The best restaurants in Denbighshire North Wales

The food was disgusting and looked old even the curry sauce tased old. Microwave was pinging too so wasn’t fresh. One customer got into an argument as she put vinegar on his food and he was allergic, she was fuming when he made her cook another portion. I put the whole lot in the bin when I opened the food! The sausages on display must have been a week old they looked dry and horrible and screamed food poisoning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very good service food was brilliant especially the chips good value for money will defo return we all really enjoyed it.

Piazza curry and rice the rice isn’t freshly cooked it’s boiled in a bag and tipped onto the plate and made to look like it’s hand made. Rest of food is fine. Don’t get the curry or the chillie

First time going to pub . Just moved to area .it looks like locals feel there still at home. And can light up cigarette in pub. Lady dark hair cleaning tables walked stright passed. Against law since 2007. Man smoking in building by Dartboard male dark hair Beard and a white tshirt. Lady smoking e cigarette there too .trying to have nice drink with cigarette smoke.by emergency side door.for amergancy. So clearly No smoke Alarms .

Chips are awful nothing like chippy chips, portions are so small! £28 and hasn’t even fed 4 of us, ridiculous, 7 pieces of chicken in a sweet n sour main won’t be ordering again

Had absolutely vile chips tonight. Generous fish portion, but the chips were inedible. Last time I ever go here. Many chips rock hard and horrible bitter taste to oil. Chucked them to the crows. Not paying over 10 pound for this crap again! Rip off for sub standard food. Only positive is you get served quickly.

We stopped here for a snack and ordered 2 lattes, cheese on toast and a crumble with custard. The place itself is lovely with lots of lovely cat ornaments and nice and clean. The food is overpriced and not very nice. The cheese on toast was so pale and bland that my husband had to add so much sauce on it. It wasn’t toasted properly and looked like it had been microwaved. The lattes were sachets and not very nice. The crumble was standard. Service was ok Surroundings were lovely

Staff and clientele were absolutely fantastic and helpful in our hour of need. Cant thank them enough for all their support, we will definitely be going back when we return to Rhyl.

Can't comment on the food. Didn't like the fact that all their prices were covered up which felt a little dishonest. Went somewhere else instead.

We came to sweet daisy for ice cream after a meal at the pub. There were eight of us so a big order. The man who served us was lovely, smiley and patient. There was a long queue forming behind us but we didn’t feel rushed. The ice creams were delicious and my sister said ‘felt like they went on forever’ 😍 which is quite the compliment! I had a rocky road and it was the best most delicious ice cream I’ve had all summer. Thank you.

Went in for a quick drink, the atmosphere was good, lots of drink choices which Mike behind the bar was really great with helping us decide what to have. We will definitely be visiting again when we are back in Wales.
