McDonald's in Flintshire

Went through drive through asked for a chicken burger without mayo and had mayo. Asked for strawberry frozen drink came half full! Staff was rude. Asked for them to top up the drink he just looked ar me like i was a cow in a field. Was told to go to the parking bay and the girl that bought the food out to us didnt say a word! Shocking i will NEVER go there again

Poor service. No milkshakes available... Again

Stopped here on a Sunday at lunchtime so it was busy, busy, busy. We decided to eat in and were able to order at the machine straight away and received our order within 10 minutes which was nice. It was relatively clean despite it being so busy and the food standard was as you would expect for a Maccy's. No complaints from us.

It's a McDonald's it's busy, you have to wait, double check you have everything but overall it's good.

Went in to order this morning and waited a long time for our order only 2 other customers inside. When my wife complained about the fact the drive through was getting served first over our order, my wife tried to asked why and was spoken too quite badly by a member of staff. We asked for a refund only to be lectured by the till operator about lack of staff.

All good except toilets. Disgusting

Waited 30 minutes for freezing cold food, and only half of it was given to us at the counter, then had to argue with the manager and assistant manager for 25 minutes for a refund, which they were reluctant to give. avoid at all costs.

Horrendous service, claim to be 24hrs but do random shuts on nights for “deep cleans” with no sign on the door or coming to say anything to a full group of people standing outside. Need to learn to put signs up as you could place orders online, the seating area had rubbish everywhere at 2am, pretty bad “deep cleans” if you ask me

I live local and come often. They grill park you every time so it records that you’ve driven off the drive thru when in reality you are waiting in the car park for food to be brought out cold!!!

First time experiencing pick and service. You can just wait or lie in your car. Then it is only your jaw muscles that are moving. The rest are at rest. Cheaper than in the Netherlands.

Slow service, wrong order on many occasion .

Double big Mac oh my god how much have the taken away from the patty the patty of a normal big Mac is bigger than this scam scam get a double quarter pounder instead at least you won't get robbed

Called yesterday afternoon & ordered 2 Big Mac Meals & a kids meal deal. Terrible service. Food was cold. Requested to eat in but was not given a tray to take food to table. No serviette’s. Toilets were disgusting, overflow bins & not clean at all. Would definitely not recommend this MCDonalds

Bog standard McDonald's, pretty busy, one sink was broken in the men's toilets. Food was typical, the smokehouse mcCrispy or whatever its called was good, the cheeseburger tasted like cardboard, fries were meh as usual, chocolate milkshake was good. I went for convenience when travelling because my wife likes it.

Forgot the full happy meal order and the fries were old, cold and rubbery not to mention half full. Not very impress that for all this we had to wait over 20 minutes.

Fast ,hot and fresh which makes a change from any mcdonald's, friendly staff as well

Filly of fish was cold but was replaced with a fresh one so all.good .

Best mcdoanlds we've been to in a while. Place was emptyish. Food arrived rather quickly and was tasty, order correct and actually hot. Chips were fresh and not soggy. Would come back again on a Welsh trip

The worst managed “24 hour” McDonald’s in the country. I work nights nearby and nearly every time I’ve tried to come here, it’s has been closed. A sign outside says for maintenance but it is because they can’t get the staff. This can be any time between 10pm and 6am. There’s been others who have ordered on the app and driven there only to find them closed and unable to make a refund. An absolute farce. If I could put zero stars, that would be more apt as how am I to rate a place on food, service and atmosphere when there’s nothing to rate?

For once, my food was warm fresh and resembled the images on the board 🤯

Well located within a well-known retail park in Cardiff. Drive-through and sit in available. Table service or pickup at the counter available. Outside sitting area provided - nice especially during hot summer days.

Never had a bad meal or service here.

Every single time I come here I'm told to park up and then have to wait half an hour for my food and I only order a big mac with a drink... thought this was fast food... don't know if the staff realise the meaning of fast in this place. Wouldn't recommend unless you have half a day to kill

Ordered a coffee drove off then when I tasted it there was no coffee in it.It was just milk and water.

Bit of a wit at the drive through, but still a good maccy D's.

Too small a car park in my opinion. Situated next to an Asda petrol station, Greggs, and Subway. Always busy when we visit it at (weekends). Have had food errors when using the order to numbered parking space, so always check before leaving.

Only ordered 3 things and they didn't get that right .

This is normally very consistent with food and don't make to many mistakes

Shame that things are so expensive

Not sure who manages the orders at this McDonald's, but there's never a time we're not asked to park up for a small/minimal order, and no one's food seems to come out in what you'd expect to be the correct sequence. On more than one occasion we've had to chase up on where our food is, while everyone who arrived/ordered after us is getting theirs. Would understand if we placed a big order but it's 2 meals - one of them being a kids' meal.

