1 hour late , every time I rang they said it would be 10 minutes, every phone call they lied , my food was tasteless and cold not even warm . Delivery driver turned up with an attitude, music on full blast and at the wrong address...... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!! £45 order And this is how you get treated

not had an issue before . I thought when ordering via the app was cutting out the likes of just eat. turns out the app is provided by food hub. don't order via food hub. had a very watery korma and garlic rice. a sloppy watery mess. reported via message app and was told to call restaurant. so I did and was told I couldn't get a refund and had to call foodhub again. they told me restaurant refused a refund then sent a link to make a complaint. was offered a replacement meal which would take over an hour but was too late by then as I had already sorted an alternative meal. not happy at all. a takeaway delivery is a once in a while due to costs. so to have to be forced to waste money is not acceptable with no way of getting a refund.

Literally 2 hours and we ordered at 5pm when it first opened. What has took 2 hours.

Chicken tikka was watery! No taste at all and the onion bhaji mint yogurt sauce was like they’d watered it down because they run out! Will never order from here again

Consistently good take-away meals from this place. I've always gone in and ordered and I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes for my meal. Great service, good lads here and really good value.

Taste of Bengal in my opinion are the best for flavour value and service. The staff are all lovely and helpful and the delivery is fast. They even made mine a little milder. We had Rogan Josh rice and my favorite garlic nanns. Great value for money.

By far the best Indian takeaway in Connahs quay and the surrounding area. The food is always amazing and the service is tip top. If you order through their app, you also get loads of free goodies like onion bhaji, papadums and a slice of fudge cake(on orders over £25). I cannot recommend this takeaway enough. Must be tried, like seriously try it. You will not be disappointed.

Have had food from here quite often and usually lovely but our meal today was very disappointing, the lamb Passanda and the Chicken Korma sauce was EXACTLY the same, plus so sickly sweet we couldnt eat it, the chicken korma had only SIX small pieces of chicken … Really was unpleasant

Ordered for my birthday on Food Hub, order was cancelled because I'm too far away. Surely they shouldn't be taking orders from further away than they can deliver. Money was deducted from my account and will not be refunded for 3-5 days so now I cannot afford a takeaway for my birthday. Very disappointed sort it out 😭😭😭

Just ordered selection dips got 2 of the same no salad bag lemon for starter very poor for such expensive order

Ordered through just eat food was over half an hour late was freezing not even like warm and rice weren't even properly cooked bined and end up cooking

Really disappointed with our meal tonight never usually have any issues but its come warm and there is a puddle on our plate because the rice is so watery

Food is lovely and cooked with thought. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food is very well priced. I do recommend as in my opinion the best Indian takeaway in the area. I have give 5 stars but as like with everything there's always room for improvement. 4.7 is my actual score. Awesome place

I ordered a chicken tikka masala tonight 16/8/19 and when it came it was basically a korma with red food dye in it. The keema naan had 1 peice of meat in it. Highly disappointed. Ended up making pie, chips and gravy for us. Shocking. If i wanted korma i would of ordered korma.

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and patient. I always use Taste of Bengal anytime I fancy an Indian. The food is brilliant and always delivered hot and very tasty. The quality of the food is lovely too! Delivery timing is great also! Would definitely recommend!!
