I went through the drive through and the food was cold and soggy

Well prepared food unfortunately the recycling bin let them down it was full and had difficulty binning

Took 35 to 40 minutes to get the food which consisted of half of a large chips virtual threw at us a burger which may of been cooked with a 40 watt light bulb it was busy ish so give them leeway but terribly organised and food was definitely affected

Good location with restricted free parking, very busy at times.

Used points to get a free burger charged me for the burger and took the points away and refused to give me a refund, gave me the wrong drink and chips were cold

The food was average. The drive-through was out of order, as was the click and serve. It was not ideal when the weather wasn't great

Food is as expected of a McDonald's, every time I have gone through the drive through, no issues, sometimes had to go and park up but always been hot food. Good spot just of the A55 Caerwys junction.

So, a review for macdonlads! Not somewhere I'd usually eat but I was famished! Automatic 3 of 5 because it is after all total deepfired goodness. Service, strangely the night crew was very cherpy and quite funny too! Enjoyed the experience and felt like a valued customer. Atmosphere get 3/5 I like my car but I'd not give top marks! Be nice to chow down a burger in an Aston or Bentley!

Excellent place great parking food cheap

We took our 2 young grandchildren to eat in, there were 6 other people eating in (so the restaurant was quite empty)but we could only find one clear & CLEAN table to sit at. There were trays of left over food left on tables and on top of the bins (I took photos) the children's food & our coffees were luke warm by the time we received them. I informed the young man at the counter I'd ordered food to eat in so asked for a tray, then when I asked him for napkins he literally threw them down on the counter & walked/stomped away, definitely lacking training in customer service. Worst experience I've ever had in any McDonald's.

Best ever, we had the big mac meal,it the first hot fresh mc Donald's meal ever,salad was crisp Burger jucy and fresh chips were nice and hot. Well done,your certainly the winner as mc Donald's in the past except one ,we're Luke warm chewy dried burger with limp soggy salad. Fully recommend this mc Donald's. Well done thankyou.

Drive through McDonalds - slow for breakfast wrap but tasted great

Usually this Mcds is better than Northrop but not today . Think it was half term and rammed . Very long wait for food . Fries were cold , wrong milkshake and no options for any limited edition menu items ! Disappointing. There were also two people vaping near the counter and not one Mcds member questioned this ?

Usual mcdonalds restaurant however it was very clean and the order was correct and the service was very prompt

Just picked up a double quarter pounder with chease and a big mac. The burger was extremely over cooked. It was falling apart it was so dry. And the fries soggy not crispy. Used the app it says prepared fresh while you wait. God knows how long those burgers had been cooking for. Very disappointed

Took ages to get our food and it was stone cold. Had to get replaced. Weather was wet and windy. Both. Did were stuck open it was freezing.

It's McDonald's it's always crap, but there is no real alternative. Staff were pleasant tho.

Went through drive through asked for a chicken burger without mayo and had mayo. Asked for strawberry frozen drink came half full! Staff was rude. Asked for them to top up the drink he just looked ar me like i was a cow in a field. Was told to go to the parking bay and the girl that bought the food out to us didnt say a word! Shocking i will NEVER go there again

Poor service. No milkshakes available... Again

Stopped here on a Sunday at lunchtime so it was busy, busy, busy. We decided to eat in and were able to order at the machine straight away and received our order within 10 minutes which was nice. It was relatively clean despite it being so busy and the food standard was as you would expect for a Maccy's. No complaints from us.

It's a McDonald's it's busy, you have to wait, double check you have everything but overall it's good.

Went in to order this morning and waited a long time for our order only 2 other customers inside. When my wife complained about the fact the drive through was getting served first over our order, my wife tried to asked why and was spoken too quite badly by a member of staff. We asked for a refund only to be lectured by the till operator about lack of staff.

Waited 30 minutes for freezing cold food, and only half of it was given to us at the counter, then had to argue with the manager and assistant manager for 25 minutes for a refund, which they were reluctant to give. avoid at all costs.

All good except toilets. Disgusting

Horrendous service, claim to be 24hrs but do random shuts on nights for “deep cleans” with no sign on the door or coming to say anything to a full group of people standing outside. Need to learn to put signs up as you could place orders online, the seating area had rubbish everywhere at 2am, pretty bad “deep cleans” if you ask me

I live local and come often. They grill park you every time so it records that you’ve driven off the drive thru when in reality you are waiting in the car park for food to be brought out cold!!!

Clean service but burger is pretty miserable

First time experiencing pick and service. You can just wait or lie in your car. Then it is only your jaw muscles that are moving. The rest are at rest. Cheaper than in the Netherlands.

