Good pub with a pleasant atmosphere situated in the main square in Ruthin. Staff are friendly & happy to help. The pub is dog friendly & has a pool table & outside seating area.

Very friendly, small and cosy, safe place to have a wide range of cocktails (even some off the menu 😁) food is exceptional for the price and a good selection of meals OR light bites. Staff are always chatty and friendly, really nice place to have an evening meal 🥰 can see this becoming a regular thing very soon! Thanks guys, made my week

Visited here a few years back and remember being very disappointed with the oggie that I bought to take out. But, hey, time had passed and I was hungry after a bike ride, so I chanced another one. I shouldn't have bothered - rock hard pastry, virtually no filling or taste, and expensive! After a couple of bites I threw it in the bin. I won't make the same mistake again.

It was very shut during my week long stay in Llangollen last week. What Pub has it as "Temporary Closed, reopening 2021" and as we are now deep into 2022 in the height of the holiday season when you would assume if it was opening at all it would have done it for the holiday crowds, I guess we can assume this one has gone for good. Real shame as LLangollen is not overly blessed with good real ale outlets.

The atmosphere was lovely. The owner was so welcoming and warm. The entrees we had of mushrooms and the other was paté were really good. Will definitely go back next time we are in Wales. Max the cat was pretty special too.

Dee Pizza is always a great place to get a takeaway. Normally have Burgers and Chips but the Pizzas are really good. Get yourselves down here if you’re hungry.

My husband had a full cooked breakfast and I had egg on toast all came hot and cooked well never had long to wait and the service was also good

Well just paid £3 for burnt dry arse pie horrible at least seagulls got fed Should have gone over road to thyme out much better place only didnt because was packed

A great little find. I understand this place has new owners. The food was excellent and the service second to none. Good sized portions using quality ingredients.

This is now called Boba Geeks Cafe. We went in expecting the usually greasy cafe food with frozen chips . We were pleasantly surprised. Home made chips with sausage, egg and beans all cooked to perfection. The chef uses all fresh ingredients in all his food and does a traditional roast on a Sunday. We paid £21 for 3 meals and 3 drinks which I thought was a real bargain.

We came here to celebrate my brothers birthday. Had an absolutely exceptional experience. The food was superb service was above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend the place more.

It is the best place for Sunday dinner everything is superb and the staff are friendly especially Linda the first person you meet when you walk in.

Glad we stopped here. The view was fantastic whilst having breakfast before a long journey ahead. It is run by a couple who were so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend stopping here for a coffee or a bite to eat. Breakfast was delicious. Seating is outside but has plastic surroundings and a heater, so we weren't cold in the November weather.
