Vegan cheese toastie - awful. Two pieces of white bread - one slice of tomato on each and a bit of cheese that didn’t even cover half the bread. The crusts were too hard to eat. I had to ask for the slaw which came with it. Service was great but poor value for money. No main meal vegetarian options on the menu or specials - would be good to have vegetarian burger etc.

Excellent place, with plenty lf indoor and outdoor seating. Dog-friendly and table service. Nice sea views and clean loos. Highly recommended.

Went in today for a hot chocolate, cheap prices for Costa served drinks compared to normal Costa stores.

Great brunch at this seaside venue, we were served by lucy, she was very friendly and helpful and quick to get our coffees, i ordered the vegan breakfast and my friend had the vegan toastie, both extremely tasty, quick service with the food too, will deuce back

Waited 20 mins for 2 cups of coffee , when only 4 other customers in the place when the coffee arrived it was literally like treacle and cold, won’t be going there again ,

Travelled for two and a half hours for fish and chips. Was disappointed, pretty standard, not worth the price or the trip. Two fish and chips with two peas, and two pepsis cost £38! Parking was £2 for a 2 hour stay.

Probably the worst over priced place I have eaten. What can I say, you can put lipstick on a pig and it will still be a pig! That's refering to the burger.. Cheap frozen burger patties and a bun that crumbles on touch. £15 odd quid for a cheap dressed up burger which between that burger and the fatty pulled BBQ nachos will leave you on the toilet for the next few days like it did to me and my partner. The kids chicken nuggets were harder than the rocks on the beach, needless to say all three kids didn't eat them as they said they were horrible and I had to try one and I had to agree! The staff weren't bothered when I told them and you could tell they couldn't be bothered even by the way they serve you! The tuna jacket potato looked like the chef was on one side of the room and the kitchen porter used a catapult to launch it on to the plate and the taste was an absolute insult to food. Time to book up your standards and let the quality reflect the ridiculous prices they have put on the food. Safe to say we won't return and I would recommend you don't eat there! One of the worst places we have eaten!!

We came for dinner service on 7/8/24 with 7 of us and the staff were super happy to accommodate us all, we had burgers, pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and drinks. All staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was second to none, not a single disappointment definitely recommend to anyone looking for a night away from the holiday park. Wendy you are an amazing woman so friendly and super helpful be proud of your team they are amazing. We will be back as soon as possible T & kids

First tip, don't have a sign at the door saying "please wait here to be seated" if your staff are just going to walk past and ignore people. Someone finally came over and asked if we were ok and instructed us to sit where we liked and they'd come and take our order (I refer you back to the sign at the door) After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to indeed come and take our order and having the people at the next table, who had just arrived, served before us we left and went to the ice cream place next door which is a delight and has staff who know what good customer service is! Can't comment on the food as we never got that far.

Been here for the first time, food was amazing, the eggs Benedict were delicious, service was spot on, lovely young gentleman served us, he was very polite.

Drinks are astronomical, £6.60 for a pint, cheaper at a concert or festival.

Nice coffee and Ambiance, however place was filthy, high chairs disgusting and the cheapest, poor quality food that could ever be served for a premium price, paid £28 for 2 hot dogs and chips and they were vile, cheapest meat that could be bought, absolutley fine for drinks (if you dont want to use the toilet they were filthy too) but dont waste your money on the food.

Ordered lunch. Ultimate burger turned out to be a black burnt offering with frozen tastless chips. Classic hot dog with onions. No onions. Cheap fatty sausage on a brioche finger roll. Same chips no salad etc. Cost? £30 all but 10p. No drinks in that either! Not recommended. Shame because its a nice place. Staff pleasant too. Food a big let down.

Popped in late afternoon after a long walk, enjoyed a big coffee and tasty cake before moving on. Friendly staff and has more to do if you arrive earlier, would go back.

Manager won’t let us use the ketchup tub giving us sachets. I said we prefer the tub she was being awkward about it. The chips were okay. Just took a while to get them.

Gorgeous food. Bit slow at receiving the food but worth the wait!

We have ordered from here previously and it has been lovely. However, this time, it was disgusting and I would urge anyone else to give it a swerve. Initially, they got a very simple order wrong when instead of pulled pork nachos we got pulled pork with chips. They then got the order wrong AGAIN when they covered the nachos with Jalapeños despite being told not to due to a medical condition. Finally, the hotdog was totally inedible. The bun was mush and the meat repulsive and undercooked. The chips were pale and undercooked.The chef is an embarrassment at this place, to get 2 simple orders of nachos wrong and being too incompetent to cook a hotdog is a joke and to be perfectly honest he is stealing a living. Will not be using this place ever again from now on as I would rather like to avoid possible food poisoning and to get the order that I have paid for. A £45 order for this disgrace is a complete joke but it is lesson learned, no more of our money will be wasted here. Advice for the future to stop loosing even more custom: A change of chef here is paramount. He cannot cook.

After waiting 5 minutes to order a coffee, being ignored by a female member of staff, I gave up and decided they didn't deserve my money. Food menu looked expensive. Staff looked miserable. 17 March.

