My food is absolutely freezing.. I order all the time and this is the worst time Iv ever ordered!!!

Just would prefer if i didn’t have to go outside for it. My boss gets annoyed when i have to leave the office. Thats why i have it delivered

Food went in the bin. Wasn't edible for human consumption.

The meal wasn't toasted, as requested, and instead of orange juice it was fanta, an orange soda. ehhhh

My food never turned up but you took my money and made me wait 2 hours for an update. You won’t answer your phone either. Terrible service

The Philly steak had hardly any steak onit and ordered extra chicken and had no chicken at all and well too much salad it was ruined

Delivered by a clearly not British resident who couldn’t speak a bit of English and was aggressive. Demanding the code as soon as I opened the door whilst he was dressed like a wannabe dealer from London. Bang out of order and items were missing!! I wouldn’t bother ordering from here, clear how they operate.

The food was cold and there was to much sauce

The guy he didnt knock at my door. Normal Just eat dricer would leave food at our door step if we couldnt pick up. He took it for himself.

everything turned out grate, though, the app still tells drivers to go to 6 Harrison drive and not 6 tudor Grove. This is NOT the drivers mistake. this IS an error with the map on the app.

Asked for olives, got none. The chipotle cheese bites were cold, they hadn't even bothered cooking them. Sandwich was toasted when i asked for it not to be. Very disappointed

Went in a few days ago, staff were slow and there were many unfinished sandwiches on the counter. There are two women there that ruin it, inconsiderate to the customers.

Terrible. Spent £30 on a delivery for the food to be freezing cold. Dry. No sauces with order as requested. Food was damaged. Terrible will never order again if I could give 0 I would.

The salads were awful this time. No ceasar sauce on any. And a very minimal amount of meat!

My order never showed up. Subway gave the driver my food at 11am. It never came. The driver rang me at 11:45 was very rude and left without giving food

Order quite a bit of food as was for larger group, all arrived on time and warm (toasted items) and all the order was correct :) delivery driver was also lovely

Went in around 6:40, instantly felt not wanted in the shop, like a burden and inconvenience to the staff, was shouted that we can’t sit in instantly. Barely any bread was available, only hearty Italian, which was stale anyway, nearly chipped a tooth biting into it, male staff member seemed severely undertrained, took nearly 10 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches. Even with the closing of the shop in 20 minutes no need to be treated so poorly absolutely no customer service.

Having brought the kids to the seaside today and one of the rules of the day being Subway lunch we drove out of our Liverpool Subway options to try the Rhyl High Street store for a spot of picnic lunch. I'd had my emails telling me about the change in loyalty scheme so no surprise when I went to submit my order online a new app was needed and new logins/verifications. We placed 3 footling meals into our basket and after a few minutes trying to set up our payment details our order was sent at 1.05pm pending acceptance . That shortly came through 1.25pm ready time . Took us less time than we thought to reach the shop location and went in to ask if we were too early . Got asked to wait , ours was being prepared . There then followed 4 ordered at the counter that all got the attention of the team. I moved to the collection area when my app notified me and still the customers in-house were having orders taken and served, all before me and my 1.05 pm order . At 1.42pm my 3 footling meal deal was passed to me with an apology about my wait . I've never seen such a poor operating store before, my kids fully aware we'd ordered 40 mins prior couldn't understand how walk up customers were getting served and fed while we hung around for double our ready time .

Food was shocking. The nachos were burnt, the nacho nuggets tasted like they were heated up from yesterday, and the sauce I ordered for them wasn't in the bag. I'm extremely unhappy with this.

The place was clean and tidy it wasn't busy just us and a couple sat in the window the staff were polite when asking what you wanted apart from that they made no communication a bit like robots. But it didn't effect the food which was the usual delicious and fresh

I had 2 items missing. 1 item incorrect and 1 item burnt to a crisp. No offence but how hard is it to make a sandwich! This is not the first time there’s been an issue, but this is definitely the last!

I ordered a simple wrap which cost me 12 pound with fees and delivery, it's arrived very late, looks like it's been throw together, squashed and then thrown in a box. I understand if the store is busy, but if they are that busy they shouldn't be accepting orders. the quality of food received is genuinely terrible and I will not be ordering with subway or just eat again.

Ordered 11:45 and didn’t receive till 1:15. Food was cold.

Didn’t get my order, told me it was delivered so had to phone up Rhyl subway, they apologised and were great but it’s justeat that messed up. Currently trying to get a refund as I’ve paid for food that I have not received.

I don’t normally remember to leave reviews, but this place was great. There was a bit of a mix up with my order, I’d accidentally ordered some things that must have been seasonal that they don’t have in stock anymore. I got a nice little note apologising and they gave me the next best thing ☺️ Thanks, lovely service.

Ordered the food toasted. However by the time it got here it had gone cold.

Delivery was quick and friendly. The sub I ordered was completely different to the one I received, no salad other than peppers, wrong sauce and the bread was toasted - and burnt. Threw most of it away.

Basically nothing turned up that I payed for. Absolutely ridiculous. About £30 worth of food never showed up and on top of that the driver was literally over an hour late. Ordered food for me, my friend and our 2 kids so of course the stuff I ordered for the kids didn't show up. Surprise surprise. Absolutely tamping over all of this and would like a refund if I'm completely honest as this us not okay. That's money down the drain which hinesrly if things weren't going t9 show up could've bought something else for our kids that actually would have arrived

The food arrived quickly, but the hash browns were cold and hard. I think next time I need to order this when in store rather than for delivery.
