Caskeys in Denbighshire

Staff and clientele were absolutely fantastic and helpful in our hour of need. Cant thank them enough for all their support, we will definitely be going back when we return to Rhyl.

Prices aren't bad, and a pretty diverse mix of customers. The live acts at the venue are really high quality (from the ones I've seen). Staff are also pretty friendly and charismatic! A place I'd recommend to start a night.

Nice place to meet people and talk

I had a great night at Caskeys tonight, as a person with Ulcerative Colitis I have to use a toilet which I can sit down. April the supervisor of the pub arranged for me to use a bathroom I wouldn't ordinarily have access too. This is a level of service I am not used to and I was very grateful for the way it was done in a way that didn't bring attention too it. I would advise the manager gives her a bonus, at least some kind of customer service award for her understanding and care. Thank you to Caskeys and specifically April xx

2 stars for me been going here for along time and with me was lots of friends it got closed now its back open the man behind the bar is very very rude kicks people out for nothing well be sending email to matrons will not go back in to this place in till he has gone