I moved back to the area after being away for 20 years, and I’m so glad I found this lovely place on my doorstep, it’s dog friendly indoors too which is something I didn’t experience much in England. Me and my dog, and sometimes family too, visit here often, all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, service is fantastic, love the food and drinks too. When my friends visit from London this summer I will definitely be taking them to the beach hut.

Cold coffee, rude staff extremely slow service, we waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas, which were luke warm. The coffee was cold and when we informed them they looked blankly and offered a refund. When we pointed out we wanted a hot one it was refused. The staff just made excuses rather than apologising and making amendments. It has been slowly getting worse today could be the last time we use it. The problem is they have a monopoly as there is nothing nearby as an alternative, but this appears to be an excuse for terrible service and poor quality food. Avoid

Wow !! !what miserable staff , no hello , no acknowledgment & no smile . I was wondering if working there was supposed to be a punishment. A jacket potato plonked down in front of us no salt no condiments and definitely no smile . There was some sort of sauce all over the so-called side salad and when I asked what it was I was told” it’s salad “there really is no hope . Nearly £8 for a jacket potato with tuna and onion just dumped on the top Atmosphere ! what atmosphere definitely not somewhere where my friend and I will be eating again any time soon

Sorry left as no one had any interest in serving us. Had backs to us and chatting to themselves. There were several staff and no interest in customers Left and went else where

We called in today after a long walk with our puppy for the first time and had a lovely hot chocolate with everything on it. Made very welcome. Tempted to a return visit soon for the breakfast.

Upon entering the premises at around 4pm there was a sign outside saying; "apologies - the kitchen is closed" (it wasn't) I paid £6.60 for a pint The staff were un-attentive and didn't seem to really care I used to work for the council as a chef in 1891 and wanted to speak to the chef currently working The female front of house told me because I was a customer I could not step behind the open counter (I worked with her from 1891) in a hostile manner. I stepped back. I asked to speak to the head chef through the open hatch-way through the kitchen. We then had a polite conversation I asked about the food. None of it is home made. It is all frozen/reheated and taking into account the prices is it laughable (and no wonder as to why it was empty) This is where your council tax money is going people. Speak to your local counsellors

We enjoyed a delicious ciabatta lunch, excellent coffee and friendly service after a chilly beach walk. Always a nice place to visit and really handy that it's dog-friendly.

Great atmosphere, great location right next to the beach... But I wouldn't pay £15 for a none homemade chicken burger with processed American cheese slices again... It was also missing the slaw and there was a teeny tiny bit of BBQ on my BBQ burger.. All in all, very disappointed considering the price. Good chips though!

Fantastic location, love this place!

Excelent contemporary beach pub with good quality food. Staff is gentle and happy to help. The place is very clean and the food is served very quicly. We had a beef and hunter burguer amd the kids fish and chips. All great. The view of the sea is also very nice if you mamage to get a table by the window.

Food expensive for what it was we had 2 breakfast ,the bacon was over cook the bubble and squeak was not very nice none of it was fresh cook .

A lovely spot overlooking the sea, nice to grab a coffee and watch the world go by. They serve Costa which is cool, some delicious food and the decor is really snazzy. We enjoyed popping in here a few times on our short break, it’s really worth a visit if you are in the area.

Customer service couldn't have been worse if they'd tried. Waited 15 minutes while the person behind the bar poured the slowest pint I've ever see for the guy in front. Then was told I have to order outside if I'm sitting outside (even though the sign outside says takeaway...). Ordered 2 veggie burgers and 2 oat milk frappucinos. Waited another 15 mins for the frappucinos which were covered in cream so I asked if it was made from oat milk - yes, she said both oat milk. Tasted the cream - definitely cow's milk - after 5 minutes managed to get the attention of the person who had made them and asked again - is this dairy? Yes the cream is dairy... UGH. Buzzer for food starts going. Wait another 5 mins for the replacement frappucinos. Go to get food - only one burger was put through in the order.

Had the fish and chips. Batter crispy, not oily, fries instead of chips. Slaw great. Outside seating for takeaways with enough shade for little ones on a warm sunny day.

That was genuinely the best meat feast pizza I've ever had. Beautiful environment, quick service. Definitely recommend.

We only popped in for a cuppa and a couple of ice lollies which were fine, as we had been on a few mile walk along the beach.

Food wasn't the best, bought 2 beef burger with bacon and cheese and the beef burger and bacon was over cooked and hard, also bought a hotdog, the bread was stale and the sausage hat no flavour whatsoever, very odd I know, also had some chips that came with it and half of them where over cooked, service wasn't the best the table that we where seated on was dirty

Quick efficient service during a fairly quite period, only called for a cuppa. The place is modern themed and very clean including the rest room.

This is a very nice and clean place . We had a welcome hot Costa on a very cold and windy day . Nice atmosphere and also music on adds to the atmosphere. They do food as well by the looks of it. Also nice clean toilets. Will definitely come again.

Been in here a few times, it's really nice & the staff are friendly & efficient. Had a really nice chilli & rice & Hubby had a chicken caesar wrap with dirty fries.
