I had a subway yesterday from this place and later that night I found myself throwing up all night and still throwing up now, there is something seriously wrong with this place. My family had subways too and two out of four were ill that very day, there must be something wrong with the meat there. Will not be eating there again, and I urge you all to do the same.

Omg, got subway sausage bacon and cheese flatbread x 4 and three of us took one bite and threw it in the bin. The bacon was raw and the sausage and flatbread was cold. On return to the subway asking for the manager to complain, the staff said thank you for reporting it but nothing they could do as I had left the subway. Result!!! Never to be used again.

They never had my 1st or 2nd choice of bread

Ordered food. Was nice. Last few bites the chicken had loads of gristle in it. Put me off my food. Then to top it off the staff were stood in the middle of the restaurant talking to another customer for at least 20 minutes. Felt very uncomfortable as i was the only customer in the shop and it was not very professional.

Who ever owns / runs this establishment must as a matter of urgency sort out and repair the waste pipe coming out of the side of the wall that is discharging sewage directly onto the side street and onto the Main Street in Mold. It is disgusting and is a huge health and safety matter.. please see photos.

Hate the place like a youth club and food is horrid need more tables

I'm very impressed, I ordered a giant sub with other bits aswell and it was all so fresh very tasty . The children loved it plus the lads who worked there helped carry it to the car . Thank you so much

Handy for a quick yummy lunch or breakfast

I visited the Mold shop for lunch with a friend twice recently and on each occasion we were served quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and the food was delicious. Going again next week with my grandchildren.

Salads are great but the coffee is a bit pants

It was a busy Saturday lunchtime and the staff were very unfriendly and not paying attention to what they were doing. They used the same gloves from meat to veg and also handled money with these gloves too. I was shocked.

Takes ages to get served when we do get served the person behind the counter serving you is talking to someone else. Food wasnt nice either would go there again