Oh dear, this restaurant fell short of what you expect when visiting a McDonalds, the toilets were shamefully below the standards required of any restaurant. If a health inspector were to visit they would not give this restaurant a 5⭐️ rating.

A regular stop when passing but yesterday we had two M flurry, a large and small and they both had the same amount of ice-cream. Feel a little swindled !

It's a busy McDonald's, but staff do work hard Generally clean and tidy. The groundsman is always busy cleaning and maintaining the outside.

Worst frappe I've ever had from this branch. Just a cup full of huge chunks of ice. Huge wait times too.

Extremely unhappy with the service provided at this branch. I was told to pull up for a min in grill order bay didnt bring it out even though i told 2 diff members of staff finally went in to resolve myself as they had completely ignored my complaint that i had waited 20 minutes for a saver burger meal !!!The young female manager was very unproffesional and rude did not apologise and made me wait again because she refused to talk to me because i was obviously making it clear that i was not happy . Exremely childish behavior from a manager and because of this i will never use this mcdonalds again. The person running it could not run a p!££ up in a brewery . Pathetic excuse of a manager and the food here is also not the best as they dont care about customers and slap your food together and you are served by sulky teenagers who could not give a toss if you waited 20 mins for your FAST FOOD obviously .

Great as ever, but on a very hot day I discovered the milk shake machine was out of action again, disappointed 😞 I was The sprite didn't quite cut it!!

Having 4 members of my family working in B/M Rolls and senior management positions. My one daughter was observing the store while waiting for our order The oat to full of meals not going out. Slow to get meal out. My main reason for giving a bad review is twice we went through drive thru Missing meals Not asked if food was correct at screen . No salt on fries As we were visiting the area, and an eight minute car ride to come back and complain all the other food would have been cold.

The dirtiest MC I've ever been to, the toilet is dirty, the floors are dirty!!! I don't want to know what it's like in the kitchen. Cheers!!!

Very poor experience here and food quality was very disappointing and cold as well.

Poor, ordered at point 2, missed out by several cars..placed order went to collect my order, was given someone else's. Was then told to wait in the bay, there was already 3 cars trying to wait in the 2 bays plus me, eventually got my food and the wrong drink, didn't bother trying to get them to change as they were still trying to get 4 cars into the 2 bays!!

Called in with brother who is bad on his feet, Mark the manager took my order asked where we were sitting and arranged for the meals to be brought over. Great service food was hot and tasty.

Don't go during the weekend when kids off, took 30 mins was joke 😂 for 1 item

Asked for 5 chicken selects and they gave me mozzarella bites inside a chicken selects box.

It was very busy but they still managed to get my order right and it was warm!

Simple 2 item orders took long to arrive even though there weren't many orders going through.

It's a McDonald's it sells burgers , wraps, chicken nuggets , fast food when you need it most.. 24 hours .. recomended great fresh ground and brewed coffee at an excellent price. McDonald's still hasn't fixed the milkshake issue of machines out of action when you want one!

Always cold, always incorrect order

Food is delicious can be hit and miss whether you get served within half hour or not sometimes it's super quick and others can be there for ages and not a single person gets served

We did the drive through. The young man taking the order came across as petulant and the young man who served us was equally miserable. Food was the usual fayre.

Awh we come today and there was a lovely man called malc, he drew my daughter a picture of a little dog and helped her colour it in too! Was brilliant with her! Lovely to see people go above and beyond and make an effort with the children!

A poor example of it's type. Service seems disorganised and slow, with something always missing off the order. From what I could see of the back kitchen, seemed a little chaotic.

milkshake machine NEVER working all I want after my long shift at work just to hear ‘no shakes at the moment’

Food is alright. Milkshake machine is NEVER working. Every time iv been iv always been told it is not working. Ordered a Big Mac and 20 minutes later received a sloppy mess which was dry and over cooked. Chips were cold with absolutely no flavour on at all. After being told the milkshake machine was broken had to order a coke which was half ice and watered down. Such a shame how this mc Donald’s has down graded over the years. Absolutely shocking do better.

Really good McDonalds, ample parking, service quick, food hot and fresh, all good.

Just popped in for a chicken burger chips and a drink. The place stinks of manure, the food took forever and when it did arrive it was slapped together messily (more than normal) and the chips were cold even though we were asked to pull up while it cooked

Standard McDonald's. Only complaint, my chips were on fire, my husbands were cold. But we had already driven away.

When there are so many better places to eat. Why would you choose to stop here. Go elsewhere, and maybe McDonald's will get their act together.