Called yesterday afternoon & ordered 2 Big Mac Meals & a kids meal deal. Terrible service. Food was cold. Requested to eat in but was not given a tray to take food to table. No serviette’s. Toilets were disgusting, overflow bins & not clean at all. Would definitely not recommend this MCDonalds

Bog standard McDonald's, pretty busy, one sink was broken in the men's toilets. Food was typical, the smokehouse mcCrispy or whatever its called was good, the cheeseburger tasted like cardboard, fries were meh as usual, chocolate milkshake was good. I went for convenience when travelling because my wife likes it.

Forgot the full happy meal order and the fries were old, cold and rubbery not to mention half full. Not very impress that for all this we had to wait over 20 minutes.

The worst managed “24 hour” McDonald’s in the country. I work nights nearby and nearly every time I’ve tried to come here, it’s has been closed. A sign outside says for maintenance but it is because they can’t get the staff. This can be any time between 10pm and 6am. There’s been others who have ordered on the app and driven there only to find them closed and unable to make a refund. An absolute farce. If I could put zero stars, that would be more apt as how am I to rate a place on food, service and atmosphere when there’s nothing to rate?

For once, my food was warm fresh and resembled the images on the board 🤯

Well located within a well-known retail park in Cardiff. Drive-through and sit in available. Table service or pickup at the counter available. Outside sitting area provided - nice especially during hot summer days.

Every single time I come here I'm told to park up and then have to wait half an hour for my food and I only order a big mac with a drink... thought this was fast food... don't know if the staff realise the meaning of fast in this place. Wouldn't recommend unless you have half a day to kill

Bit of a wit at the drive through, but still a good maccy D's.

Too small a car park in my opinion. Situated next to an Asda petrol station, Greggs, and Subway. Always busy when we visit it at (weekends). Have had food errors when using the order to numbered parking space, so always check before leaving.

Only ordered 3 things and they didn't get that right .

This is normally very consistent with food and don't make to many mistakes

Shame that things are so expensive

Not sure who manages the orders at this McDonald's, but there's never a time we're not asked to park up for a small/minimal order, and no one's food seems to come out in what you'd expect to be the correct sequence. On more than one occasion we've had to chase up on where our food is, while everyone who arrived/ordered after us is getting theirs. Would understand if we placed a big order but it's 2 meals - one of them being a kids' meal.

Oh dear, this restaurant fell short of what you expect when visiting a McDonalds, the toilets were shamefully below the standards required of any restaurant. If a health inspector were to visit they would not give this restaurant a 5⭐️ rating.

A regular stop when passing but yesterday we had two M flurry, a large and small and they both had the same amount of ice-cream. Feel a little swindled !

Worst frappe I've ever had from this branch. Just a cup full of huge chunks of ice. Huge wait times too.

It's a busy McDonald's, but staff do work hard Generally clean and tidy. The groundsman is always busy cleaning and maintaining the outside.

Extremely unhappy with the service provided at this branch. I was told to pull up for a min in grill order bay didnt bring it out even though i told 2 diff members of staff finally went in to resolve myself as they had completely ignored my complaint that i had waited 20 minutes for a saver burger meal !!!The young female manager was very unproffesional and rude did not apologise and made me wait again because she refused to talk to me because i was obviously making it clear that i was not happy . Exremely childish behavior from a manager and because of this i will never use this mcdonalds again. The person running it could not run a p!££ up in a brewery . Pathetic excuse of a manager and the food here is also not the best as they dont care about customers and slap your food together and you are served by sulky teenagers who could not give a toss if you waited 20 mins for your FAST FOOD obviously .

Great as ever, but on a very hot day I discovered the milk shake machine was out of action again, disappointed 😞 I was The sprite didn't quite cut it!!

Having 4 members of my family working in B/M Rolls and senior management positions. My one daughter was observing the store while waiting for our order The oat to full of meals not going out. Slow to get meal out. My main reason for giving a bad review is twice we went through drive thru Missing meals Not asked if food was correct at screen . No salt on fries As we were visiting the area, and an eight minute car ride to come back and complain all the other food would have been cold.

Very poor experience here and food quality was very disappointing and cold as well.

Poor, ordered at point 2, missed out by several cars..placed order went to collect my order, was given someone else's. Was then told to wait in the bay, there was already 3 cars trying to wait in the 2 bays plus me, eventually got my food and the wrong drink, didn't bother trying to get them to change as they were still trying to get 4 cars into the 2 bays!!

Called in with brother who is bad on his feet, Mark the manager took my order asked where we were sitting and arranged for the meals to be brought over. Great service food was hot and tasty.

Asked for 5 chicken selects and they gave me mozzarella bites inside a chicken selects box.

Don't go during the weekend when kids off, took 30 mins was joke 😂 for 1 item
