Subway in Denbighshire

In Rhyl subway quite often & can’t help but notice how good your staff member Beth is, not just with me, but every customer that enters. Never seen customer service like it & I don’t know how someone stays so polite whilst being so busy! Amazing, such a grafter that girl is

Regular customer of Subway in Rhyl and all the staff are fantastic and can't help enough. Especially the young girl called Bethany -she is an asset to the company and never fails to put a smile on my face.

staff member was mopping the floor and went straight to making my sub. Without washing his hands!! This is not acceptable. I didn't pay and walked out.

Called in today Saturday 1st Feb in the morning, lovely lady serving so friendly and helpful helped my wife with her vouchers, really enjoyed our subs honestly this has got to be one of the best Subways we've been into lovely and fresh food very nice hot drinks, excellent value for money, will definitely be going in again soon, the shop and toilet is all clean and tidy really recommend here!

Its a subway - you know what you get and so a safe bet. Nice that they do gluten free rolls now as this was needed and welcome

Haven't been here for a while.but I was very pleased I went back.lovely footlong veggie delight.server asked if I wanted her to change her gloves as I am a veggie this was appreciated.will be going back this week

I had a cheeky 1000 points on my card so decided to treat myself.. Staff were very helpful and served with a smile. Food was lovely and the store looked very clean. Opening hours are a little short but apart from that can't fault it here.

I visited this subway On a short break to rhyl and they seem to under portion everything compared to other subways I have been to in the past. But overall the subway tasted okay

Slow messy service. Sub was thrown together. Drinks dispenser ran out of most drinks. Not busy either

clean quick...healthy options ... the salad of the day is a great offer at £2.49. otherwise the breakfast choice is good before 11 am

A nice clean environment bit on the small side ..I called in with a friend after work for a lite bite and was happy with the healthy selection of food what was on offered .I chose a flat bread with Italian meat with tomatoes lettuce peppers and chili ..they had a huge range of sauces to add to your baggettue .I chose half a foot and had coffee it came to £3 was good value for money .my mat had a foot long flat bread with her choice crisps and a drink it came to £5 wow good value for money .definitely go again for a lite healthy bite..

Called into McDonald's rhyl today, had forgotten what a mess of a place it was, untidy, dirty and large static queues. We walked out and went to subway instead. Ok, the salad looked a bit limp, but the two young guys working in there were doing a really good job. They made it a pleasant experience. We sat in the narrow alcove by the window and watched the chavs go by, so had an entertaining view. Best fast food place in this dire town

We çame here a couple of Times was happy because It was wheelchair accessible too which we were very happy about also food not bad

Visited this place on a family day out. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Bread was soft and well baked, salad and meats all tasted fresh and delicious, overall a very good experience, toilet door was locked but staff were more than happy to give me the code, and having worked in fast food previous I understand why this is done.

you have to put the code in to go to toliet! i have a nagging bladder problem- i had to go to the mcdonalds. Small and staff are not friendly.

This is a good subway the only down side to the restaurant is that it is very small but other then that very friendly

Normalmente vienen aquí siempre que necesito un Munch mientras que las tiendas. Me di cuenta que había un tema permanente, las coberturas y salsas eran muy confusa. Las salsas había reunido y 7317 y mezclado con otros en la punta.

Normalmente no visitar Rhyl pero encontramos allí a la hora del almuerzo. el personal era genial, bien organizado y el personal es amable, servicial y educado. Como un Menú vegetariano lo que más nos gustó fue que el señor me preguntó si quería cambiar sus...

I saw a girl use the same gloves to handle the meat as she was tidying up then went on to handle some ones salad. if the customer had been a vegetarian he wouldn't have known as he wouldn't have been aware of what she was doing by the filling selection then with the same gloves to make 3 other sandwiches. after my sub had been filled (steak and cheese) the young lad then cut it in half with a knife that looked like it had tuna on it. hygiene is shocking when it's busy

I don't go to subway much, but I must say I enjoyed what I got, Spicy Italian in a hearty Italian bread with all the salad and chiplote sauce I recommend. Had a great day and left full.

First of all, this is by far the best Subway to visit in North Wales. It's well run, clean, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is much nicer than it's counterparts in Prestatyn and Fflint and they are afraid to meet your pallet requirements (I have a steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese with jalepenos stacked up with onion lettuce, BBQ sauce and ranch) great place for a quick bite or a meet with your friends or family. Well run and all staff well mannered, can't fault it!

Really pleasant, helpful young guy serving. Happy to change gloves etc as we are veggie. Cheese wasn't full of meat bits as it can be in other subways. Sandwich was great and not overloaded. Will definitely go back at some point.

The place was packed the girl used the same disposable gloves to make all the sandwiches....when i asked her to please change your gloves she said this is clean but i will do,if u want....I WON`T GO THERE AGAIN!

I recently visited Subway in Rhyl for lunch, mainly because I'd discovered an app on my phone which I could use to reclaim £3 if I bought a meal there. All I had to do to claim my £3 was upload a photo of my receipt and as the meal cost £3 that meant I'd get a free lunch! I had a 6" chicken tikka sub on which I had cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, onion, cucumber and fresh chilli's. I have to say it tasted delicious and the salad all tasted very fresh. Unfortunately for me about five minutes after leaving I remembered I hadn't been given a receipt with my change. Ah well, as they say there's no such thing as a free lunch....especially if you forget to ask for a receipt.

I just cant get enough subways great sandwiches Just love them.I even took My Uncle who in all his 53 years has never had one and loved every mouth full.Great choice and great meal deals
