If I could give the food rating a 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting! Chicken was cooked properly or even in date as I have now got 3 members of my family with food poisoning! Holiday has been absolutely ruined! Place need shutting down! Would highly recommend not going here if you don't want to be sick !

Have not had a takeaway from here in a few years, had one delivered last week and will be ordering again great food it arrived on time and was fantastic love there salt paper box!!! THANK YOU

Usually, most Chinese takeaways disappoint me so I rarely order it. But this was my first time ordering from here and it might just be my favourite! I ordered a Duck curry and salt pepper chick wings and salt&pepper box and the chef made it as perfectly as if he was cooking a banquet for an empress! And the service - from telephone to pickup - was brilliant, helpful and most importantly cheerful! I seriously recommend you try this place and if you don’t like the food, you can rest assured that the problem isn’t them - it’s you!

Absolutely love this place! Tried a few things of the menu and never been disappointed. Amazing salt and pepper chicken on the wirral! Really good portions,and value for money. Great location in the Rhyl with parking outside to pick up, delivery times are as expected when it's the weekend so if you can pick up then would recommend. Would eat here every NIGHT of the week if i could and my waist would allow 5 stars all the way.

Very nice Chinese, Sweet & sour with fried rice was the best Also the salt & pepper boxes are great , Good prices , great delivery and hot when arrived

This was honestly the worse Chinese I have ever had. The only decent thing were the tubs it came in! The chow mein was so slimey, the special fried rice didn’t have any taste at all. I was missing items. Not to mention it was so expensive! Never will I order from here again unfortunately.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is by far THE worst Chinese I've had in a long time, also THE most expensive I've had in a long time. I ordered the chicken chow mein, special fried rice and egg fried rice. The egg fried rice never came, the special fried rice was drier than a desert and the chicken chow mein had slimy noodles like I'd never seen before. I eat anything and I left all of it. If you want a good Chinese ocean city is by far the best in rhyl.

1000% deserving of the yummy kitchen they’ve gotten. RUN, don’t walk. These really are the best food in Rhyl. And the salt and pepper squid was wonderful, well spiced and cooked with a light batter. I’m so sad we can hear our last day in Rhyl since now we will have to wait for our next trip to return. Thank you for the delicious meal.

So this was my go too chinese in rhyl and have gone there for years now. But last time we went there very very disappointing to say the least. My mum found in her food a huge peace of glass that she only found when she had biten down on it was found in prawn toast. After this we contacted them and got a full refund on the hole order. But will never return too them again after finding something that could of sliced my mums throat right up an honestly could of killed her. So how such a peace of glass gets battered and fried is beyond me. But then makes me question what else gets missed in there food in the grounds of cross contamination. After this incident we will never return too this chinese again. If you do go please be very vigilant and check your food before eating especially if your children are eating the same food. Horrible to say but I am glad it was my mum and not my daughter or the out come could of been much worse as me my mum and my daughter had prawn toast on our plates.

Ordered a salt and pepper box. The food came cold and chips tasted stale also hardly had any chicken was mainly just chips. if you order from here would recommend you stay away from the salt and pepper boxes!

As a Chinese traveling to rhyl , I walked from the robin hood to the town center and pass this store. i intention of giving it a try. The result surprised me. Their food is very authentic and the ribs portions are huge.

I found the food bland and poor chips

Ordered duck in plum got burnt(reheated) I think chicken in pineapple, it had a weird taste and the chicken felt freezer burnt.. The fried rice was nice but the rest was nothing special, the spring rolls were tiny and cold.. definitely won't be going back again. It was about 9pm so maybe it's better earlier but we won't risking it again

They’ve had a stinker, we ordered the large salt and pepper box with 2 cans of coke, cokes were in a greasy bag and felt like they’d been in the oven themselves. The box was a shocker, just full of greasy chips with maybe 3 or 4 other items that were included with it. Only positive was the sweet n sour sauce, that’s about it really, unfortunate cuz I was starving.

Thought I'd try this place cos of going home tomorrow,never again,chips that are frozen, not my idea of a chippy ,can't they make their own fresh chips and microwave pies ,don't think so ,as for the price 2.80 chips that are frozen HORRIBLE

Order 31/10/23: VERY disappointing. Although I repeated my order 3 times when ordering and the lady repeated it the meal was wrong when delivered. That was after the delivery man argued with me that "he'd rang me 20 times and I hadn't answered". He did apologise when I pointed out he was ringing the wrong number. Nothing wrong with food as such just not exactly as ordered.

Had fish chips and mushy peas.it was awful, chips were as though they were frozen chips,fish was that grease it was dripping when you picked it up and the mushy peas where like peas in jelly don't buy there

VERY disappointed with tonight's meal ...ordered chicken chow mein NO mushrooms ..and Singapore vermacelli WITH mushrooms ... It came the other way round .. so my son couldn't couldn't eat his and I didn't enjoy mine

I ordered 1/2 crispy duck and got 2 legs n wings. If I order 1/2 duck I expect just that, BREAST, leg wing. We also had sweet n sour chicken 1/2 chips, 1/2 rice. The chips were soaked in fat clearly been recooked and loads of onion to fill out the dish. Won't be using this place again £26.40 for this is disgusting.

Had fried and curry tonight. My friend had the same. Only had a quarter and both of us ill. Throwing up. Never go here again.

Ordered the house curry and house sweet and sour last night food was good but packed out with far too much white onion which is no substitute for meat paid nearly £16 for the 2 meals and was still charged £2 for a bag of prawn crackers will be looking elsewhere for our next chinese

Only went in for 3 chips and gravy took half a our to get them and was horrible never go again.

Nothing yummy about this place. Chips where genuinely the worst chips I've ever had from a chippy before. How can a chip be chewy? Was like warm ups from days ago. All ended up in the bin.
